Went for some itchy skin cream. Didn’t have the sensitive in my brand. Went home bitterly dissatisfied and itchy.

I can't believe they had no prawn crackers. I know they are popular but those shelves should be stocked regularly.

Always great food here. Had a great bacon sandwich and pot of tea. However if you sit downstairs next to the stairs there is always food on the walls. Been there months. Needs a good scrub. If I’m here in a month or two and it’s not done I’ll take a picture.

Excellent service, clean tables, floor swept while we were there and a really nice atmosphere. As we only had a coffee and a tea, I can’t comment on the quality of the food, but service appeared to be very quick, which was the start of lunchtime.

On ma y occasions we have had the " build your own" breakfast. It's great if you're counting calories and also ensures you have exactly what you want. Coffee and tea is great value and even the decaffeinated coffee tastes good. The cafe has a variety of seating and offers a good variety of sandwiches and healthy options. There are also offers on children's meals at tea time. Well worth a visit.

We occasionally pop in for a late breakfast on a Saturday or Sunday keeping it simple with one of the breakfasts such as the flying start or for me sausage, egg, chips & beans. Sevice is fairly quick and presented okay.

My family regularly visit Morrison's cafe. Today the service and attitude of the staff was appalling. Every table was piled high with dirty crockery, we had to go through every knife, fork and cup before we could find ones that were (reasonably) clean. The fruit was mouldy and we were sharply told there were "no eggs". Despite being told the food would be half an hour it arrived after an hour with no apologies. Serious questions need to be asked about the management of this cafe and staff should perhaps take out their frustrations on the manager and not the customer.

A terrible shop - many items often missing, shelves empty - cannot be relied upon for stock. Quite the disgrace to the Morrison’s brand.

My aunt and I go to Morrison everyday for lunch, either Aldridge, bescot or wendesbury. On Tuesday 27th we went for lunch, we walk in and the place looked like a bomb site, their was crockery on every table, when I tried to move some trays so we could sit down I was told very sharply to leave the alone and sit some were else (their was no were else to sit) My aunt is 88 years old and was very upset about the way we were treated. I would like to add that the staff at Wendnesbury store should learn your staff at Aldridge all about customer care, they really could learn at off them.

Serve yourself chocolate-gorgeous but half full mug. Had to try 3 mugs before I found a clean one. It was awful. Then had to go through most of the knives to find a clean one. Made me not want to eat anything. Luckily I was letting my baby eat off the table so I had some anti bac wipe with me as the table was covered in crumbs. Cold drinks in the summer started off great-raspberry mocktail was gorgeous but went back for another and it was completely different. Great food but slow service so mostly served cold. Shame as ladies who work there are lovely.

The upper floor is nearly always closed off. There isn`t much seating room downstairs.Everything seems to be too much trouble for the staff here, and they seem more interested in gossiping. There is no welcoming atmosphere. The food isn`t expensive - but it isnt a place I`d recommend to eat in.

Visited Morrisons cafe before shopping. Lovely staff serving in this friendly local store. Hadn't been for a while due to work but clean and tidy, very full so I just got a table. Took the stress out of my big shop!

I stopped here the week before Christmas to have a bacon sandwich for breakfast whilst I waited half an hour for a prescription to be processed. I ordered a bacon toasted sandwich and if I'm being really honest it's probably one of the best I've ever had.

Intended to give ourselves Bank holiday treat at 2pm. Tables were piled high with uncleared cutlery. We had to clear the table ourselves. Food took 30 mins to arrive so it wasn't the intended quick visit. Staff numbers seemed ok but no motivation or management were visible. No apology was given for the long wait. Sadly, our experience appeared normal, with most other visitors sharing our fate. Food was mediocre and not worth the money or the wait. Will not be revisiting because there is an excellent chip shop next door. Sorry it couldn't be better news !

Normally, I just fill my shopping trolley then jump into my car but if I bump into friends or fancy a break, Morrisons cafe is a good place for a quick snack or lunch. The food is freshly prepared and the service friendly.

Nice, just, food EXCEPT, you will lose many customers if you continue to use the cheapest of the cheap teabags bottom of the barrel margarine and 20p bread?. Never heard of Anchor butter and Yorkshire teabags, they might just give you the boost you need to get back some irate customers.

Very very noisy. Not enough chairs and tables. The minute you move someone tries to have your chair. People there were okay, staff were helpful. But too noisy
