Driver road to other drop off, returning to store then delivering my Oder

absolutely shocking! food has arrived cold as delivered on a cycle. and I ordered 2 cans of pepsi only receiving one

I know it’s not their fault but I consistently get the wrong order alongside long wait times

food is cold and my nacho cheese was spily everywhere. my pepsi was also missing.

Food isn’t the best chicken taste old and mostly salad in my taco defo refunding this order

I used to like Taco Bell and I used to like the manager that he’s been working there for ages, but he is so rude. I knew him when he was just a little employee. He needs to remember where he came from yesterday he didn’t wanna change my cinnamon twist into the churros what I was meant to order telling me about all that they’re gonna have to throw the cinnamon twist away and he did me dirty yeah I wanted to throw food on the floor but instead I just left it on the table And he had a little security guard follow me to till to complain . He didn’t need his backup dancer Help he is rude!! Anyway, I just let it go because I’m atm Things are going too well in my life to even go back-and-forth about some bloody churros but his still rude !! trying to back him up like you didn’t need to have security guard to follow him, but he’s lucky I wasn’t feelinng to turn up in three and I’m not ignorant and black nor am. I broke . Because I could’ve turned into a tyrant

land line horrible to understand a word. they cut the call everytime we are explaining we order to be delivered and they changed it to collection. appalling service. do not buy here.

Visited in person yesterday for the first time and was absolutely shocked by the cross contamination. I had to tell the staff off as I witnessed the lady clean the surface with the cleaning cloth wearing gloves and after touching the cleaning cloth she used the same gloves to handle the food. I had to tell her to change her gloves and put the food in the bin and had to stand and watch her manager make my daughters burrito from scratch. The staff in here are wearing the same gloves to clean and handle food so cleaning products and filth is being mixed up in our foods. It's dangerous and the staff need to all be retrained on health and safety. The toilet was also very filthy had to ask for the key for the other toilet to be unlocked. No effort made in making the food. The hot food press on the burrito was literally about 10secs or less each side the food was tasty but very cold considering it was made infront of my face. You need new staff in this branch that actually care about the way they are representing the Taco Bell brand. No effort whatsoever put into the quality of the food.

Ordered the new ranch burrito 🌯 wrap and it was basically lettuce compared to the crispy chicken burrito Horrible not worth the money and felt like I was eating lettuce with dressing 🤮🤢

First time to try Taco Bell and wasn’t disappointed! Great, tasty food in manageable portions, fresh salad items and great tasting sauces( fresh guacamole, nacho cheese sauce on point and lava sauce was 👌). Fast delivery a bonus!

I didn’t know what to order and Niraj kindly recommended Crunchwrap and I love it I go always to get the same. She have a very customer service, always receiving me with the same vibe. I will come back 10/10

I am not happy with the delivery time. I haven't had my lunch due to this and i demand my money back. This is awful and i wasn't even given the option to cancel my order or call.

Delivery driver told me he was at my house. He was parked on another road and did not attempt to knock. Also tried to steal my drink and when I addressed it, it miraculously appeared. Due to this my food was cold.

Store atmosphere is nice and staff also good.

placed an order at 15:06, received cold food and missing items at 16:50. I called the store at 16:08 as the eta had changed to 17:00 so we wanted to cancel as it wasn't even marked as being prepared. They were rude, refused and suddenly marked it as being prepped as soon as I gave my details. Courier went out of the way to another delivery, passing the store again on the way to us even. The items that did come were cold and just eat have refused to refund for the two missing items!

Food was good! Took a lot longer than expected to prepare and kept getting delayed, but it tasted very good. The delivery driver was quick and friendly :)

Taco Bell failed to send the correct order with the driver. I sent everything back to Taco Bell. The driver was told he couldn’t show the order as being delivered as I hadn’t got my order but as with the incompetence of these things, the driver ignored what I said and showed the order as delivered. Taco Bell were near on useless with helping regarding this.

Food was cold when it arrived and chicken didn’t look or taste like chicken.

It's quick and easy - food has always been good. There is a self-service hot sauce station which is nice.

Half the order was missing. Only received one of the meals, and just the drink, but no food, from the other. Still not received a refund. The food that did actually arrive was stone cold and took much longer than the app stated. Awful, would not order again.

Tell me why i ordered an item off the menu accidentally, I had to exchange it (absolutely untouched or eaten) because my friend is allergic to the meat it contained, I went to the till, I was rejected a return and I was given difficult and non reasonable customer service despite being polite , what is this..

What are they doing in this branch!? Delivery stated 20 - 30 minutes 2 and a half hours later I receive cold food. Would have been quicker for me to walk the 2.5 miles. Certainly will not be ordering from these again.

Oh taco bell 😡 Got a volcano burrito. Was very tasty, but not paying shit loads for something that is the size of a poxy sausage roll from greggs. Nothing like the pic they are selling you on there app 🤬 Won't be getting anything from there again.

The toilet was extremely dirty flies everywhere graffiti all over the door pee everywhere the toilet had unknown dry liquids all over it hoping it’s cleaning products and no toilet paper and toilet broken couldn’t flush this was 11am on a Monday so you’d assume it’d be clean before the afternoon

Came for a quick lunch and was served by Aakash first impression she’s rude, I asked for Plain fries has I don’t like the seasoning she said it would take a bit longer I said that’s fine! When my number got called my fries had seasoning on so asked for new ones and asked for cheese sauce anlso and she rolled her eyes at me. I ordered again a different person took my order I said you’re very polite and mentioned how rude the other lady was and his response was someone had already asked for plain fries already today!

This restaurant is larger than it might seem from the outside with enough tables to soak up even a high volume of customers at peak time. My only complaint is that the screen-based order tracking system telling you what meals are ready where in advance of the pace at which the staff can actually work.

Ordered via Deliveroo. Entire item of Nachos missing, which we had ordered extra sour cream, jalapenos and guacamole for. We asked for extra beef in the Volcano Burrito, which was missing. It is actually very generous of me to even consider the tiny morsel of beef (a few bits of minced beef) in the burrito as constituting a portion at all. It was all bread, some salad and virtually no beef. Simply horrendous!

Did not receive some of my order. The delivery was on time.

It took over 30 minutes for my food to be delivered, the driver was stuck at the same spot for ages. My food came freezing cold and all over the bag, majority of my chips are missing and my canned drinks are busted.

The food looked nothing like the image of what I ordered. The taco was a soft wrap, half filled with warm lettuce and tiny portion of shredded chicken. The main wrap was flavourless.
