Absolutely rubbish "full breakfast". Portion size tiny, nothing full about it. Egg like a bullet, dry teaspoon of beans and chipolata sausage. And they forgot to send the extras i ordered. Will not be ordering from here again.

Nice cafe. Has a little area with toys for kids to play. Have a self service machine like McDonald’s which is quite handy nice helpful staff. Coffee was nice. The full English was good. Nicely cooked and tasty. Good value.

That was a box of sadness! Stone cold..there’s nothing worse than a cold full English breakfast. Can’t even get in touch with just eat to complain, gutted cause I’m starving!

The bacon butty was ok but the coffee you serve as a Flat White isn’t a Flat White. “A flat white is a coffee drink consisting of espresso with microfoam (steamed milk with small, fine bubbles and a glossy or velvety consistency). It is comparable to a latte, but smaller in volume and with less microfoam, therefore having a higher proportion of coffee to milk, and milk that is more velvety in consistency – allowing the espresso to dominate the flavour, while being supported by the milk.”

Disgusting horrible need to rethink packaging 15 pound for that not good enough

I ordered the big breakfast, the sausage and the fried bread were terrible

this cafe is terribly managed with no supervision at all the food that arrived was luke warm the rest of the order did not turn up tables were uncleaned and uncleared but to be fair when I asked to see a manager I did get a full refund

Disorganised, slow, under staffed service. Since my last review the service has improved though there is sometimes a long wait to be served at the till, still under staffed ! Food though is cooked well and tasty, 9 mar 2022 Had an all day brunch ok, but chips were lukewarm/ cold quite pricey now just for a small plate of food and a coffee. 12 mar, self service apparently at brew in morrisons Guiseley, been waiting 10 mins to be served, appauling customer service with customers left waiting. Apparently they cannot organise cover for a colleague then the staff that actually turned could not work the coffee machine !!! To add insult to injury, an espresso is not a large cup of hot water with coffee in, even if it is free, an utter shambles. Having visited both the cafe and brew in Guiseley morisons, the above issues appear to have been resolved and good service is now available, there still is an obvious under staffing issue in the main cafe but at least the food was delivered timely and hot.

Food not up to standard had to return

The decaf coffee in both the barista and the cafe is disgraceful. Prior to the refurb, ground coffee was used and it was delicious- well worth the money. Now they have the pods instead and honestly it’s just hot salty water. I complained today and they made me another with TWO pods in.. no difference.

Today after i did my family shop I decided to treat my family to some lunch in the cafe in the Guiseley store. We ordered, 2x large breakfasts 1x sausage chips & beans The issue's started straight away with the cutlery being dirty. The issue's kept coming when the food arrived. Size for starters the large breakfasts looked like they came from the kids menu they were that small. The chips were missing and had to wait and the beans were cold on my sons meal. As for the quality of the breakfasts well wow very poor. Hash browns missing bacon so undercooked it still had a pulse cold beans rubber eggs and cardboard toast and we paid over £20 for this. We told a member of staff and got a half arsed apology in return. The only item which was nice was the coffee but even that could of come in a bigger cup instead of a thimble. Overall very very disappointed and we won't be using any of your cafe's again.

First time in this cafe , and I won't be going back , cold. Chips cold tea rubbish burger , 5 lanes ends all the way for me from now on

Staff work hard to give the customer what they need

With all the rebuilding within Morrisons stores to the now familiar looking Market street there have been changes in other departments too . The cafe has been added onto by taking up space from the car park . All done out in the now familiar pastel coloured chairs and tables . It’s still long and narrow and the disability friendly tables can be hard to locate. Help is available at the counter as it’s divided into two to accommodate the narrow kitchen . Also separate is the hot drinks stand . It can be a little tight with a large wheelchair and care has to be taken not to block the aisle between tables . A saving grace here is the fact that they have a separate Barista bar by the main entrance which sells tea coffee etc . This bar is Licensed!! Both the cafe and barista bar have a view into the car park.Also has a digital ordering system added for convenience.

Awful. I waited for my order for 30+ minutes and had an appointment so had to leave. Won’t be coming back and using the cafe again.

Lovely little cafe in Guisley Morrison's, very clean,staff were friendly, we only got a milky decade coffee and a toffee yum yum. Lovely and reasonably priced also

Slow service, but good quality food.

Cheap food and fairly good quality. With the introduction of a new digital ordering system, this Morrison's makes ordering food so very easy. With a good selection of fresh cakes and a decent collection of hot food, all served up with drinks of your choice. Only loses the one star due to the tea being a bit weak for me.

Only one coffee machine working and that wasn't working properly, no napkins not good when you have children with you

Very long wait for food and when it did arrive it was flat cold . Lots of dirty tables and plates left on trays .

Ordered a big breakfast and was very disappointed. The service was excellent but quality of food very poor. Especially for £7.53!!!

On a busy Sunday morning had insufficient staff. No poached or scrambled eggs and burnt the tea cakes. Not a good experience.

Guiseley cafe service is far better thsnYeadon for availability snd friendly staff.at Yeadon they moan too much and try to involve you with there every day stuff whereas i have never had other thsn pleasantries at Guiseley.who i give 10 out of 10 to

Guiseley cafe compared to another Morrison's cafe in the local area is excellent.They food menu is plentiful and the prices are reasonable and the food comes piping hot.The drinks selection is also good.The staff are helpful and polite.

Untrained staff I called in at Morrisons cafe, Guiseley, this afternoon the 24th of July 2018 and had a pot of tea, and tuna sandwich with chips. The food was very good, the staff friendly and helpful but they are completely untrained in how to speak with and interact with customers. The staff referred to me as "mate". I am not their mate, their buddy, their pal, I am a customer. Refer to me as Sir as in, " here are your chips sir" not here are your chips mate. The staff should be trained to clear the table when the customer has finished eating,not during. As I mentioned at the beginning the staff were friendly and helpful but, for goodness sake train them.

Its ok, staff are a bit miserable, and hot drinks are lukewarm, but cheap enough
