Good prices but not a cheap as Asda

That's the only supermarket in Norwich city centre where I can find the almond milk brand I consume which has no additives or preservatives (Plenish) and different yoghurt brands/kefir than regular supermarkets/M&S

Generally very good, one big plus is that there are less staff filling delivery carts than at, say Tesco. The staff are more pleasant too not as pushy and careless as some other stores. Otherwise the selection and quality is good.

Morrisons store impresses with a wide selection of fresh products and household items. The products are always of high quality, and the assortment is diverse. Special mention goes to the fresh fruits and vegetables. Convenient location and pleasant service make shopping comfortable!

I visited this Morrison today primarily because they offer an electric car charger and a café with reasonably priced meals. Overall, it's a great grocery store for busy individuals who need to get their shopping done while on the go. Due to its large car park, finding a place to park as never been a problem.

Morrisons Riverside, Norwich. Just the worst store I have ever come across. Only use it because it's close to where I live. Just wanted some meat from the deli, only one person serving across all of that and the pizza making so gave up knowing I was going to be waiting for ages to get served. Won't ever step in the place again.

My go to place for all kind of groceries. Large selection of everything. The produce is always fresh. The bakery section is also quite large. The world food is also have variety and now it has increased products range specially for indians. They always have offer on the some selection ( displayed near bakery section). The cafe is is also good with good menu and cheaper rates. Seating area is also quite large. They have good selection of sea food too. Best supermarket to visit for all shopping needs. They have pointer program call morrison more which also offers many discounts and monthly savers program which is also offers good savings options to regular buyers

It is the shame that Morrisons seem to be cutting costs and changing The Oven area to prepackaged items in this store and many others across the country. For me, the USP of the hot food in Morrisons was the fantastic display of chicken and other items and then asking the staff what you would like. Furthermore, for some reason this Morrisons doesn't seem to stock Jason's Sourdough, but the much smaller Old Catton store does. Lastly, it is a shame that Morrisons do not stock any form of unhomongenised Jersey Milk like Tesco and Sainsbury's do. There are also barriers when exiting the self-checkout area, which makes it unwelcoming. On a positive note to the end the review, staff I have dealt with are very friendly and helpful, and the store seems fairly well stocked at all times.

Good luck finding things you want in stock. Abysmal, huge gaps all over the place.

Good produce at reasonable prices. Got everything I needed plus a few things not on my list!!

This store has a comprehensive amount of produce. It caters for all ages of children people with needs ie disabilities wheelchairs etc. I would recommend it for his parking... Which are much mentioned has valet service whilst in store and most of pharmacy and garage also. It's worth a look.😳

Good place to do your weekly shop

Worst experience of all time. No respect for customers at all who need help. At the time of checkout we payed and then the helping person came to approve the payment but instead she declined it then blamed on us that it was our mistake and called security and the manager, then they say that the card was international . The manager then says that it will be refunded by bank and then just force us to pay again or leave with nothing. If I could put zero stars then I would happily would.

Has gone downhill since it was sold. Stock used to be wider, they had things you couldn't get elsewhere and good prices, not now, just as expensive as Sainsbury's and not so wide a stock.

This store has really gone downhill. Many of the shelves were completely empty, the pizza counter had two pizzas and the lady didn't even know whether they did gluten free bases or not. There were no vegan hot pies or sausage rolls. The dairy free cheese was scattered in 3 random places, and there was a very poor choice. The meat free freezer was completely empty on one side, and very bare on the other side. All the freezers had massive ice build ups, and some of the food was partially defrosted with soggy boxes. The loo was absolutely disgusting. What a disappointment.

A well stocked store with some good offers

Not keen on how this supermarket is set out. It feels kind of messy and cramped. Definitely not the cheapest by far! Aldi is cheaper.

Lack of products on display and not enough variety. Too many spills and obstacles in the aisles.

