Taco Bell in Croydon

Oh taco bell 😡 Got a volcano burrito. Was very tasty, but not paying shit loads for something that is the size of a poxy sausage roll from greggs. Nothing like the pic they are selling you on there app 🤬 Won't be getting anything from there again.

Food was stone cold and my son received crunchy tacos when we had ordered soft tacos- he’s autistic and has sensory issues so refused to eat them. It all went in the bin

Seasoned fries weren’t very seasoned

Delivery driver has left the other bag in the restaurant and we received two of the items (which were supposed to be meals but we only received the burritos) I am requesting a refund.

One of the cravings boxes I got were missing

The toilet was extremely dirty flies everywhere graffiti all over the door pee everywhere the toilet had unknown dry liquids all over it hoping it’s cleaning products and no toilet paper and toilet broken couldn’t flush this was 11am on a Monday so you’d assume it’d be clean before the afternoon

Was fair straight forward ordering on the machine. Quick service.

I ordered 3 items: the chalupa supreme, the crispy chicken burrito and the crunchwrap supreme. The food was just ok, not worth the money.

The develivery guy didn’t know want he was doing he should say order number for the food i’ve seen the last digit and he wasn’t saying it clearly and that was not really that helpful

Came for a quick lunch and was served by Aakash first impression she’s rude, I asked for Plain fries has I don’t like the seasoning she said it would take a bit longer I said that’s fine! When my number got called my fries had seasoning on so asked for new ones and asked for cheese sauce anlso and she rolled her eyes at me. I ordered again a different person took my order I said you’re very polite and mentioned how rude the other lady was and his response was someone had already asked for plain fries already today!

Absolute joke, no chicken no beef don’t use them people ever

This restaurant is larger than it might seem from the outside with enough tables to soak up even a high volume of customers at peak time. My only complaint is that the screen-based order tracking system telling you what meals are ready where in advance of the pace at which the staff can actually work.

Food was absolutely cold! one my crunchy tacos barely had filling and to top it off, they didn't bring my chips that was part of my meal! Now I have to wait up to 7DAYS for a POSSIBLE refund, and i was looking forward to it because I was on hungry.

Ordered via Deliveroo. Entire item of Nachos missing, which we had ordered extra sour cream, jalapenos and guacamole for. We asked for extra beef in the Volcano Burrito, which was missing. It is actually very generous of me to even consider the tiny morsel of beef (a few bits of minced beef) in the burrito as constituting a portion at all. It was all bread, some salad and virtually no beef. Simply horrendous!

It took over 30 minutes for my food to be delivered, the driver was stuck at the same spot for ages. My food came freezing cold and all over the bag, majority of my chips are missing and my canned drinks are busted.

The food looked nothing like the image of what I ordered. The taco was a soft wrap, half filled with warm lettuce and tiny portion of shredded chicken. The main wrap was flavourless.

missing sour cream on burrito so it was just another chicken wrap with the bottom bits of grated cheddar, the crunchy taco was in pieces before I even looked at it, the rice portion is the size of an ice-cream scoop and has the same seasoning as the chips. what is up with that?

If I could give zero stars I would. This wasn’t Mexican food, it was slop, just wet cold floppy tacos with no flavour🤮

Food arrived late, and cold. When driver initially began, it was due at 12:35. It arrived at 12:54. I watched his location on the map go WAY out of the correct direction to reach us. He went down dead end roads, it looked like. He did a literal loop around us and approached our house from the opposide site to where the restaurant is. I finally snapped a screenshot of it when I realised the food was probably going to be cold and it is. Entirely the driver's fault, not Taco Bell's.

Another order and again the same thing happened. I have ordered a meal with a drink. After I have selected a drink one meal was complete. I have add the same meal again but unfortunately again I received one drink instead of 2. And I paid for 2 drinks.

Food is mid and my churros were rock hard

The food is carb heavy. If you order a taco, it's probably 10% meat filling, 25% salad, 65% taco shell. Burrito is like 65% wrap and 25% rice. The food tastes reasonable but you just don't get enough of the filling you want so you end up having to increase it which means paying more.

He gave me someone's else's order. It seemed too small, but there was no address on the receipt, so I just took it. By the time I opened the bag, he was gone.

This Taco Bell used to be really good and I’d order quite often, but now the quality is just awful. The last few times I’ve ordered the food is cold, tasted bad and literally falling apart. Somehow the chicken tasted like cardboard? The fries were hard and dry. The portions have gotten smaller and the prices have gone up. I don’t even feel full after eating a meal. It’s just not worth the money anymore. Such a shame because it used to actually be good.

The driver left the food outside the main road door on the floor. We live in a flat and he just ring the bell and leave the food on the main road on the floor and drove off. What sort of service is this? This is not acceptable. What if I did not go dowstairs. Passer by would have taken the food. Not acceptable.

The delivery man was incredibly rude and was banging the door loudly and ringing the doorbell excessively. When I told him to mind how he acts as he is waking up people and children in the house I was given no response no apology and he took the picture and went.

The driver was at the same spot for at least 45 mins with no option to contact him or cancel the order. It arrived literally ice cold and lumpy. Terrible service, want full refund as I wouldn’t describe this as food or service of any kind.

The food was ICE cold and stale - it was delivered quickly vrom driver picking up, so we were clearly served old food that had been sat out on the side all evening!

Very bland and tasteless, I don't understand why it's popular, it's very poor.
