Never again good was dry or soggy and overpriced!

I ordered a cheeese, onion and potatoe pie and vegetables but only got the vegetables. Their food is always fabulous and as it was just on closing time it was a mistake easily made. I called the restaurant and sorted. Thanks to wonderfull staff!!!

Food was hot and tasted great but no option on your veg or potatoes .. I wanted roasts not baby boils .. 🥲 will be back tho ✌🏻

asked for no stuffing nd they gave me loads of it it was even with meat and potatoes waste of money thanks learn to read u stated no stuffing

Just had food delivered from rude delivery driver, told me my address was wrong when it wasn’t, not handing over food after gave her code twice, also items missing from order….shocking service definitely won’t be using here again

My order was cancelled as the restaurant was closed

I recently dined at Kingsway Farm Dundee, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a cozy dinner. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt welcome throughout our meal especially Aaron and Andrew. Overall, I highly recommend Kingsway Farm to anyone looking for a delightful dining experience. I can't wait to return and try more dishes!

We came for a last minute dinner after school with the kids. Food was great, excellent value for money and great service. Kids area is great for 3 loud kids not worrying about interrupting anyone's dinner.

We went along with my Birthday Cake offered by the Email I received but we had a friend who was 90 a few days after me so We would make the cake for his birthday when my wife went to collect the cake which was as requested boxed for us so our friend could take it home as his wife was unable to to come due to an injury but we were offered candles to light up there and a lighter so very thoughtful We all had the carvery I always have some of each meat and great crispy roast potatoes We are now using this place as a catch up every couple of weeks so much nicer than other restaurants in the area and such friendly and helpful staff which really makes this place special

Everything piping hot, great selection of veggies and all 3 meats were tender and delicious

This place was amazing and the food was great staff where really nice and good portions slushies where on a different level

Bread&Butter wasn’t any butter atall . Carvery was good but DEFINITELY lacking taste and flavour.

Me and my partner took a young adult with additional needs here this morning for his breakfast and the service from the moment we walked in was just outstanding! All 3 members of staff (Liz, Michael and not sure the other ones name) made us feel so welcome and we super accommodating! Liz is just like a little heartwarming bundle of joy and does an amazing bloody job working with the public! Also the food was again on point, love a carvery breakfast! I then came back this afternoon for some ice cream with the said young adult and liz done our order and was again just so happy to accommodate all needs and preferences, Thankyou for making today a really positive experience for us all guys!!

I got charged for a cake i never recieved, barely any meat in both my orders, all hidden under mushy overcooked veggies,was like a toddlers meal. Arrived freezing cold, the little meat i did receive,i gave to my dog and binned the rest.avoid.

thought by ordering early I would been fresh the fish was recooked burned on one side soggy on the other. no tartar sauce. the burger was full of barbecue sauce made the roll like wet my kid couldn't eat it for 34.00 quid you better tha what I got . the dog didn't even want it. so that saying something. pure rip off

Andrew was very welcoming and friendly. Nice breakfast with calm atmosphere.

Cake was amazing as always! The bean burger I had was inedible though, lots of cold spots in it and very thick, hard to chew. Everything else on the burger was good and chips were decent ☺️

Unable to access a table at 12.30. Place was less than half full. Waited 5mins to be informed no availability. Could place notice on website or put sign up outside. Disappointed after driving 10mile.

Food ok, service fine, expensive for what you get. Will do in a pinch

Good place for a quick lunch stop with kids. Play area for smaller kids, close to retail park so great location. Carvery was good and plenty choice on the menu. Could not finish the ultimate glass of coke so defo worth the extra 50p

Reece was so helpful there wasn’t any soft eggs on the breakfast so he brought me 4 soft eggs

I have visited Kingsway farm many times over the last year, the food has always been exceptional, I usually have the carvery and cakes, I really love this place. The price is affordable so it's within reach of almost everyone. The service is amazing, the staff are very friendly and always try to help, especially Andrew, who is always very attentive to the customers. The restaurant is so comfortable and cosy.I really recommend this place.

Need to be more organized on busy nights, the foods we had ordered were unavailable, one till on for a large que, food took ages to come out and lots of unhappy customers. I used to come here every weekend but place is going down hill. Won't be back

Carvery does a good take away. Feels a bit heartier than a kebab. Not the best car park for a big van.

Chips were like rubber and husband couldn't eat his fish was very dry

Food was cold, stodgy, and generally poor quality

Had 2 meals in one week. One carvery and one Ala carte. Service was very good both times. Staff were very friendly and chatty. Food in general was very good. The steak and ale pie could benefit from more steak though.

Was good, only had 1 beef and 1 turkey, no gammon and i didnt get my extra yorkshires.

