I just ordered 2 English breakfast and my husband find in the mushrooms a fabric part from a towels or something else

Order was nearly and hour late, overcooked & barely warm.

We tried to order on the app because the queue to order food was extremely long. The app wasn't working properly. We tried to get a coffee. Neither of the coffee machines had hot chocolate or coffee. We ordered our food and sat down. There was no cutlery available. Two breakfast dishes took 25 minutes to arrive. The cafe was generally dirty and not well serviced. Food that cost 2.99 a couple of years ago is now 7 quid. Morrisons need to hold an intervention here. If this was a stand alone business, it would not survive.

Ordered the mac n cheese with garlic bread and salad, only received Mac N cheese, extremely disappointed

Tables dirty No food by 12 they were running out of severe items Staff had a cavalier attitude No cutlery Over all very poor Staff were having to do several jobs serving food and running the till at same time I contacted Morrisons but no one has address to my complaint I did however get a questionnaire on how well they are done dealing with my complaint.

Despite the owners trying their best to run down the store,the staff keep trying their hardest.Best supermarket cafe around where lots of regulars meet.Staff do their utmost to "personalised"your food

Food has gone downhill , and the service is really bad . Rude, and when you tell the management. Nothing gets done . Even speaking to the main office still Nothing gets done .

The breakfasts are usually great and do Is the fish and chips. Service can be slow during busy times and the do run out of ingredients which is mad seeing as they have a full supermarket full of the stuff. The tables can be a bit dirty on times and I always check the cutlery because they are hot and miss. Never any tea spoons either. Good deals and kids eat free. Coffee machine always playing up too.

food was terrible asked for poched egg got fryed hash brown was burnt and old fryed bread had so much oil in it u couldnt eat it and black pudding was so hard u couldnt cut it terrible food

Only one coffee machine working,pretty standard always the same.Waited so long to pay as the poor woman on the till is also the waitress and was rushed off her feet and our coffee was getting cold . Unbelievably the manager sauntered past with no offer to help wouldn't have hurt him to go on the till for a bit .Table was very sticky as was the tray ,had to pop in the loo to wash my hands before I could start on my now rapidly cooling coffee.🙄

Cafe was very busy not enough staff, but very polite, tables was not cleaned, but food was OK, staff in Morriston was not nice in the store too my partner, staff see and apologise too my partner

Ordered 1pm and said it be 30 mins but the time kept going up and up and arrived later

It's not fine dining. But it's reasonable.

Delivery was ok not a long Waite but food arrived cold hash browns soggy bacon dry hard couldn’t eat watseted £20 to go in bin

Takes over an hr for chips 1staff on till taking out food and cleaning tables too 19 mins to but a cup of tea with only 3 in front of me

Missing items from each breakfast and the scrambled eggs we hard. The items that did arrive were mixed up between the 2 breakfasts. The drinks didn’t arrive at all.

The woman at the till (wearing glasses) should not work there. Rude and dismissive. Had to ask for my receipt but "it was already gone" Table was dirty and food used to be better. There's a lot of room for improvement.

food luke warm at best, hard black pudding, soggy hash browns. tried to order Scottish breakfast, wasn't actually on the menu replaced with usual breakfast.

Who ever the woman is with glasses on till today very ignorant a gentian was asking where is toast is as he been waiting 30 minutes and she gave him a sinking look and was walking away from him while he was talking she should never be working out front and should learn to be helpful and give service with a smile

The breakfast was lush, it was nice and hot! We’ll recommend for breakfast, will be ordering again!

Food was over cooked chips and fish and cold .burger didn't hv no salad in it as said it would be also no coleslaw either and stated it would come with the meal dried up chicken burger too and chips burnt and cold

I was given veggie sausages not meat, and the beans were not Heinz as listed

Delivery driver was absolutely lovely! Brightened my morning! :) Food is lovely too and was still hot when it arrived. Impressed!

Forgot x2 toast, second time they’ve done this

Fell slightly short in terms of expectations. Substituted cheesecake without notifying me ( wrote on the box) received garden peas instead of mushy peas as advertised on menu. The 2 slices of cheesecake were so small they were compressed together so hard to tell what constitutes as a slice.

Food is ok as expected. What really annoys me is that if you order extra items (extra egg etc on breakfast) they never arrive. Basically just paying more for a standard breakfast. Just Eat also doesn't have an option to highlight this. You can only say if the whole breakfast didn't arrive. Annoying

Unfortunately they didn’t have what I added but they did compensate for this by adding a different extra item. I was supposed to have 2x bacon but it was more like 1 1/2 and a bit too undercooked for my liking. I put it in the grill for a further few minutes and then it was better. Other than that it was a nice breakfast.

