Taco Bell in Croydon

I like the food. But the service was bismal. You need to serve people waiting not only delivery services. The place was filthy too.

Food is mid and my churros were rock hard

The food is carb heavy. If you order a taco, it's probably 10% meat filling, 25% salad, 65% taco shell. Burrito is like 65% wrap and 25% rice. The food tastes reasonable but you just don't get enough of the filling you want so you end up having to increase it which means paying more.

This Taco Bell used to be really good and I’d order quite often, but now the quality is just awful. The last few times I’ve ordered the food is cold, tasted bad and literally falling apart. Somehow the chicken tasted like cardboard? The fries were hard and dry. The portions have gotten smaller and the prices have gone up. I don’t even feel full after eating a meal. It’s just not worth the money anymore. Such a shame because it used to actually be good.

This portion of fries is supposed to serve two people,and normally it should filled to the brim. What a joke

The chicken tacos and the chips were delicious. It's a shame that the churros were not served with chocolate sauce, we got caramel sauce instead. Overall it alwas a good experience.

I got a burrito with no tomato and it had tomato in it. one thing i asked for. i couldnt eat it cause tomato seeps into everything.

Food on Deliveroo arrived nearly cold, churros were not eatable , hard, and old. They tasted like reheated, not freshly baked. Tacos hardly any chicken in there. Not impressed!

This was probably the worse food I’ve ever ordered on UberEats. Tasted terrible, portions were tiny and imagery misleading and was already cold when arrived. Bag wasn’t sealed on delivery and took longer to arrive than stated. UberEats just don’t care and I doubt Taco Bell do now they have the money

Would give 0 stars if i could. My order never arrived. Drove there myself and spoke to the duty manager who refused to help or take any blame and instead just kept saying take it up with Uber. Work in service myself and I don’t like to cause issues because I know how annoying it can be but I was shocked how bad the manager is. Even had the audacity to hand out free food to the people ahead of us and then said he cannot give out free food once I spoke to him. Appealing

Food it great, but you need more self service order screens as it does get busy.

Ordered from uber eats, could of made it all better my self and would of cost less. Only things that was good was the cinnamon crisps and they are straight out of a packet. Although .... it did arrive quick possibly had been made a while before we ordered as the food was soggy and cold .... We never had it before so wanted to try it as we just moved. Don't think we will ever order again...

Ordered on ubereats and 4/6 items are incorrect. Please make an effort to put the correct items in the bag when it comes to orders. Will be requesting a refund from ubereats.

Waited an hour for food. Then received a telephone call from delivery to say they are cancelling my order as Taco Bell is closed. Gave no reason why.

Staff ath this restaurant are very rude and unprofessional. They hang up the phone on you during the phone call and talk rubbish to you that you can not understand. They leave missing items off your delivery order and when you challenge them about it they constantly pass the buck. Not recommended and Not value for money!

Food was cold chips and churros was in same bag and chips was everywhere so churros tasted like chips didn't eat it gave it for my dog was still in the bowl next morning

Looks better online. Churros are hard. More tortilla and salad than meat! Disappointing at the very least 😕

Their customer service is absolutely terrible and apparently if the manager or staff doesn't like what you're saying they hang up on you.

Croydon has disgusting customer service. The manager acts like an animal and does not value customers one bit.

They used to be good and fast. Now they are slow with the service. And when I oredered last time through Just Eat they forgot the chips and in other ocasión the drink.

Came here early evening for an eat in order but they put everything in a bag. When I sat down I realised I didn't have any sauce so back to the counter. Then afterwards no spoon for the beans. I'm sure the bean pot has shrunk and is seriously small, maybe only a dessert spoon full now. The place was quiet when I went, so there is no excuse for poor service; the guy just couldn't be bothered. I don't think I'll be back, which is a shame because I have enjoyed previous visits here, but with the new prices and portions, it's not good value.

