Large store that is clean, bright and well organised

Not as good as it used to be, bare shelves , place looks dirty

Definitely the best butcher and fishmonger of any supermarket. However, it's rare to find someone actually manning the fish counter. There seems to be a shortage of egg boxes for the free-range eggs and when I asked for some they couldn't find any. Rarely enough checkouts open but apart from that it's great 😊

Nice selection of products, shelves well stocked, happy to help staff, my only negative is 60p for a plastic bag 40p for a paper one , no heavy duty bags offered in sight,

Very clean store with plenty of variety of fish, fresh produce and a well stocked meat counter. Morrisons also appear to be becoming more competitive with regular special offers on day to day purchases.

Muffins stuffed with fresh cream and black forest goodness. Best to not go too often for the sake of my blood sugars.

Very cold inside shop only 2 on tills do not like self-service some items not available ie very little bananas some cold meats not a lot of variety on cold meat counter

Worst shopping experience ever. Feel sorry for the staff. The shop was freezing. Shivering all round. Glad to get in the ladies toilet for a heat.

Store clearly doesn’t care or check dates. Yogurt that went out of date 20th of August was delivered on the 30th. 10 days out of date. It was bad enough that my order was cancelled yesterday due a van breakdown but this is ridiculous.

Ordered a Christmas pigs over blankets roll online to be told that wasn't available until 12. Still charged £4 for the alternative bacon roll

Fine shop for ladies summer clothes

Huge parking space. Very big supermarket with plenty of choices. And the food of the cafe tastes very good

Really disappointed in lack of help from staff being a disabled customer who needed to use the scooter. The security guard was the most friendly helpful person in the store. Was left to struggle out to my car on one crutch carrying my shopping myself. In Sainsbury's they couldn't have been more helpful. Allowing me to ride out to the car and a member of staff even put my shopping in my car for me. Poor show Morrisons 😢

Great butcher always helpful and have good deals also the bakery does its own pies etc which are good value

Order food from Click and collect I waited for around 10 to 15 minutes to collect the order I would suggest the management to display a board to direct the click and collection parking bay at the main entrance

A large store with everything you could need.

No protein foods in the fridge, the rest of the shop was unorganised and the man at the checkout was scanning items way too quickly. We complained to him to slow down, but he completely ignored us. Shocking. I hope they teach this man to slow down on customers. What a disgraceful till service today at Morrisons.

Cafe is filthy yet again. Tables nit getting cleared.

Went last week to Kendamil First infant milk shelf said out of stocks, went again today AGAIN it said OUT OF STOCK then I look up at top shelf there's 2 boxes of 6 just sitting there, had to help my self and stock their shelf in the process, lazy ignorant staff I guess.

Got a salad here and all food was fresh and plentiful. Clean and helpful staff. Well run store.

I adore Morrisons for its fresh fish and butchers department, though it's a shame we only have one in our city and quite far from the city centre 😕

Trying this out more often, quieter than Tesco, good range of stuff, just getting used to different layout

Using the cafe this morning not been for a months. We waited at least 5 minutes for someone to serve. He didn't have a clue. The while place was empty and dirty. One customer even had to empty his own rubbish inthe bin in the kitchen. There were no teaspoons even though I asked. There was no milk again I had to ask. Would not recommend unless they get better service

Went to use the toilet. Went through the self pay section as there were no signs on how to get to the toilet. Tried walking through the exit, but they have anti theft barriers, so couldn’t get out. Employ suggests I walk all the way to the entrance and back up. Common sense prevailed and she opened the barrier, not after telling me the barrier is anti theft. Didn’t think I looked like I was stealing but if supermarkets want to lock you in these days then it’s pretty sad

