Been ordering regularly here for well over a year, always our go to place for chicken. Food has always been good and delivery always on time or early, will continue to use this branch.

Unfortunately not has good as the other 2 orders sorry

Really lovely fried chicken and the best wedges in Sutton, it’s always hot and delicious, and one of the best chefs in the High Street, five star cooking from a five-star chicken shop! If you haven’t tried this little shop before give them a try

I ordered 4 chicken selects and no were on the website dose it state that they are spicy I take one bite and my mouth is on fire was not happy

paid in cash for a 1/2 burger and never delivered it , rang to get it sorted bloke didn't speak English so just took my money for nothing

Delivery is saying it has been delivered and has not showed up, we called to ask where the food was and they said it’s on the way it’s now over 30 minutes late and still no sign of our food

The chicken though delectable was deceptively spicy, I didn't know the wings would be spicy, even the BBQ wings were spicy. The fully loaded fries were nice but that chicken sauce was also spicy. Overall tasty but nonetheless spicy, will have to be careful in future when ordering again.

it has take more than an hour and 30 mins to get my food with the excuse of traffic used twice

Everything was accept I didn’t get my drink with my meal and there is no option to say drink is missing my daughter said same happened to her when she ordered never received her drink

Staff were really unhelpful and waited way to long for our food to arrive

Only popped in for some chips for my 6 Yr old .. spent whe time being put off because of delivery drivers Told the server a little salt ... came home to it loaded with red powder To be honest the whole thing was horrible

Requested thighs and was sent chicken breasts instead. Also ordered large beans and received one. Disappointed. Not sure if the restaurant read you requirements as there is no point making notes if they are not read.

Once again, the cook At this particular shop is a miracle worker! Literally the best barbecue chicken I’ve ever tasted and believe me I’ve tasted a lot!, the spicy wedges are delicious and best of all unlike French fries, which you have to eat fresh because They’re not good warmed up in the microwave, the spicy wedges, taste great the next day warmed up , so you can literally get two meals if you order 6/10 pieces of chicken and two bags of wedges, one for tonight and Dinner tomorrow 👍

Chicken looked a bit undercooked and the portion size for the chips was really small for the money you pay.

Once again, another fantastic meal of barbecue, chicken and wedges For tonight and tomorrow, because the chicken taste just as good warmed up in the microwave as to the wedges! Fries you can’t warm up, but the wedges taste just as good the next day and cooked by the best cook in Sutton High Street, on a personal note, thank you for the extra barbecue sauce and I’m not exactly sure if you’re the cook all the manager or a combination of the both but Kapil If you ever go to another shop,let me know

Half of the food was missing, rang them and told them they said that they would send it out and never did. Will never order again

Ordered at 8:10, called at 8:50 to see where the food was and they said it was on its way. Called again at 9:15 and was told it was 10mins away. It’s now 9:40 and still haven’t received my order!

Food smells really nice and is affordable, Nabil is really nice and quickly got my order.

Never had a bad meal. Staff are friendly and the place is always clean and tidy. I can't understand all the bad reviews, they must be people that would complain if they won the lottery!!

I have a number of chicken shops to choose from locally and am always loyal to Morleys. I grab chicken every once in a while and every time I go there, I get the same consistent good service. I have been going there ever since they opened and the front desk staff are polite and friendly. I normally get chicken wings, which are the best in Sutton!

Chicken was really delicious and fries were very fresh and good quality. Moreover staffs were very friendly, shop was clean and specially Kapil who served me was really kind and gave me good customer service. I recommend this Morleys.

Once again Fantastic barbecue chicken, and spicy wedges, cooked to perfection by kapil, Definitely the best chicken shop in Sutton High Street, and definitely worth giving Morleys a go , If you’ve not tried them before you should! Five stars!.

Whether it’s fried chicken or barbecue chicken, my personal favourites, fries and spicy wedges are all excellent from this particular shop, literally the best Chicken I’ve had in the last few years and I’ve been buying chicken From the shop for the past few months and I won’t be using KFC again. Their food is better. The price is Better, and The cook kapil is probably the reason why the food is so good, Honestly, I’ve not tried anything else, but this guy knows how to barbecue/fried chicken 👍

chicken fillet burger was so cold. I couldn't eat it. awful! But chips and onion rings were hot. Please ask sellers to not get burgers ready in advance. Thank you. Time your food please, so all is hot

Your barbecue chicken is the best I’ve tasted and I know that my money has not been wasted, your spicy wedges are the best I have seen thick and succulent Hot and clean, to anyone who reads this I ask of you, try mornings of Sutton when you read this review, the chicken is hot, succulent and sweet, the very finest of meat. at the time of writing this review my order still hasn't arrived, first called the restaurant at 8pm and was told its on its way, 15 mins later its still on it way, another 15 mins later its 6 mins away.....restaurant to me is ten-mins drive max! Not happy At all.....still not here

Has always absolutely lovely barbecue, chicken and spicy wedges! Better than KFC and I’ve tried both so I know what I’m talking about that said I’ve only had the chicken barbecue the normal ham French fries and wedges but both types of chicken that absolutely lovely French fries are great but I prefer the spicy wedges which are fantastic. Give this little shop a try.