I went to eat with my family today and I had a very bad experience and I will never eat in this place again, it all started with waiting for the order which took a long time, there were still 2 small orders before us and I had to wait 30 min. I couldn't wait any longer and canceled the order, let's be serious it shouldn't have taken more than 5 min because it wasn't crowded at all, the employees are very disrespectful, they didn't even pay attention to me when I was talking and they moved very slowly, the manager it has nothing to do with "customer service", it is totally unprepared, we felt very bad and went straight home because we spent £55 and the money is returned to us in 3 days, I would like someone to sort things out that shop because such experiences should not be repeated.!!

Kiosk machine deducted money and the staff didnt see the order. After showing the deducted notification staff mentioned it will return back to account, I raised a dissatisfied complaint in the web site but still no action from taco bell 👎👎👎

This is a great place to enjoy awesome food with family & friends.. Their service is really top-notch and their staff are obviously well-trained!! I highly recommend this restaurant! Taco Bel - Thanks a lot.

Absolute favourite fast food place, great prices and free refills on drinks!

Always hot and fresh if you eat in/takeaway - coin toss with delivery services as usual. From my experience food is always made to order unlike at most fast food places - you might wait a few minutes but it's worth it.

Stopped by to grab some quick food. Was impressed by the options available. Even more attractive was the pocket friendly prices. The smaller portions sizes for the cheaper options was an absolute bargain. For someone like me who loves to try new things, it gave me the opportunity to try three different things for around £7. The food was very delicious, it was the first time trying this type of food, and l was pleased l tried it at taco bell, east croydon. Food service was fast. Toilets were filthy l walked out without using them!The drink dispenser was dirty!

Not too busy though 80% of tables were dirty , look like place without manager.

The food was ok, I have ordered 5 times from this restaurant every time the juices was missing from 3-4 juices ended up with one , every single time, no explanation for this. Then they refused to refund. Just bad.

🌮 Fairly quick and easy to use the screens to place order. The Craving Menus are good value for money. However, the restaurant itself was a bit dirty/messy and female toilet as well

Never ever again this place was disgusting the cheese source was so bad we brought a family meal from diliveroo spent £28 worst 28£ i ever spent on food in my life so grose the deserts was full of oil utterly disheartened. Me and friend visited here hoping for a quick cheap eat. We got cheap but no quick and the eat was grim. Food took ages for a start and there was only 4/5 people in there. I was provided 2/3 shocking tacos, cheese tasted like/was plastic and the mince had a rat like quality. Got a lot of love for Mexican/Tex Mex food and appreciate it’s a skilful cuisine at its best. Taco hell Croydon showed no respect to this fine culinary tradition. Tasted worse than lemsip….

dropped in for a quick snack, ordered two of the mini burritos and some chips. It wasn't busy at all but still waited almost 20mins. All empty tables were filthy. The food was good though

Just go my order stone cold, and there was no meat or cheese filling inside any of the meal, road kill would have been a better choice. Never in the rest of my days on this planet will I order eat or even recommend taco bell to anyone, if anything I will have to be saving them from a disaster of food choice. All the hype this must be from the employees and management. Disgusting and disgraceful. Here is there taco then look at the photos.

We ordered Taco Bell delivery and paid £27. The food arrived in one bag all mixed up and items not separated. The food was inedible and cold and the lettuce looked like it was days or weeks old all wilted and slimey. The churros were replaced with some crisp type things nothing like the cinnamon twists advertised. Both tacos were soft variety and not Crunchwrap. The chips were rock hard The pots of sauce were a 1/4 full. First time ordering and will never order from them again. The photo is the food in the bag in the bin. I would never go here again . Top the point it made feel sick . The staff were rude . And eating in the work kitchen in front and over the food and not washing there hand absolutely ville

Ordered as a delivery which arrived very quickly after ordering. Delivery service was great however, the food was awful. I think the meat in the tacos was thrown from the top of a mountain, mainly iceberg lettuce and cheese. The fries were so dry they were inedible. The nicest part of that was the cold cans of drink!!!! Won’t be ordering ever again

A shockingly badly managed Taco Bell. The service is abysmal and slow. In three visits over the last few months, they have been out of stock of fire sauce and have seemingly axed hot sauce off of the menu. I understand supply chain issues, but this store seems to constantly suffer from shortages. This last time, with a seemingly empty lobby, I waited almost 20 minutes for my order. All of these issues are down to poor management. Taco Bell US needs to come in and show them how it's done.

