Now and again my wife and I treat ourselves to a Morrisons Breakfast , I had the 'Ultimate' and my wife had the Full breakfast. We used the screen to purchase then went to get the tea and sugar and milk , The cutlery was scarce , there was only forks and desert spoons , anticipation to wondering if there would be any knives coming out from the kitchen, several customers asked and myself, Then one of the staff members came out eventually asking "who needs a knife" Our breakfasts arrived but looked rushed like a child had put it all on the plate. My beans were under my slimey eggs rather than in their usual small dish , mine came without mushrooms, so we had to ask for them too, not very great today Morrisons , think you need to have more staff clearing tables too as there were 7 uncleared tables while we were seated and left , that was in the section where we were. We won't be back in a hurry

Poor packaging which I didn’t feel was safe. Sausages overcooked. Baked beans spilled from foil onto carton. This is a far cry from my previous experience for the same order. I couldn’t even finish it up cos of lack of confidence

This is a dreadful place. Every time I order breakfast at morrisons, there's at least one item missing. Today, it was sausages. They never miss out harmful things like toast and beans, but they will miss out something even if it's just to maximise profit. The business has been in decline since it was sold off, and it's no wonder that it's almost always empty these days. I won't be coming here again and I recommend that you don't either. I paid another visit today, only to find that it has declined even further! This place has now fallen below rock bottom. One customer finally asked for a refund because the member of staff had no cognitive attitude to understand a simple order. I cannot recommend this place at all and I will not review it again.

Greetings, very disappointing although it was only 10ish when we had a light breakfast after shopping. Ordering not for der ones although you can go to till to order.

have always liked morrisons cafe sausages, but live to far away to go very often. was quite pleased when I found morrisons cafe on just eat! ordered breakfast and certainly wasn't disappointed. would suggest there is an option to have items removed, IE I would have not had black pudding, don't like it! Will definitely order again! 9 out of 10!

Great coffee, even with 'self serve' machine..good choice of cake and good seating, lots of room. The staff were wonderful and helpful, especially as there didn't seem to be many of them. Will happily go there again as a regular customer. Thank you for your helpful and kind approach..great customer service.

Coffee was not hot or tasted nice, so we left it. It took over 30 mins to get a toasted tea cake so not impressed.

No staff on checkout to help out when needed . No table numbers next to order machine had to go find some. Dirty knives and forks Tables left with dirty plates on Cups not taken away Not good for Morrisons

Food is not good, service not much. Atmosphere boring, needs something but I don't recommend the cafe...

Great menu, but there was only one person on the front counter. She did all the tables and served on her own.

Easy to use and great for a quick cuppa. It did take me a while to realise that it is all self service. Ordering on a screen and pick mugs up to fill from the self service machines. Only downside was that machines didn't warn that they were out of chocolate powder for chocolate. And there was no chocolate powder to sprinkle on cappuccino. (Not a big deal!!)

Overpriced and underwhelming foods, never again!

The food was 30 minutes late and yet the staff did not seem to rush to get what we wanted. Despite the fact that the cafe was not the food was late at astronomical scale.

We were in the area, wanted a coffee n a light bite. "The computer says NO!" We we're greeted with, there is a problem with the orders. Possible a 20 minute wait. The people in front of us had been waiting a hour already. So, a pen n paper kaint be used for bacon or sausage to be thrown ont griddle. Bread put int toaster. Coffee/tea cups being dispensed. Salad assembled on a plate. Only 20mins wait. You kaint have a cuppa while waiting 🤷

I have always got Morrisons fish and chips, the quality of the food is good but whoever placed my meal on the plate needs extra training, I had mushy peas with the fish and chips and it looked like it was thrown on, very sloppy it spoiled the look of the food,

Not bad for a supermarket cafe. There's trolley parking bays, useful if you want to eat before unloading shopping into a boot of the car. Food is OK, and midweek there's meal deals for family's (kids meals cheaper).

ordered the ultimate breakfast with poached eggs, Black pudding was burned poached eggs one was nice other one was overcooked whole breakfast was just not worth £7 but was better then my girlfriend Sandwich I did took the pictures but I am not going to put them on

We’ve eaten here for just over a week while on holiday, whenever Jonathan is in we have such a lovely meal, he never stops working, he’s rushed off his feet the entire time, food always comes out warm and the wait is never long, the cafe is clean and Jonathan is a lovely man. We will continue to come for breakfast here while we are on holiday.

Got delivered to the wrong address had to go collect it driver didn’t even knock on there door either luckily I found it all round terrible service

Went in for breakfast and had 2 full breakfasts and 2 coffees for 17 pounds. Breakfast was cooked perfectly poached and fried eggs both still with runny yolks just the way we like them. Portions were large and well worth the money. Service was excellent very quick and pleasant. Next time we are in Scarborough we will definitely return here.

A bit cold on arrival, but too difficult to heat up, as the avocado was all over the other items by the time it was delivered. Probably wouldn’t order breakfast again, but I’m open to trying other meals.

Too long a wait for our food and it wasn't very nice when it came.

Various options on ordering - table app, electric order system near till or staff member at tills. We chose to order with a member of staff and all staff were friendly and welcoming. The food came out promptly and tasted great. Definitely what we needed to start the day at a great price. The only let down is it could be cleaner. But if in the area we will come again

So let's take a look, i went with my two daughters, the cafe / kitchen looked woefully understaffed and took a time to actually get served.The breakfast looked hurried and I felt that most parts had been pre prepared and has been stood standing for a " considerable time" under heating lamps..I've eaten better for less, we did benefit from a freebie mini breakfast..

Sorry the cafe isn't like it used to be. We didn't enjoy our fish & chips. Service is slow .I am being honest.

Value for money, but breakfast was undercooked and cold the last 2 times we've been in.

Everything was good but bacon only warm, returned and tried another breakfast,bacon was cold but was replaced with no fuss so all good.

Nothing special here, just your bog standard Morrisons cafe with not enough staff working (although the ones that’s were were overworked). Food was ok and kids eat free but a few small issues like the tea bags advertised as Yorkshire Gold but only being standard Yorkshire Tea and lots of the tables with dirty pots on.

Absolutely avoid the cafe. Aweful customer service from all staff. We were served breakfast to the table but when we asked for cutlery as there was none in the self serve box, the woman ignored us. Another customer asked, ignored. Then both I and another customer asked the same person as she walked by again, the young girl snapped at us and proceeded to tell us she keeps her self to her self. All we wanted was cutlery for our breakfast which was sat on the table in front of hungry children for nearly 15 minutes waiting for cutlery. The coffee machine had no cups so one guy resorted to using a dirty cup, that was not his! There was a spill at the coffee machine, not cleared up and dangerous. A lady on crutches complained. The place stank of manure. Bad service, cold food. Unhappy customers all around. Avoid the place. Yes it's a supermarket but you don't expect to be shouted at by staff when you requested cutlery. The staff are obviously over worked and stressed for reasons unknown. Morrisons you need to invest in staff wellbeing schemes and find out why the workforce is unhappy!!

I ordered breakfast, waited for about an hour and upon asking they told me it will take about half hour, horrible experience. Returned my payments

Food: While it did taste nice; the fact remains it was £6.50 for a frozen Morrisons own £1.50 curry; essentially speaking; I was charged £4 for the use of the microwave Service: Friendly while ordering; although once the food was done; the bowl was slammed into the table; pushed at me, she turned around and walked off so fast I didn't get to ask what' was up The place itself; a quiet little cafe; clean and tidy; majority of the people in the café at 1:30pm were older people chilling with a cuppa