Mostly the experience is okay with certain staff but I am sick and tired of customers being blamed and in the wrong due to staffs conflicting information and errors.

Prices are never correct. Last 3 times I have been in the 'morrisons more' card deal hasnt worked. Today was coca cola 24 pack. Staff at tills helpful but annoying none the less

Clean, large, lots of choice. Convenient to pop in when waiting to collect someone who's train was delayed.

Today I was shopping, completely chaos support service doesn't know where is bags some liquid on floor

For the past decade, I've consumed two steaks weekly. Recently, I purchased ribeye steaks from the Morrisons in-store butcher. Upon pan frying, the steaks revealed a structure that revealed they were glued from multiple, distinct pieces of meat. I am aware of advanced food processing techniques employed in Western countries and this particular result was unappetising to say at least. Never, ever going back.

Not much on the hot deli counter. Whether this was down to match day. I don't know

Norwich riverside is a great superstore!

Absolutely love morrisons and there products disabled friendly again watch your parking if your top long or dare to take a meal or disabled speak to a member of staff 1st or you will get a parking fine here.

Always used to use morrisons! Only when I'm desperate now. Products are so expensive. Go to tesco now, not cheap but more of a selection and better prices with your club card.

Saver range is great but today can't have a meal deal salad as they have no medium container how can a shop that size run out

Was on my way to the train station, andbitvwas fairly early, and I wasn't going to be back until late, so I stopped in to pick up a couple of bits. It seems well stocked and reasonably priced , so I would use it again if I needed to.

Extensive store in a good location

It is a shop that sells food and just nice, does pull my chain as it were but if I out I can get. They have nice noodles 🍜

Easy shopping experience. Usually about the cheapest fuel in Norwich.

Lady in the coffee shop and staff in the cafe are all really pleasant and helpful. The tall guy who works on the self service is the complete opposite and rude, obnoxious and unhelpful. Shame because he is meant to be there to help but is too busy being rude to customers and telling them to wait whilst he has a chat. If he is on the self service go elsewhere or expect a long wait and no smile. Cheer up buddy or get a job in the back store.

Good supermarket. I don't use it as regularly as I used to since I moved but this was my local shop some years ago and it is still good inside. Clean and fresh and plenty of staff available should you need them.

A place for groceries which may one can easily

We could only see 1 staff member at the store tills. And 1 in the self-service tills. Lots of customers looking annoyed . It leaves you feeling venerable. Horrid experience at the Norwich riverside Morrissons at peak 5/6pm shopping.

Always found staff helpful apart from one man serving on the cigarette counter who was unhelpful and rude

Worst store ever!! Every department closes early. Never anyone on the butchery or deli. The two people who can serve on these departments takes breaks together. Management needs to sort this out. Always the same excuse of being understaffed. Went to buy tobacco nearly an hour before they closed and the women who was standing there told me she couldn't serve me as they were understaffed but she was standing there!!!!

Nice lunch in cafe, followed by relaxed shopping. Delicatessen especially good as is the pie counter.

Always get most of my shopping here, usually quick and easy, depending on the time of day.

Terrible treatment of staff , swearing and shouting at each other in front of customers

A very large market with many varieties, a place with fresh vegetables, fruits, meat and seafood. It also has a big clean toilet.

I am a governor at a special school in Norwich. Almost every week, we have visited Riverside to buy foodstuffs for our Life Skills classes, to socialise in the cafe and to teach the pupils how to engage with 'safer strangers', ie the staff. We love the Blue Badge parking, close to the entrances, with room for tail lifts and undercover for wet mornings. Without exception, the staff have been friendly and helpful. Many thanks to everyone involved. We'll be back in September!

I haven't been to a Morrison's in a long time, I went in looking for something that has lemon in it, found a lemon meringue pie, just a singular slice was all I needed, and that was enough, forgot they did little cakes in tubs it was Soo cool

I had an awful experience with an unjustifiably antagonistic and aggressive employee in Albion way, norwich yesterday. Luckily the manager saw it and was as shocked as I was and said he will deal with it but I am flabbergasted and was left shaken.