Went into restaurant for all day breakfast, stood at til to order as I don’t have the Morrisons app and the touch screen ordering was broken (stated not working), stood at the til and no staff to be seen for a good 5 mins. Looked like a lot of unhappy customers, one woman who been waiting for food nearly walked into kitchen to complain and they couldn’t find her order. They asked if she ordered on app and she said no “you took my order an hour ago” which the staff member was unaware. I ordered and said table 2 but stated table 3 on receipt, had to kindly ask someone else waiting and sitting at table 3 if they minded swapping tables incase my order goes to them etc.They too were unimpressed and said it was going to take 1 1/2 hrs for haggis beeps and tarries so ordered something else. The tables were not clean neither was the cutlery. One woman asked for sauce and got a bottle of vinegar so said not to bother as she had given up. One person asked to speak to the manager and I spoke wrong him on the way past. Think was Martyn, he was immediately in the defensive and started making excuses for everything I mentioned, then when I said I prefer the restaurant at andrews said it is very well run he said he used to work there and it is much better, this one is new and there is a high staff turnover and no restaurant manager. He said he’ll take on board my comments but clearly couldn’t care less, dreadful attitude and poor manager. Won’t be back!

Got our shopping on line a feu days in advance and went to shop for things we had forgotten to ordered and got everything we needed.

Great customer service. Great choice for in fruit and veg. A Friendly and local supermarket.

I'm 33 and the same woman constantly id's you for an energy drink! I put all my stuff back and avoid going in when i see she is there as personally think its ridiculous, I wouldn't say I looked below the age of the think 25 that she states it is!

I put my car through the carwash, it came out dirtier than when it went in.

Very disappointed with their service and lack of communication.

Coffee machines out of order no trays for orders. Tables unkempt left over plates and cups strewn on various table . Cleaning trolley left unattended blocking isle. Not good for disabled individuals . Food cabinets of cold drinks and light meals half if not almost empty .gave up on order and ordered one only hoping they would have at least one item. 25 mins later toastie arrived . Whst has happened to this place it was once a gem best of the best

I did a brief shop. I always have to search for staff to help me get things on high shelves. I stopped and had eggnchips, which was surprisingly good. staff were lovely too. I bought a squash just because I liked the colours

Thought i would go for something to eat...looks good...but it aint 👎unfortunately i wasn't told it was self service for tea/coffee and by the time i had to go look for cups (none btw) and teapot no knives either, no milk also ..food was cold ...spongy lorne brick ,hard bacon, lukewarm beans , toast ok and tattie scone was tasteless... Teapot was disgusting inside and when i got a cup had to put it back as it wasnt cleaned ...asked if they were short staffed maybe ...reply was ..no its always like this Forgot had to wipe my own table down too.....1st and last time i'll be there..😔

Long queues @ checkout & 4 morisons staff looking after the self checkouts 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 Open more checkouts!!!!! Employ more people!!!!!! No paper to get a receipt!!!!! Tills on a go slow between each customer!!!!! Then they have the odacity to ask if you want a help to pack!!!! This place gets worse on a weekly basis!!!!!

Super shop open on Sunday until 20:00 pm is new to me as in Northampton on Sunday my Morrison is open until 4 pm. I did a good shopping today, service was very nice as always in this chain of stores.

Place could do with a good scrub and maybe put someone on the fish counter. And while you’re at it,put the Newspaper hub back in the middle of the floor instead of away at the back/side of store.

Staff all very helpful but store was very cold.

Car park is never full, so we park the caravan, stock up with food, have lunch, and refuel the truck- dont take caravan through the fuel station, however, its too tight. (we do the same at Ikea in Glasgow)

Great cafe with delicious all day breakfast yum. Food to suit any time of day. Great shop for snacks and quick meals.

Went into Morrisons in Dundee today what a run down store, most of cafe tables were untidy and in need of a good clean, no excuses as the cafe wasn’t busy, the whole cafe area needs a good scrub, cups all stained albeit they came out of dish washer !! About time the owners revamped and modernised the store, won’t be in a hurry

Very bad service at cafe stood for 10 minutes at till and had to call someone before I got served 🤪 no coffee machines worked and had to clear a table as most of them were covered in dirty plates and cups. Management need to get there act together.