My latte was not dilivered I then found later that the driver had dropped it outside my house and failed to do anything about or even told me that he did it

Missing breakfast items. Stone cold and soggy. Clearly made before a driver was ready and just left. Cafe delivery used to be reliable, going down hill quickly.

Ordered beans but got peas and had no bread and butter that I ordered. Got everything else apart from that

The restaurant is understaffed. It took 30 minutes for the cashier to serve two people in front of me. She had to interrupt her work to replenish the coffee machine, then to refill serviette dispenser. Morrison’s loyalty card reader not working so she has to type in the long card number. Crumpets and jam served without jam because they were too understaffed to fetch more from the stores. Queue behind me stretching out the door because the cashier doing everything bar cashier role. The loyalty card reader has been broken for weeks with no sign of it being fixed.

Really unhappy with the quality of food received. Food was delivered late, and the food was borderline inedible.

I ordered a afternoon tea for 2. It was presented lovely. More than enough for 2 people and for the price I think it was really good value! Lurpak, tiptree jame and rodda's clotted cream for scones. Even got tea bags! A nice treat!

Missing items..again! No cokes (ordered 2) only 1 bacon on each breakfast when paid for 2! Scrambled egg instead of 2 poached eggs. Gave the benefit of doubt last time, but as the items are listed separately on the receipt, I don’t understand how you can get it so wrong.

Lovely breakfast but no beans came with it so I had to open my own tin. There seemed to be a lot of toast 8 slices to be exact when I only ordered 4 🤷‍♀️

Missing food.. not even sure how that’s possible? Two hash browns missing. A pot of beans missing and bacon missing. Half the order wasn’t even there even though it had been boxed. Food wasn’t great quality.. even by supermarket cafe standards

Fast delivery, food arrived freshly cooked and delicious.The store didn't have potato wedges,but substituted for sweet potato fries instead. No contact was made regarding the change but apart from that excellent service. Thank you.

Lovely breakfast, only issue is sometimes on a Sunday morning breakfasts say unavailable but I'm not sure how that can be possible since every ingredient must be on site.

Whilst the staff were friendly. We found the place to be extremely disorganised. Items they had on the menu didn't seem to exist on the till. We were served the incorrect breakfast but they did rectify this with out prompting. Ultimately ok food, good staff mixed with chaotic organisation

I was gonna have a chicken burger but they didn't have it then went to go for half a chicken chips and coselaw but had none then I said sweet potato curry had no sweet potato then fish and chips then they said they had none so went for a full English but when sat down eating it I heard them say there grill wasnt working or fryer so how they cooked the bacon no idea. So please AVOID at all cost if u want food because they always advertise meals that they don't have.

My father (61) and grandmother (86) went to the Morrisons store in Porth (CF399BA) around 7pm on the 17th January 2023. She had a full trolley full (around £70/£80 worth of shopping). When they went to pay there was nobody on the checkout so my father asked a worker near him and was told they don’t open the checkouts in the evening and they would need to use self serve. Firstly if they only had a few items fair enough but this was a full trolley. My father kindly asked if a checkout could be opened as my grandmother is quite unstable on her feet and needed an easy checkout. The lady point blank refused to open a checkout and walked away. My father approached another worker who confirmed they don’t open the checkouts in the evening. Again this was around 7pm. Not even close to the 10pm closing time of the store. My father asked for speak to a manager and a gentleman came and reiterated the same thing. My father and grandmother who then had no choice but to advise they would have to leave the trolly as they can’t use the self service and my grandmother is to unable to wait that long. The manager then reluctantly said “ok but just this once we will open a check out for you” and reluctantly opened a check out. I also would like to add that there was a worker in most aisles restocking shelves for the next day. I find this level of service absolutely shameful. If you close checkouts in the evening then at-least put a sign outside/by the door and if it’s not the case then you need to inform the staff members that if a customer requests a check out open with a full trolley of shopping then to open one. Also my grandmother has been shopping at this Morrisons for years and only over the last year since recovering from breast cancer does she now have to have help with her shopping. If my grandmother had gone by herself and nobody had opened a checkout it is so disappointing knowing how upset she would have been as nobody wanted to help. I know it might not seem like a big deal as it’s only a checkout but my grandmother is so upset about this. I would like a reply to confirm something will be said to this store because I would hate it to happen to someone else

Absolutely beautiful very very tasty

Wrong items delivered. Ordered sausage, egg and cheese muffins and received egg & cheese. Latte and mochas with sugar came as cappuccinos no sugar and coffee was filled halfway up the medium cup. Only thing they got right was the toast. Would have cost the same to have a McDonald's and portions are more generous. No number available to call the Cafe and number on Google said line busy. Would have liked to have given them a chance to rectify but wasn't possible so asking for a refund from JE

I requested no black pudding on my breakfast I asked for bread and butter instead I am allergic to black pudding and now I have just wasted my money doesn't any know how to read at this restaurant??