Been meaning to add a review for ages. This is my Grandkids takeout once a week treat. They prefer this to KFC, which suits me for two reasons..one being cheaper and two you can get more variety in their box meals. One likes the ribs,but not keen on the hot wings (too hot! bless). The other likes the hot wings and spicy burger. So we mix and match. Keep it up been with you guys for ages, portion size good too..

As always lovely barbecue, chicken and lovely wedges and meal for tonight. Dinner tomorrow afternoon and some for tomorrow evening, where else can you get free lovely chicken and chip meals for 19 quid, so if you don’t mind warming the chicken up in the microwave the next day :-)

The barbecue chicken was delicious, and I will definitely all of this again, I also realise it’s not the same members of staff on every night!. But last night I ordered three portions of wedges and they were for the first time very small portions. Indeed, I’ve had one portion bigger and two of the portions I got last night., So for £3.50 a portion, please make sure you put a fair portion of wedges in a bag, not just a small handful in future

Food arrived earlier than expected but was missing items, called them and they delivered the missing items 30 minutes later but was cold when arrived. Chips were also cold, very disappointing.

As usual hot and lovely chicken and wedges, excellent chicken shop, haven’t tried anything else with a chicken it’s great

ordered at 6:30, food hasn't turned up in since 8:20. Called the restaurant and said the driver will be there in 5min. Food didn't seem worth it at all, I want a refund.

Ordered today family meal which is meant to come with bbq ribs the bbq ribs didnt come so I called the resturant the man told me it'll arrive before 6pm as I had work and he promised me it would arrive by then it's now 19.25 he didn't send it and I'm calling he isn't answering the call this is really poor customer service I am a regular customer here I shouldn't be treated this way if he made a mistake it's okay we all make mistake but he didn't resend the missing item and also lied it would arrive by 1800

1hr 50 minutes. No burger in delivery. Had to microwave….

Simply the best checking in Sutton and probably anywhere else in Surrey, if you haven’t tried them before try them next time you buy chicken because you won’t be disappointed in the quality of the food, I’ve tried them all and Morleys chicken is head and shoulders above the rest

The best chicken shop, in Sutton, Better than KFC better than any of the shops in Sutton High Street., chicken cooked to perfection, the best wedges I’ve had anywhere in the last 25 years, tasty, succulent, and worth every penny, you may have tried The rest, but Morleys chicken is the best and their fries are better than anywhere else and There wedges even better!, If you’re a KFC fan Try Morleys chicken and you won’t be disappointed,

Really lovely chicken and great wedges. And when I Say lovely chicken I mean it wasn’t mainly bone and crystal. It was lovely chunks of chicken and extremely tasty and I will definitely be buying my chicken from the shop again.

Dissapointed very much with the service and food. Recently I have visted this shop with my frnd and had very bad experince.we have entered the shop to order and there were 2 guys ,one guy is on call and the other guy was brooming no one is ready to take the order and we waited there until the brooming is finished. we were so hungry so ordered burger and wrap on its own but he charged for meal which i didnt ordered. And later when we received food the food was very cold and not tasty at all compared to the carshalton branch .I think the management should take more care about all these.

Missing items in the order, food is not as described.

Arrived late and cold, also said it was delivered when it actually wasn’t, had to ring the restaurant twice! So Poor!

Delivery was advertised as 30-45 minutes, it took over an hour and a half. When it arrived it was missing items from my meal, starving and not very happy to be missing some of the food I’d ordered especially after waiting so long.

genuinely, this is the most unhygienic place ive ever been to, started off bad when i walked in, thought id give it a chance, ended up with violent food poisoning, not only that but it was also a day before my long awaited holiday, needless to say my holiday was ruined, so was my stomach, couldnt recommend it any less dont go there if you value your health.

disappointed, they substituted my 2 strips for a drumstick which is my least favourite part, this spoiled my meal. just give me what I paid for please, is that too much to expect from a business, that you supply what I've actually ordered?

Waited 15 minutes for a burger and chips in an empty restaurant to have a burger that was disgusting, filled with mayo that didn’t taste like mayo, 70% of the burger was lettuce and the chicken tasted like plastic. Awful value, 4.99 for a tiny disgusting burger and chips
