Morrisons Boroughbridge Cafe in Harrogate

Trató de pedir el almuerzo para que le dijeran que solo sirven desayuno en el menú, ya que la mayoría de las otras comidas en el menú estaban agotadas. ¿En serio? La cafetería está adjunta al supermercado que vende todo lo que hay en el menú.

Obtienes lo que pagas, es muy barato y creo que la gente tal vez no lo está tomando en cuenta. Me siento horrible diciendo esto, pero el personal más joven es encantador, el personal mayor parece no querer estar allí. ¿Tal vez sería útil alguna capacitación en servicio al cliente? Yo evitaría si eres una madre por su cuenta con un niño pequeño como bebidas calientes son autoservicio. Con otro adulto es genial, aunque ya que es extremadamente casual y ruidoso, así que muy agradable para los niños! Los ancianos también parecen encontrar el servicio de pedidos confuso, tuve que ayudar a un caballero mayor recientemente. El personal lo ignoró, lo cual fue triste.

Debido a la escasez de personal la elección se limitó a los desayunos aunque era temprano por la tarde. Mis salchichas vegetarianas no estaban muy bien cocinadas o calientes. Al final de la comida me sentí mareada, y más tarde esa noche estuve violentamente enferma varias veces. La comida vegetariana fue lo único que comí ese día que mi esposo no también comió, no estaba enfermo. No volveré a comer allí.

Tan decepcionado con este café como solía ser tan bueno. Estuve 3 veces este mes y nada ha cambiado. El personal es encantador, simplemente no lo suficiente de ellos, esperó 10 minutos para las tazas y luego las máquinas se quedaron sin café dejando a la gente haciendo cola, pero el miembro del personal estaba en la caja, sirviendo comidas, despejando mesas, antes de que repusiera las tazas. Parece que todo se trata de las ganancias en esta tienda, no de la satisfacción del cliente.

Pedido 2 desayunos pequeños y 2 tés. No había tazas ni teteras 😞 estuvo unos buenos diez minutos esperando tazas limpias y teteras, al final usaba tazas de papel, cuando llegó el desayuno estaba en platos de diferente tamaño. Lo siento, pero no voy a volver, ni siquiera estaba tan ocupado, así que no hay excusa allí

It took 25 minutes to deliver 2 cold all day breakfasts. The bacon was so undercooked it looked virtually raw I didn’t eat it. The cafe was very quiet so they couldn’t use the excuse of being run off their feet. The latte was nice but I had to ask for some hot water as by the time the food arrived it was cold. In future we shall avoid this place.

Absolutely abysmal. Food took forever to arrive. Lady on drinks station(short older lady wearing glasses ) NO namebadge! Was only what could be described as RUDE. No eye contact, No words spoken at all. My son ordered food & about 20mins + later was then asked what peas he wanted!!! My 3 year old grandson was only having boiled egg & toast!! Which when arrived was FOUR eggs!! Obviously he got fidgety & couldn't understand where his food was! Someone needs to carry out some URGENT staff training as these people are the 'face' of Morrisons surely. It says on the uniform 'LOVE TO HELP' I beg to differ!

We used as a meeting point for our car group before setting off on a run.There were 20 of us,they were not aware we would be turning up ,staff were great ,couldn’t do enough and breakfast was good.

Called in after picking some shopping up. I wish we hadn't! We ordered what we wanted from the screen just outside the cafe, went to collect my son's drink (we have no CO2 to make the fizzy drinks so go get a bottle) no apology or anything. Then another woman came to us asking what cream tea we wanted (even though we chose on the screen) came back and told us they didn't have any ham. The egg sandwich was vile and they were 1 slice of bread per sandwich!! The drinks woman then came to me and said they didn't have any topping for my ICED coffee which I wasn't too fussed about but then she brought me over a super sweet hot coffee even though I didn't order it. They forgot about the 2 teas as well. I would never go back and certainly would not recommend it!! You'd be better off buying what you want to eat in Morrisons and making it in your car!