I ordered for home delivery and the food was the worst fast food I’ve had. It was really disappointing especially as I was eager to try the famous Taco Bell. The tacos are barely filled, the meagre fillings are slapdash thrown in and very bland. Even though it’s cheap it’s not worth the cheap price. You’re better off heading down any chicken shop for more flavour, seasoning, bigger portion size and just general care taken with your food. Certainly can’t compete with McD’s, Kfc or Sams etc…It was really bad and I usually really enjoy any kind of fast food. Generally I hate churros and shockingly although they weren’t nice; the churros were the best part of my meal. The tacos and burritos were a waste of stomach space.

After a fancy restaurant where the food was horrible the Taco Bell saved my life. Easy to order, nice taste, very friendly staff, and clean place. Nice to eat there again. Fancy restaurant bill 79£, Food 1/10, Dirty table, waiting for food an hour after the order. Taco Bell: cheap food (8£), food 9/10 (I got what I think I will get), clean table, meal ready less than 6 mins. Thanks.

Used this restaurant for delivery with Deliveroo. Food cold on delivery due to them placing cold drinks with hot food and also charged for items ordered that were not delivered. Had to place another order and pay again and same thing again happened. Contacted Deliveroo to be advised nothing they could do. Will never use Taco Bell again or Deliveroo.

Extremely slow service. Prioritises delivery orders but is slow to complete them making walk-in orders take even longer. Visited when it first opened and now a few months later and nothing has improved.

What an absolute waste of money!! Order was cold! Packaging had not been considered and my cold drink was packed with my food. There was hardly any filling inside the taco and quesadilla. Completely disappointed!

I like the food but feel that their fillings are often quite stingy and feels like eating the shell on its own.

Quality is not great they never give you sauces when you order home delivery. And the overall quality isn't as great as if you were to eat it in the USA.

Just waited 3 hours and still no delivery. Phone constantly engaged. Deliveroo can't get an ETA out of them either. Terrible service and won't be ordering from there again. Now having to sort something out to eat at 21:45 on a Fridsy night.

Great place for Tacos and Quesdilla

Disrespectful staff, in Milton Keynes, they need customer service training, I was swore at by a member of staff. I complained and never had a response, Raja Adil, CEO of The Adil Group, you need to look at what is going on in your franchise. Too many children on your team and not enough adults, I was excited when I heard Taco Bell was coming to MK, but what a disappointment, never had this problem in America, travelled many different states and the service was always on point. Raja Adil, its starts with management, a reflection of your staff and customer satisfaction/service. Most of your restaurants seem to have the same problem, I do not understand why its not being fixed? To make matters worse I had to go back twice because the order was wrong. Taco Bell USA yes, Taco Bell UK, needs alot more work done in house with training and having the ingredients in the tacos that a customer is ordering.

I would NOT recommend to go here or even order here from Deliveroo. Worst customer service, rude staff. COLD and OLD food constantly being served even when you ask them nicely to make the chips/fries fresh or when you bring anything to their attention. Not worth wasting your money here. I surely won’t be. Disappointed. Do better!

Is truth, just one star. I went there once. I ordered 2 taco's for 5 pounds and the meat was sp tiny, what a waist of money. There were young black women in the kitchen area, that made a lout of noise, like they were in club or so.i prayed, that they make my foid with care, since they acted careless. Only this lovely young asian male was professional on the order and the till. Sorry this was my honest experience and will not go there again. MERRY XMAS
