Not great! They really have not got enough staff! All tables were dirty snd none were cleared. I did help a bit but noone seemed bothered. Food was mediocre. Been to much better Morrisons cafes!

Absolutely disgusting, staff rude and lazy. The cafe was horrendous, every table full of dirty plates and nowhere to sit.

Thought it was gunna be cack..but wasn't bad ...food was nice enough..latte was as cold as ever ..was Luke Skywalker and Steve Austin rolled into one

Well my dad who has got type 2 diabetes was in the middle of a hypo attack and there was nothing to eat they didn't even offer my dad jam on toast or even a cup of water with sugar and the womens attitude wAs there are places too go and get food down the road.. Also the guy at customer service was terrible my dad could not talk because of the low bloods and said is that all want u think you have customer service training in dealing with issues disability changes nothing.🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

Came here as a party of two. Friendly service although some of the staff were a little confused on my questions on the workings of the cafe - self service or no self self service, etc. so there was a delay in ordering our meals, cutlery and so forth. I ordered the burger and chips which was nice enough and my companion had fish and chips which he said was nice and the portion was a good size. Cafe area appeared clean and tidy. After my meal to gain an additional coffee I tried the Morrisons App which although was easy enough to use from my phone nobody arrived with my coffee so I went and self served on that. Overall a good visit and I would return but I would say Morrisons need to vastly improve their communication with their App customers otherwise what is the point of ordering this way.

Seems to be understaffed and quality of food is suffering, having been a long time customer and after speaking to staff about the problems over the past couple months and nothing been done I have resorted to trip adviser! Bacon dry and tough, sausage tastes burnt, black pudding over cooked- and the egg so greasy

Arrived at 4pm for fish and chips when the cafe was quiet with only 2 customers in. I gave my usual favourite table number which was one of 3 by the window overlooking the car park, when I ordered my meal, but when I got to it I found that it had not been cleared and cleaned, along with 3 other tables, and which remained uncleared during my 1 hour visit. Annoying, as other customers who arrived had to divert to other clean tables when they realised they could not sit by the window. I was served with my meal within 10 mins, which was quick. I was given a dirty knife which was replaced with a clean one on request. The young lady who took my order and brought me my meal was pleasant and helpful, and the meal itself was very tasty and good value. There was no problem with social distancing but nobody appeared to be supervising the table at the cafe entrance where customers were expected to sign in for ‘track and trace’. Plenty of hand-cleansing facilities available.

Always go for a veggie breakfast! They replace items well and we get exactly what we want. Some staff great, some staff need a good night sleep but overall the food is always good.

Ordered food and what we requested wasn’t available (again). Ordered we eventually placed was without an item we paid extra for (again). Cutlery was dirty and had to be removed and cleaned some 10 mins later when our food was now cold.

I arrived with about half the chairs occupied: so the café was busy but only catering for the half the diners it was designed for. There were two people in the queue in front of me. I had to wait over 10 minutes for those two people to be dealt with. There was one member of staff assembling cooked food on plates, two staff talking (it was work related) and two more walking round. So there were staff available. When I was eventually able to give my order after I was told it would take 30 minutes before my food would be served. That means 40 minutes from when I joined the queue. I asked the person on the till whether these delays were normal. She said yes, every lunch time is the same. I only have 30 minutes lunch break from work and had already lost half that time queueing. I decided I'd just return late and make it up at the end of the day. You self-service teas and coffees. I got two coffees. I sat down. Some of the tables were dirty and some contained uncollected plates etc. I noticed one of our coffee mugs had a crack from top to bottom and the coffee was dripping out. In the end the food was served after about 20 minutes. They'd made a bit of a mistake with the order getting some of food on the wrong plate. The food itself was tasty and portions were a good size. I was disappointed that the service was so slow and that the staff accept that it is normal. I won't be going there again.

Came here for breakfast a big daddy’s breakfast, breakfast was lovely but there was a lot of items which they just piled on top of each other due to the fact the size of the plates and payed with my vouchers which was a bonus. The sausages wasn’t as great as I left 2 but overall very nice breakfast for £6.00

First time to this pub Saturday afternoon friendly staff I ordered fish asked what fish it was went to ask the chef he didn’t know just white fish As there was nothing else I fancied on the menu I took a chance My partner ordered lasagne and stepson ordered burger and chips After waiting 1/2 hour meal arrived Well what can I say the chips just looked like they’d been found in the bottom of the fryer or been heated up a dozen times As For me my fish well I just don’t know what to say the taste wasn’t right for one but it was the yellow soft gunk that was oozing from the middle that just said to me don’t eat unless your going to regret it Sons burger was just dripping in grease that put him off plus the chips from the bottom of the fryer same as mine that was probably fresh about 3 weeks ago Partners lasagne was dry and tasteless so overall First time and last time to this pub I did complain and they refunded me for the fish meal To be honest I shouldn’t have payed for any of that dreadful food Cause we just left 3 plates full of food but I’m a business owner and know how hard it is But come on Don’t serve low grade food for normal pub prices And me saying low grade food is being kind

My 1st time in St Asaph we popped into this lovely little pub the owners were very welcoming it had a great family atmosphere. Young kids there with there family brightened up the place great beer great service will definitely return

Usually really good but not Lately. N Wales Expy, Bodelwyddan, Rhyl LL18 5XW 48 yd starbucks. Regular Customer ,Order online so i can pop.in and pop out done it on the app so many times ,annoying Why have the app if you don't check it waiting in store after 20 min being there not to Mention how long it takes to get there 20 min up motorway to only be told it's just come tho omg lies First of all ask your customers?Do they need any help. Then maybe I wouldn't be sat there like a sausage not happy at all .

Came to visit with my grandchildren after been recommended quite a few times. Whole experience from start to finish was awful. No booking system so you just turn up wait for a table to become free pay for an hour. No communication from staff or noticed advising this. What made it worse a man came along with family of 5 said I work here and was let in right past everyone that had been in the queue. Accept there may be perks for being a staff member but shouldn’t be allowed to jump the queue especially as they did not pay. Noticed the said family eating and drinking their own food bought in when clear notices against this. Young lady said have cleared your table it ready. We ended up wiping it ourselves with baby wipes along with the chairs before we could sit down. Bits of disguarded food all over the dirty floors clearly a slip hazard. Older children playing in the toddlers area wasn’t safe for my granddaughter. Waited 15 mins to be served 2 coffees with no one in front of me. Young staff gave no idea what they are doing. Just stand and stare at you blankly. No management around to delegate duties. We ended up coming out after 35 minutes and won’t be returning !!!