Just been served at the tobacco counter by an assistant who seemed to hate the fact I was there. She had already asked me to wait a few minutes as she continued to put stock away. Once she was satisfied with herself, she came over and asked for my ID (I'm 33 years old) and made angry faces when she saw my ID. She handed me a different product to what I'd asked for and she proceeded to tut at me when I told her it was the wrong item. I paid for the correct item and she walked away from me before I could look up from the card machine. Very odd behaviour. The whole time I felt like she was about to erupt. It seemed like she was frustrated with something and didn't have the social capability to NOT project this onto customers.

Went to cafe for an all day breakfast, 2 for £10 with a hot drink. Great value for money. Plenty disabled spaces and large car park. Toilet facilities also for disabled. Easy wheelchair access, wide aisles and great selection of stock. Has in-house fish monger, butcher, bakery and salad bar. Prices similar to Tesco's and Asda

Like store layout. Staff usually very helpful. Some really good products dusappear of shelves for weeks, or for ever. But guess all superMs same. Do wish less auto checkouts and more humans. Cant stand these soulless machines. And they hiccup constantly.

It's always a ghost town here also one of their workers has wrapped a fly in a packed of fish and put it on display before

Absolutely DISGUSTING service. the food was cold it was missing items and one thing I ordered which was a ham and cheese toastie wasn’t given with the order. the delivery driver notified us that the machine was broken and they didn’t even call us to arrange something else to be sent out or to tell us.. and they never offered a refund either. the food also came freezing Cold. I do not rate this place or at all and I wouldn’t tell anyone to eat here it’s horrible and the service is absolutely shocking.

Don't waste your time and money buying 'to good to go' from them. Last time I got bread, doughnuts, bread, doughnuts, bread, doughnuts, bread, doughnuts and .... wait for it... bread! Not so much helping to stop food waste as dumping waste on the customer. No thanks Morrisons, you can deal with and pay for your own waste. Back to Asda and Tesco.😡

Self serve till not an issue, help yourself to your drinks-didn't have the drinks ordered for the kids. No condiments, tables were dirty with food, around 7 tables still had dirty plates on them that hadn't been cleared away. The whole place just felt grotty. We were given substitutes for certain food as they had ran out of what we had ordered, without being asked what we would like. No staff in the cafe to ask about anything only the one lady who seemed to be cooking, serving and clearing the tables all on her own. We've been to morrisons cafe many times its always been ok nothing to rave about but it was acceptable however this was by far the worst experience and we have decided we will not be eating there again.

This is not a gourmet restaurant so we’re talking basic food being sold here.. the question is how can they get it so wrong? This is basic home cooking but it’s either overcooked or undercooked !!! God forbid if you want a knife AND a fork….. choose one because that’s all you’ll get to eat your food with. So in summery if you want to eat somewhere where the staff gave up the will to live, you bring your own cutlery and clean your own table then this is the place for you..Dundee Morrisons, the place that gave up.

Good store for food, clothes and alcohol

I was deeply offended by the attitude of one of the staff in your sore she was rude to me and basically called me a alcoholic which I certainly ain't I don't drink she usually works on the self scan I shop in the store every day and spend over 100 pounds a week just to be insulted

visited for breakfast… staff were unhelpful and rude … we ordered gluten free bread for myself and were then told they didnt supply it a nd lied about the fact they didnt stock it on the shop floor… we waited 40 minutes for our meal and half if it was missing … ok we git a refund for tge missing items from mrs grumpy behind tge till… never again!!!!

Last night was in Morrisons for tea I had all day brekkie as never had what I wanted all food was hard hash browns and Lorne been lying all day when I got home maybe 15 mins after I had to go straight to the loo as it went right thru me I won't be using your cafe or shop again and I've told my friends they won't be using your shop again disgusting

Morrisons is good, used to work for them, most people are great to work with. Got a massive car park and petrol station as well so can't complain.
