This is the best pizza place with the best food and loveliest staff. I always phone amd ask for fresh bag of cheese opened because I'm coeliac and it's makes the risk of crumbs a lot safer and they're so accommodating. Also the best gluten free base, tastes like a proper takeaway pizza Thankyou☺️

Used to be able to get chicken sides in meal deal not anymore used to get cheese on wedges not anymore used to get garlic dip with pizzas now just ketchup dips used to love this place but last time I’m ordering from here gone down hill never again thx

We have ordered 2 pizza's. One vegetarian and one non vegetarian but we got both non vegetarian pizza's 🍕. This is disgusting. Think about it if we have eaten this pizza who was responsible for it.Now they are saying that they don't have any delivery driver and saying pickup from our shop. I am going to complain about it.

Absolutely terrible customer service and food. Pizza arrived completely inedible with no cheese or toppings left on the pizza, completely disgusting. Rang the restaurant and they refused to send a new pizza out and denied any responsibility. Will never use them again. Much better pizzas in Norwich anyway so do yourself a favor and avoid this lot like the plague.

Placed a time order for 10pm, pizzas were ready to collect at 9:30pm as i received email confirmation. When I collected them at 10pm it was obvious they were sitting there for half an hour. They still happily gave them to me. LOL

From receiving email to say food is on the way to food arriving took 40 minutes. I live a 10 minute walk away! Not surprisingly,food was cold, greasy and quite bland . King pepperoni didn't really live up to its name, average 1 slice of pepperoni to each slice of pizza. Asked for other pizza to have no olives on it, seemed to have more olives on it than a normal pizza.

Alright pizza I use to love it but recently it’s gone down hill. Every time I pull a slice my pizza falls apart (all of the toppings and cheese) it’s not how it use to be :(

Just received our pizzas and kinder cookies and they were cold looked they didn't travel well in the box, as I said they were cold as the seal on the box was broken it looked like someone had already looked inside the box. The cookie was just a lump of dough. Sorry fireaway pizza but won't be ordering from you again...

(edit Was Great place with great food until the Italian pizzaiolo left who made you feel welcome, obviously he was very proud of what he did. Now I go in while on an important call and after making my order the guy turns his music on on his phone links it to the Bluetooth spear and then starts blaring his 'bass heavy' music overwhelming emergency services sirens going past. The food falls apart so you end up with base and sauce and then cheese and toppings separate. There is no pleasant atmosphere anymore just a money making machine like dominos pizza. Side note I have found the pizziaolo now working on a small stall in Norwich market. Will now send all my money their. Atleast he has a smile on his face and likes to get to know his customers. DO NOT RECOMMEND HAS GONE DOWN HILL!!!

I ordered delivery online from their homepage and was surprised by how user friendly it was (as ordering pizza delivery online usually is a headache). Order arrived exactly at the time I asked for, pizza was tasty, the included side dish massive and another plus for the non-pork bacon option.

Terrible customer service. Ordered on just eat, app kept moving delivery time backwards,so called them. They told me just eat driver hasn't turned up. So food was sitting getting cold. Processed to hang up three time on me. Very rude and unprofessional

Amazing place, stayed in MADRA campsite for 2 nights and decided to try a pizza place that serves Halal and found this takeaway 30 mins away it was delicious one of the best pizza’s we have tried and we are from Bradford so pizza is on every corner but this place topped everywhere highly recommend even my autistic fussy teen loved it and said it was one of his highlights of the trip it was really tasty and cooked to perfection will definitely visit again if we ever come back that way and the chef even did a little demonstration for my kids with the pizza dough which they thought was amazing and really added to the experience of our trip well worth a visit couldn’t fault it

Server couldn’t understand olives - tried to add chillis. Pizza base was fine. But overloaded with sun standard cheese that just slops off. Would be better adding half the amount of cheese at twice the quality, IMO. Filled a gap for the kids. But that’s about it.

Honestly, one of the best pizzas I've ever had in my time of living! Excellent customer service from Karthik! Very patient, amazing service, great delicious pizzas and everything to perfection. Credits to him. 5 stars is not enough for Karthik!