2 quid for Prime in the big 2024 is an absolute farce.

It's my first source to provide daily foods, fruits, vegetables and daily necessities. Usually they have garage to refueling and also carwash/jet wash and air for your cars. Usually they have spacious parking and free for 2 hours. I recommend it if you travel to, or live in the UK.

Awesome shopping all in one place . Great deals on baking and other hot food items at the end of the day .Observed lots of variety products. Morrisons sells a variety of sea foods like fish,crabs, lobsters ,prawns ,king prawns and a variety of meat chicken ,lamb, pork ,beef ,gammon turkey also frozen meat and sea foods . Morrisons have a great meal deal portions , they serve salads,pizzas, chips ,crisps ,chicken stripes ,sausages , whole grilled chicken ,variety of cheese slices ,boiled eggs ,variety of pasta along with ketchup and sauces . They have a great kitchen .Lots of baking stuff like seeded bread ,loaf , sandwich ,scones ,croissants ,cakes , cupcakes etc... During the festive season Morrisons offers great deals on Fish, Lamb,Chicken ,Turkey and many more . They also have a variety of world foods , groceries and hot foods . We can find a variety of crisps ,popcorn etc... It also has a great collection of drinks like wines ,spirits ,cider , lemonade ,juices ,milk shakes ,ice creams etc... Recommended for budget shopping and with standard quality . Thank you Jay

It's a good Morrisons, the only thing I don't like and it's not just Morrisons, it's all chains, is the fidelity card to save money, the only problem is for people like me who don't live in the UK is I can't get these cards so I needed to ask someone to use their's so I could save £15 on a £110 basket

A shop where you can buy cheap food

Mixed reviews of this supermarket. They never seem to have any safe trolleys, almost all of them are missing one strap or unusable as shown in photos. For trolleys to be safe and prevent a child getting out they should have complete safety straps. Those that are no longer safe should be fixed or taken out of circulation. I bought two packets of hot cross buns which were laughably bad. About 3 sultanas in them and absolutely no spice/cinnamon etc. They were basically bread rolls! The saving graces and why you get three stars is the person who served us in the cafe was so polite and helpful (yesterday around 4pm) and the fact you have a baby change room that also has a toilet for the parent to use too which is impossible to find normally! So that was very helpful.

Better than the sainsbury's or the big tesco in norwich, which all are rather dated. Though doesn't have scan as you shop yet.

Don't use any of the jet washes, never got any soap in them, so you are washing your car with hot water...and the car wash is never working either, always closed...

One of the few places I can find ghee now. Love the veggie section. Lots of choice.

This is only a small local shop but they have a good selection of products. Everything you need. The staff is exceptionally friendly, the shop is spotless. Shopping here is so pleasant that I would go to a big Morrisons for my weekly shop if there had been one around here.

Have shopped here many times in the past.

Pleasant, big store with meat, deli, seafood, half prepared and cooked section on top of groceries, and cafe with meals as well, and a petrol and self car wash station. The only thing is parking. Only 2 hours free (I think the sign say even shorter if its game day). Expect queues during game days. If you plan to have a tea or meal there and shop, you may want to pay extra or move over to B & M or other sides to avoid extra charges, as other areas of the retail park different parking operators.

Its got a great selection of goods, a great bakery and access to mobility scooters that enable me to easily get round the store.

Slowest cafe ever. Have been waiting over half an hour for a simple fry-up! No warning of any delay when we ordered.

Good store with a wide variety of stuff ranging from household items to food, clothing, garden equipments and a host of other things.

Went in for some bits for boxing day on 20 Dec and meat that I wanted had 22 date on them which wasn't great. Rest of stuff I wanted was OK with not bad dates on them hence 4 stars. Good choice although again party food had poor dates. Such a shame.
