This cafe generally let the store down and is certainly no reflection on the store overall. The few staff that were attempting to keep the customer's happy were fighting a losing battle, with most of the spare tables piled up with dirty plates and cutlery and no staff available to collect them up! We only ordered a couple of cakes and two pots of tea due to the limited choice and had to wait 25 minutes for the two teas brought out in two large coffee cups and no teaspoons due to a lack of pots available etc! (because they were all piled up on the tables). I won't mention the dirty cup! I have visited other Morrisons stores which seem more organised and have never experienced such chaos of which turned out to be a miserable experience. I can only blame management for not keeping on top of this predicament and felt sorry for the few members of staff left to manage this.

Standards of the food is not bad but they need to pay a lot of attention to cleaning. Dishes were not washed properly, cutlery was not clean, tables need cleaning. If they paid more attention to hygiene then not a bad place to go.

Bit disappointed with the poached eggs & avocado. I was given fried eggs instead with hard yolks, and the avocado looked nothing like the advertised photo (see my photos) - it was more like a spread than smashed, with no coriander or lemon slice. My extra bacon was all curled up & overdone, and my hash browns were nothing to write home about. It was my first ever visit, I'd always heard good things, but I wasn't very impressed, so won't be back again. Staff were polite though and always looked busy. Oh and I liked the blue plates.

Wagamama Aylesbury has seriously lost its way. I’ve enjoyed their food in the past, but my recent visit left me baffled and thoroughly disappointed. The food quality has plummeted, and they’re clearly hoping customers won’t notice the mess coming out of their kitchen. I ordered the Hot Honey Fried Chicken, a dish I’ve had before and enjoyed. But this time? It was burned (see pic). Instead of admitting the mistake, they had the nerve to pass it off as char-grilled chicken, hoping I wouldn’t notice. Having had this dish before, it was obvious that they were trying to cover up their botched frying job. The chicken was overcooked, dark, bitter, and completely lacking the usual crispy texture. Even worse, the honey glaze that’s supposed to add a delicious kick seemed thrown on in desperation, as if the sweetness would somehow hide the burnt flavour. Spoiler: it didn’t. The whole dish tasted like an underwhelming, scorched attempt at salvaging ruined fried chicken. Wagamama, if you burn something, own up to it. Don’t insult your loyal customers by passing off a poorly cooked dish as something it’s not. The quality and integrity that once made you a solid choice have gone completely downhill. Until they fix this shocking drop in standards, I’d suggest looking elsewhere for your noodle and rice fix.

We ordered from here when it was Wok Warrior and loved the food and became regulars. We didn't notice much change when it changed to Yoomi so continued to order. However, from the beginning of October the food taste and quality has really decreased so much so that we may not order again. It's such a shame as this was hands down the best Chinese takeaway in Aylesbury!

1st visit here for breakfast. Service very slow. Waitress didn't look very happy but pleasant. Had scrambled eggs, made in a microwave with no seasoning at all, very bland. Husband had full English which he said was ok but beans looked very dry. Toast cold on both plates. Toilets disgusting, smelly and dirty. Won't be coming back.