Delivered hot and would have been edible had the delivery people keep it flat as it was 2/3rds had completely slid over the remaing 1/3rd. I wont bother to order again

Simply fantastic tasting pizza. The meathead pizza is perfect and the milkshakes taste great too. Would highly recommend trying out Fireaway.

Went in to claim the student offer plastered all over the front of the store to be told its "expired".

Popped in on our way home, ordered pizza, potato wedges and olives. Pizza was good, could see it being made however, the wedges were undercooked and the olives were mouldy, which was incredibly disappointing.

Order here all the time and thought I'd go in tonight for a change- wouldn't advise anyone else to eat in... My oder took 50 minutes. They'll prioritise just eat and deliveroo over visiting customers. Won't eat in again ended up leaving and taking the food home.

We have just ordered a delivery as we usually do, as we love the place, but today when I opened my calzone it looked very doughy compared to the other one, smaller and unhappy. A bit disappointed, please don't do that again I am attaching a photo

Not sure if the reviews are fake but i just ordered for first time and I received nothing different than the old cheap pizza, they all sell over these places. Plus my pizza was pre made and reheated.. both pizza and the chicken tasted old, pizza very dried and chicken tasted like old oil. Nice packaging, 2 sauces, but still not as I expected from the reviews I read. I don’t recommend it

I forgotten my healthy lunch and have not been able to have pizza for 6 months. They made a cheese topped garlic bread with pizza topping (cuts the problem item out) I'm so glad I forgot my lunch thank you so much it was everything I have been missing.

I have been alive long enough to have eaten a LOT of pizza. None has been as good as the pizza I had from Fireaway. The type of pizza from here is closer to the genuine Italian pizza. So it’s not lardy like Pizza Hut, it’s not salty like dominos and it’s not hidden under a mountain of cheese like papa johns. Then ingredients were great, the service was very friendly and after I had eaten my pizza I had a smile on my face and a good feeling in my belly. I’m very impressed.

Outstanding customer service and care, a takeaway that actually values their customers and goes out of their way for them. Their food is also phenomenal, its so delicious I always look forward to eating it and I'm very happy my partner referred me. He said it was very good but I thought he was over exaggerating, but he was right. I had one pizza not turn up and contacted the restaurant, who on my second order gave me a call back and apologised even though it wasn't their fault and complained directly to just eat for me so they would take my complaint more seriously. If this isn't dedication I don't know what is.

The food is good but you can't claim to be "Authentic Italian" if there are no Italians working there.

One of the best Pizzas I have had in Norwich. Better then Pizza Express or any pizzeria around. Lots of toppings to choose from with options for Vegan, GF and Halal. Great customer service, friendly and very clean. All toppings fresh and smell amazing. Can't rate this high enough.

We ordered via Just Eat. The pizzas were really fresh and authentic, the nuttella strawberry one was a real treat. Milkshake was delicious. Would definitely recommend you try this place.

Food tastes fantastic, garlic Parma chicken things are so good. Milkshakes are realy good, not to thick or runny and the flavours don't taste artificial. Pizzas are well made and cooked, along with the garlic bread. Had most of the menu now and can't fault it at all. Staff are helpful and friendly. Not a bad word to say about the place. Great value for money.

Although the pizza was tasty, it had been delivered carelessly, all the topping could be found at one end of the box, a mixture of congealed cheese and pepperoni, and the rest was just soggy bread, I would not order again

Who closes at 10.30. Rubbish service.

Easily one of the best pizza places in Norwich. Affordable, made fresh in front of you and incredibly quick! (Mine was ready 2 minutes after I walked in and ordered). The staff are also friendly.

Great pizza, you get what you pay for in that it's good food, good service and good prices, good across the board. Everything is exactly as you wanted, maybe not exceptional but above average all the way deserves 5 stars. The milkshake is pretty good, the BBQ chicken strips made my night and the pizza could have done with more toppings but still great.

