Was absolutely lovely & amazing service

Visited tonight and had the the carvery. Very enjoyable. Friendly staff made sure we had everything we needed. A very pleasant environment to enjoy a meal and a drink.

Long queues, food is bland and found bones in carved meat

I'm at this filling mill and iv ordered a full carvery I'm well disappointed with all the food that was presented in front ov me the turkey was under cooked and the beef was also bleeding when beingʻ carved. And also the filling mill is well under staffed dirty plates on every empty table and wasn't cleaned for over 15 mins.

We had an amazing time at breakfast with Santa this morning! Atmosphere was amazing and amazing service off all the staff!

Had a lovely time at the Fulling mill today, a Christmas menu with a party of eight, great service food was lovely, would recommend, thank you to Jan and all the staff for working so hard and helping everything to run smoothly, a merry Christmas to you all, and best wishes for the new year.

Nice carvery, unfortunately they're brains smooth was on the turn.

Not so busy so quick service and good food selection.

Carvery is outstanding but the waiting times and queue was ridiculous, I know its christmas so why wasnt anymore staff put on, 1 woman taking lunch orders and serving drinks and one other person serving drinks. Then double queue from back behind checking in table to get your lunch, more people serving drinks would help woman taking food orders if she did only that.

Went to collect food, ran out. How does a restaurant run out of food? Odllh, they had plenty on the counter. They were clearing it away as we arrived. This is 8pm.

I enjoyed the food there, but the staff mainly Nem was outstanding and did her job to perfection, she definitely deserves some recognition! Went back yesterday for a carvery, lovely food yet again, the little short lady Jan was very friendly and helped me and my husband on the app.

Came here on Friday for a meal with my husband. We ordered from the Qr code on the table was so much easier to order. Our food came in 15mins and was very nicely presented. The chips were a very good portion and the burgers we ordered was absolutely amazing. My husband had the dirty philly burger and chips and he said it was very nice. I had the simple cheese burger and chips and it was very nice. Would definitely be back again for a meal.

Called in for our usual all you can eat brekky, food was tasty and great value. Thank you to Jan for looking after us....see you for carvery again later in the week 🍷

Good food and service. Better to go early dinner time as food is fresh and hot. Standard meat offering is a bit small but good quality. Groupon discounts are available online.

Staff are friendly, it was quiet on my visit so veg on the carvery counter was a bit dried out, still OK though. I'd go back. Reasonable prices.

The staff at the Fulling Mill have been very welcoming us into the restaurant. The staff on the bar served us really quickly. We both had a salad that were very enjoyable and was never a long wait to get our carvery either.

We have been here a few times recently every time we have come the staff/service have been amazing the food is spot on the carvery was amazing would recommend the turkey with the chicken wing side will definitely be visiting when I am next down 👌

Cheap and cheerful carvery. Arrive at 12 for lunch when the food is hot and fresh and not been over handled by others. Service without a smile to be expected but it's fine for a quick in and out roast lunch

We loved everything about our visit, the staff were friendly, the food was great and the service didn't take too long even though they were busy. As a family filled with neurodivergents (and some sen disorders) it was appreciated when we were given the back room to avoid being surrounded by too many strangers. Staff also went above and beyond to make sure one of the little ones in our group (who struggles with ARFIDs) had exactly what he would eat even though it wasn't on the menu. We'll definitely be back again.

Not bad at all for the Rhondda ( which is not a culinary epicentre) We had a lovely time- nice, big restaurant, easy to get to and ample parking. Inside was nice and food was perfectly adequate- nothing to write home about but Ronseal aka does what it says on the tin. Lovely, friendly staff though thankyou 🥰

Jan was amazing with the customer service! Food was absolutely amazing

the food was lovely and staff couldn't be more helpful, however the biggest issue was the fact that the queue was so long at the carvery, my partner and I queued separately so one of us could stay with our stuff at the table, and we had to queue for 10-15 minutes each. I noticed that the queue was mainly the meat area, as soon as people got to the veg they weren't there very long, maybe more people serving the meat would help this issue.