Go in at 10.45. Once seated, go to order to be told the buffets breaker is nearly finished. They weren’t doing anymore. Ordered sausages on a roll, came with cheese on so when sent back the girl had no customer service at all. Never spoke two words and face basically said it all. We had the teas and coffees 15/20 minutes before food had arrived. Full breakfast was available to order but no buffet breakfast even at that time of the morning. However the boy serving was absolutely lovely and polite, the person with blue hair was so polite and helpful also.

Staff were first class particularly Andrew. Food was disappointing this time, breakfast buffet seriously overdone and dried out

We come here every week for breakfast, and it never disappoints! The food is always delicious, the service is warm and welcoming—especially from Andrew—and the prices are great for the generous portions you get. Highly recommend!

I've come here quite a bit in the past and always enjoyed my experience and the food is always delicious too. Today was served by Andrew, with great customer service, and checked how things were with our food and wished us a good rest of our day. Also gave me a compliment on my jacket 😆

We attended kingsway farm tonight, we are regular customers and attend quite often, but tonight we were very happy to see Jamie back serving us the carvery tonight, he’s bubbly happy and serves the carvery meat just perfect! Other times we’ve been has been very little meat, tonight was spot on! Everyone enjoyed there carvery kids demolished there teas also. Hopefully we more of Jamie on the carvery! Thank you again 🫶🏼

We had an amazing server called Aaron this evening and he went above and beyond! We went for a wee family meal for my husbands birthday and I asked for a candle in the dessert and we went all out! I would come back for this gentleman's service alone!

We’re here most weeks while our son is at basketball and we love it. The food is always good and the staff are friendly and helpful. I feel comfortable to dine here by myself when necessary and always feel comfortable. Lovely place. Definitely recommend.

Stop here regularly with our 3 dogs. Always happy to sit outside(weather permitting) but can't help wondering why dogs are not allowed in. Similar businesses make huge efforts to allow this so not sure why they don't. However the staff are always very attentive to our dogs when bringing our food and drinks out. Water for the mutts is always provided when asked for and indeed a couple of times recently our digs have been offered meaty scraps from the carvery,which are always gratefully received.

I go 2 kingsway farm all the time all the staff a very nice they always come over to us ask how our food is and have we chat with us food great as well

Quick breakfast service if your short on time.. Michael was lovely and helpful.. he made sure everything was ok with our food.. Kingsway Farm is always our go to place! Highly reccommend the Carvery!

I came in today for a roast and it was amazing and owian that served us was very friendly and welcoming and we will be back soon, thank you owian for your hospitality.

Thought we'd go to Kingsway farm for lunch on Sunday 19th January as I'd previously been to the Walnutree in Southampton. Nice welcome. We were really disappointed at the food. The Gammon looked uncooked turkey anemic and the beef was at the end and didn't look appetising at all. Very gristly. Everything just looked SAD. After queuing for 10 minutes the man carving the meat came out. We paid for 2 large 3 standard 4 children's Carverys. Everything tasted the same very disappointing. Well below standard I'm afraid. Why do you have to charge more just because it's Sunday I really hate dynamic pricing. Decided to buy carrott cake x 4 lemon cake x 1 chocolate fudge cake x 1 to take home again disappointed at the size if the slices nothing like it looked in the restaurant and 2 ice cream. In total over £170 spent plus drove 90 mile round trip. 😬🤨🙄🤨🙄 I'm gutted I didn't take photo's 😩 😫

I was in Kingsway farm , it's a lovely place with a garden and some tables outside. The environment is really comfortable and the staff they were really kind, Andrew gave us a some suggestions about the cakes and food and it was amazing. Definitely they will see me again.

Beef was tough and everything was cold - wont order again

Arrived at 10.40/10.45 for a carvery breakfast. When going to the buffet there was hardly any food left, asked why this was to be told it finishes at 11 so no more food would be brought out? So my buffet breakfast was black pudding, lorne, bacon, hash brown and dried up fried egg. The staff memeber was very rude and didn’t stop to speak to me, continued clearing the area and answered me while walking away? I then asked why I was not told the buffet was nearly finished I would have ordered something else again she didn’t stop and turn round but muttered “well you can get a refund” and walked away! As I stood waiting for a slice of bread to be cooked, several people arrived to collect their “too good to go” breakfasts. There was at least 6 boxes stacked, so clearly these customers were put first before people paying for their breakfast on the premises. Haven’t been here for some time and I will not be in any rush to come back after today! Customer care 0

Ordered a macaroni cheese from the classic menu and it was awful! It was white and the cheese sauce as it was meant to be i think was just a gooey consistency that had no taste and seemed to be a mix from a packet. Will not hurry back for that again. I couldn't even eat it, I did say to waiter when he asked if i had finished. From my knowledge macaroni & cheese is better with yellow/orange cheddar cheese but that's my opinion. Hopefully they will return to a normal mac & cheese in the future.
