Arrived late and cold, also said it was delivered when it actually wasn’t, had to ring the restaurant twice! So Poor!

Delivery was advertised as 30-45 minutes, it took over an hour and a half. When it arrived it was missing items from my meal, starving and not very happy to be missing some of the food I’d ordered especially after waiting so long.

never got the jalapeno bites. Also could not get my discount via stamps. The site did not work.

genuinely, this is the most unhygienic place ive ever been to, started off bad when i walked in, thought id give it a chance, ended up with violent food poisoning, not only that but it was also a day before my long awaited holiday, needless to say my holiday was ruined, so was my stomach, couldnt recommend it any less dont go there if you value your health.

disappointed, they substituted my 2 strips for a drumstick which is my least favourite part, this spoiled my meal. just give me what I paid for please, is that too much to expect from a business, that you supply what I've actually ordered?

Waited 15 minutes for a burger and chips in an empty restaurant to have a burger that was disgusting, filled with mayo that didn’t taste like mayo, 70% of the burger was lettuce and the chicken tasted like plastic. Awful value, 4.99 for a tiny disgusting burger and chips

Half of my order didn’t get delivered. When I contacted the restaurant they said it wasn’t their fault, and tried to con me by saying if I ordered a £1 drink on Deliveroo I would get my two triple m burgers with it. Then tried to get me to pay £10 delivery. My order wasn’t delivered until an hour and a half later, what a joke. Never using this restaurant again.

Absolutely Disgraceful Service... Only delivered half of the items purchased and when I rang them to complain they stated it wasn't their fault.... Now have to chase them up for a Refund... Avoid these at all Costs..!!!

Disgusting quality food was cold and they ignored my request to have the sauce and salad removed. I received no refund from JustEat despite my note to the restaurant not being acknowledged, otherwise I would not have ordered in the first place.

I ordered the food before 8 o'clock as my husband was leaving for work at 9.30. It turned up after 9.30 as he left for work. He didn't get to eat it so I've spent money on food that's gone to waste

Food was cold on arrival garlic bread hard and chicken not the one i wanted not happy very disappointed do better

the wrap was just mayo lettuce and 2 tiny slithers of chicken when i specifically called and asked for fillet to be used

the bag the food came in was ripped and the food was not re sent despite it being a bagging problem from them and have had to contact just eat to receive a full refund.

I was the one who ordered first,but served last. I have waited for almost 45mins. Based from what I saw from their service,they are prioritising deliveries instead of dining in customers. That's an unequal treatment of customers. So disappointed. My kids was complaining we have waited for long time already and they are very hungry.

Food not great. Prefer fries than chunky chips. Chicken was too greasy and soggy. And the ribs can be better, didn’t like that they have a batter kind of coating to them!

I get that it's a Friday night but when I have pre-paid for something to be delivered, I think its an absolute joke that my food was delayed for 2 hours. Ordered at 7.30pm and received at 9.30pm. All the chicken was really fatty.....soggy and warm Will never order from here again.

Hi l have used your take away previously. And I ordered two meals plus two drinks. I had to pay more as the food was less than the delivery change. Also l asked one of ure staff if I could pay on the phone. He waffled about saying u have to pay on a link. He said do u want to pick up the food I said No . DELIVERY please. I paid on the link and still waiting for my food. Terrible service on the phone.

More than an hour I am waiting for my food. Said it was delayed and it still hasn’t arrived yet they said it has been delivered! Absolutely disgusted my food has not been delivered at all!

Missing items, rang up Morley’s to tell them missing food and they said they would bring it and didn’t, my kids was missing there dinner!

The staff here are awful, called because I was missing items and was told I never got food there then hung up on. Also the food sucks they probably spit in their burgers and stuff

Food was stone cold when I rang up to see where my food was at they hung up on me and it’s not even that far away from where I live and was late but 30 minutes

Item missing from order, when i call twice they just say OK because they don't deal with the problem. Delivery is so slow 40 minutes for fast food and the food is poor quality fried chicken wasn't crispy with no seasoning, brought food in the past and gone downhill like recent reviews have said.
