Morrisons in East Ayrshire

No toast with breakfast,got a kids meal instead of a adults.doughnuts were hard had to ask for milk with tea,not what it used to be.

Went out for lunch with friend was the worst meal I have ever had did not eat half of it as it looked like it had been lying for a while it was dried up and the vegetables were burnt will not be back it was suppose to be my Xmas dinnner

Excellent food served quickly by friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ensured we had everything we needed and that we enjoyed our meal.

Couldn’t believe how disgusting the mash potato was! Was clearly microwaved but was all stuck together! I wouldn’t feed this to my dog never mind a child! Like how are they getting away with this? But let’s be honest-everything is MICROWAVED!

extremely poor selection of sandwich, cakes or scones. The service is extremely slow, especially since they changed from self-service coffee. You now have to wait in 2 queues - 1 to pay and 1 to get your hot drink. If you order hot food it takes ages. It has the potential to be better if it was managed properly.

Seriously slow staff who walk around looking lost... walk past dirty tables and staffs attitude is disgusting!! Ethos place used to a good wee place for a bite to eat but standards have dropped considerably!! Not good for Morrison’s reputation

Fair selection of hot meals and sandwiches along with hot and cold drinks. Food fairly average, and took a while to arrive .

The store is a good store well stocked and lots of options. Lovely to have a cafe there for before or after shopping. But after the car park has been really done we had a dangerous situation happen we put the trolley back into one of the trolley huts in the car park then got in the car and as we were reversing we hit the trolley which had rolled out of the bay and on to the road it needs a bar or something to stop the trolleys as this is really dangerous having the trolley able to roll on to the road behind cars

Great place to stop in for a full meal or just a snack after shopping at Morrison's. There are two coffee shops there - one for specialty coffees.

We don't normally eat in such places however we called here to meet some relatives when on a visit to Kilmarnock. Their breakfasts were excellent and great value, particularly for our relatives who are elderly and visit this establishment every week.

I often visit the café at Morrison's for a quick meal the service is terrible you wait about half an hour to get your meal there are to many children about getting free meals at tea time it is time this stopped at it is too noisy

Breakfast time at supermarket. Breakfast was excellent with a poached egg. Sausages was lovely & service was quick & friendly.

I have been to Morrison’s cafe 3 time in last 2 weeks wouldn’t normally go that often but when I went 2 weeks ago I noticed how dirty the place was the table legs and the shelf where the tea pots sit especially was thick with dust here gone in twice more to see if had been cleaned and to my disgust it was just getting worse I was so shocked as a recent refurb was done it is shocking won’t be back in a hurry make me wonder what the food hygiene is like in saying that food was ok

A busy cafeteria at peak times. Service can be a bit slow but the food is wholesome and tasty. The cafeteria is always clean, warm and well-lit. The coffee is not particularly good, in my opinion and management could look into finding a decent replacement. There are special deals on which are of good value.

Had coffees and a brunch meal, but service was quite slow for hot food, as you have to order at the checkout rather than at the entrance till. Took a while for the meals to arrive, and when they did the coffee was cold.

Hi folks, The Kilmarnock morrisons store has newly refurbished restaurant, it looks good and is well laid out, there are some small changes to the menu and all grub is freshly made, (i really like the "eggs benedict") staff are pleasant, so all in all a good functioning restaurant with decent pricing..

Popped in mid afternoon. Plenty of choice on menu. Pleasant surroundings. Cafe personnel very helpful. Food was served promptly and great value. Recommended.

Just another Morrison's. Nice and clean. Staff seem polite. Has a chemist built in with late night opening hours. Has a cafe. Large car park.

I visit with my Mum. Sometimes go at lunchtime or teatime. We have had various foods such as chicken curry, soup, scrambled or poached eggs with toast.