Amazing food ! Only had the garlic and cheese chicken strips but the selection for pizzas is vast! They also do a Nutella pizza which I didn't try but looks loverly. Happy staff and very welcoming, seating available inside. Would highly recommend to anyone passing on St Benedicts.

Possibly the best place to order authentic Italian style pizza in Norwich. This is due to competitive prices and deals. The dough is cooked just right, great choice of ingredients and authentic signature dishes. You can even build your own. Also very fast delivery!

Fireway got this hella good server boy, new boy as well I’m impressed. Real good food, real good service.

So tonight we thought we would have a pizza and a milkshake so ordered from these guys.. Firstly no identifying mark on the pizza boxes to tell me which one was Gluten Free..Secondly the stark contrast between the pizzas is astounding. The G/F on the left of the image with half as much topping as a the normal on the right, and having to pay 3.50 extra on top of a normal pizza is ridiculous. The folks chap I spoke to on the phone was polite and seemed happy to help identify which was the g/f pizza. I'm not sure I'll order from here again after this. Which is a shame as the pizza's themselves taste really good.

Have ordered from here a few times, each time there was no distinguishing mark on the box to identify which pizza was gluten free. When phoning to report this we were told they always write on the box, I find it difficult to believe that each time we had ordered happened to be the occasion they forgot to do so. The pizza itself is worth at least 4 stars, but could have potentially serious consequences for a celiac if the gluten free pizzas are not clearly identified.

Perfect! Staff are warm and approachable, food is always spot on and the interior is incredibly stylish. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves great food.

Had for dinner last night , honestly a little disappointed 😞 i had the pepperoni one and the cheese was rubbery , the chicken wings were drowning in a puddle of water. Maybe would be better straight out of the oven as opposed to delivery .

Ordered via Ubereats and it exceeded my expectations! Food was piping hot and tasty, and the delivery driver was super friendly. Will be ordering again in the future!

We ordered from Fireaway the other night and it was delicious. Their customer service was also great as there was a mix up with our delivery driver and our food never arrived. The restaurant noticed that we hadn't received our food, called to check with us, and then completely remade our order and got it to us within 20 mins of the call. They even threw in some cannolis with an apology note. Definitely ordering from them again!

I ordered a buffalo pizza, tasty ingredients and friendly staff

On an espectacular date with other half, this was the (almost) perfect ending to our day. Best pizzas we had in a while (calzonne Amalfi and BBQ Boss), milkshake and that delightful pistachio ice cream dessert. Worth the crushed pizza on arrival (not the restaurant's fault, I guess the delivery wasn't smooth). The lemon cannoli wasn't my favourite, but the quality of the rest of the food demands a 5 star review!

Pizza is ok but didn’t offer extra oil and prices discriminate against vegans! Why should it cost an extra £2 for a pizza with vegan cheese when it cost the same to buy mozzarella?! Also, beware the dipping sauce contains egg.

Poor delivery, opened up pizza boxes and both were crumpled up into one side of each box. Avarage pizzas on a whole, the chicken strips were covered in wet wilted salad leaves, Wouldn't order again. Unless drunk.

Best new pizza place ready in minutes Deliciiossssss

Went there during the great opening and got myself the Cheesy one for a fiver. Tasted really good and definitely more authentic than other takeaway places; had a nice crust and both the cheese and the tomato sauce tasted right. The customer service was also friendly.

Excellent addition to Norwich.. fantastic pizzas and best ones!! Will be my first choice going forward. USP is making your pizza with as many toppings as you want for no additional cost.. would highly recommend for your pizza cravings.

Absolutely delicious pizza in the centre of Norwich city! 🍕 I ordered a Pestuno (Pesto base pizza topped with olives) 🫒 and a Burner pizza (with chillies and jalapeños). 🌶 They also have a wide range of salad bowls. 🥗 It is very competitively priced and tastes amazing. 💷 The staff is very friendly and the shop is clean and tidy, what else do you need after such a long lockdown! Highly recommended 👍🏽
