Morleys Fried Chicken in Croydon

The place is great and food cooked properly, everyone who wants a good meal just go to Morleys!!!

An average chicken shop but the thing that really shocked me was the customer care. The owner himself worked in the shop and made sure my order was beyond my expectations. We cracked a joke or two while the order was being processed. There communication was phenomenal. It was such an honour to witness.

I’m not sure of others personal experience with this shop. But this shop is one of the best chicken shops in London! At the chicken shop, I was greeted with smiles and the delightful scent of grilled chicken. The staff was incredibly friendly, taking my order with care. When my food arrived, it looked and smelled amazing. Each bite was bursting with flavor, and the service made me feel special. It turned a regular meal into a truly enjoyable experience, reminding me that good food and friendly service can make any day memorable.

I'm honestly very impressed with this establishment. The customer service was comforting they made sure everything was perfect with my food. The food was absolutely divine. Come to Morleys for your affordable food!

Don't even want top give it 1 star, place is dirty, no prices available for cerftain items so they make up the price, they tried selling me 12 wings for £12.... maybe if they were good wings i'd pay, but not soggy, old, small bits of bone with no texture, dripping in oil. KFC charge less!! DO NOT EAT FROM HERE, YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF FOR SOMETHING YOU'D FEED YOUR CAT.

Wrong order food cold no understanding of basic English disgusting used to be excellent now rubbish

I brought spicy hot chicken burger it wasn't nice not spicy at all and 5 wings they where cold and they sent me 3 only the food was not nice at all

I ordered some food on UberEats which took 15 min longer than expected, that’s why it was cold and also the wrong drink, I couldn’t eat it, didn’t want to expose myself into a digestion neither. I texted them same day and still get no reply. So sad and bad. Ridiculous.

Ordered a chicken and rib combo meal which cost £7.99. The two pieces of chicken were so greasy the coating fell off as soon as I picked them up to reveal an oil slick on the meat. Inedible. The ribs turned out to be a chicken wing and a piece of lamb bone about two inches long with nothing but gristle and bbq sauce on it. Also inedible. The chips were satisfactory but can’t really get them wrong. Oh, and I received the wrong drink. Will not be ordering again.

the restaurant has proven to be quite excellent and exquisite as it was advertised and I hope to visit again sometime

I would rate a 5 stars but it is really busy sometimes. Other than that is is really good.

I've always really loved the crispy chicken wings here. You can get 8 for £2.30 and they're worth every penny. The normal pieces of fried chicken are pretty good, but seriously - just get the wings. Today I felt like a burger and bought the Triple M meal. I'm assuming based on the two patty/three bun combo it's supposed to be Morley's answer to the Big Mac. While it may look like the glorious BM, it isn't even close. Still, at only £3.49 for a Triple M, chips (which are thin, crispy, and delicious), and a can of Pepsi - it made for a decent lunch at a reasonable price.
