Tried naked burrito 10 out of 10 was served very fast and it was DELICIOUS !!!!! Shout out to the staff the assistant manager and the manager for the hard work ❤️

Wow, I've always been to this place, but recently, when I visited, there was an amazing and very kind guy working there named Stefan. What a good worker; he has truly enhanced the customer service experience!

I've been looking for a decent Qdoba dupe here in the UK and this place definitely delivers! Fairly priced, decent portions, and good food whats more to ask? The ordering system is on touch screens and I haven't had a problem with them yet and the food is made quickly so you barely have to wait. Would definitely recommend

Staff are increadibly rude. I am allergic to coriander and could taste it in my food. When i went back to ask, they took my borritto and put it in the bin, ingored and laughed at me and eventually i got my refund.

The absorption of Chilangos into Tortilla is a massive shame. Chilangos operates from Tortilla but bizarrely you can only order the food from their menu for delivery by Deliveroo; you're not allowed to buy it in person. All I want is a prawn burrito but due to the mad set up, I'd have to go home to order it and pay double the price for the pleasure. Tortilla management - please introduce prawns to the menu or let us buy Chilango stuff from Tortilla shops!! Another unfortunate disappointment re: Tortilla burritos from this outlet is I have never received all the fillings I ordered. Today the salsa, cheese AND sour cream were missing. Overall, really disappointing.

Every time you guys send me a promotion. I try and use it here and it never works. Please stop sending me discounts if I can’t use them. This is the 2nd time I tried to use a promotion and ended up just paying the full price. When I asked the manager he told me he can’t override as it will mess up his stock so I guess it’s a whatever, and I didn’t complain the first time but now it’s the second time it’s getting a-bit silly. Just won’t be believing or using the promotional codes when I get sent them.

Huge downgrade. The food now is so bland and flavourless. Really disappointed even the cheese is like water. Worse than school food. Also 3 out of 4 self order screens were broken so had to wait a long time to order. At least the food was served quickly. This used to be my favourite place to eat. Really sad :(

Visited last Friday and ordered Vegan Taco’s. Whilst waiting for my food I saw some of the most insanity procedures. The man up front making to food would continually itch his back and his nose whilst preparing the food and never once washed his hands or changed his gloves. When I asked for a refund as this was simply unacceptable the member of staff was extremely passive aggressive and made a point to throw the food into the been aggressively. Simply appalling behaviour.

Took £10 but didn't have ingredients for my order so asked to get refund and still haven't received the refund. The employee at the till is new and haven't been taught basic things such as refund. I would give zero star if it was possible.

Amazing burritos I'd go for the beef. Even if you're not hungry hungry I'd go here just for the tortilla chips and guacamole it's very addicting and this is from someone who isn't a fan of avocado. The chips go great with a pint BTW if you're ever in box Park.

Great place to grab a quick meal. Easy to order from. Food is delicious and decent portion size. Customer service was great and staff were efficient.

Ordered a burrito with some added extras, confirmed with the man making my order that it was all in there, to which he said yes, but it wasn’t and it just ruined it for me

Food was okay but service is poor. Seems like they're too rushed to care about customer service. Also prioritises uber eats and deliveroo etc over customers waiting which is frustrating because they start making yours and then get sidetracked doing other orders so yours comes out cold

I came to tortilla after 1 year and it's the same in taste and customer service, perfect. Sid and his crew was fabulous . He helped me beyond his duties. Food was fresh and delicious. Quantity was perfect as usual. I strongly recommend for others.

Ordered a large grilled chicken bowl. Guacamole was tiny considering it was an extra charge to have some. Most importantly the food was bland. It's a shame as this place used to be Chilango where they did the tastiest burritos and hot boxes.

Appalled. Tortilla is my go to order place for years and I ordered from this branch for the 1st time. I ordered a large naked burrito with chicken. I got no chicken and a half empty box with like 7 pinto beans and a tonne of onions. The cheese dip which is always my favourite thing was completely watered down. It’s never tasted like that before in any other tortilla. Never ordering from here again.

Service: Super easy to order vi's touch screen, food was prepared and ready within a couple of minutes. Food: as always really nice Chicken Burritos 🌯 Atmosphere: You can sit and eat in Box Park which has a nice Atmosphere. Any annoying thing, was that no plate was given and burritos are messy (1* deducted)

Such a shame. It used to be a Chilango restaurant, which offer some of the best Mexican food in London. I used to travel to Boxpark for a couple of years just for Chilango. Sadly it is now Tortilla which is noticeably different and not at all as good 😕

Told there was no beef despite ordering it on the self service kiosk. Had to choose an alternative after ordering which was annoying.

Very easy to order on the screens. Very fast food compared to other places you can eat from in Boxpark. You can watch the team make the food which I liked doing and they was having a chat with me at the same time. They was very friendly and bubbly. I forgot to add guac when I paid and they added some for me which I thought was great service. Food was exceptional best food out of all the tortillas I’ve eaten at! Will deffo be back :)

Make sure you get what you ask for. Went to get 2 burritos takeaway and half of fillings I ordered were missing including guacamole which costs extra. Couldn't flag it up because I was eating at home!

Came today after work, the staff were really lovely, the blonde manager explained all the different sauces that were available as I wasn't too sure what each one was and she was so helpful. Was a really great meal and the self service was easy to use . Thank you!

The worse burrito I had ever , we order chicken burrito , and we get only 3 small pieces of chicken in a large burrito . You will have a rice wrap with 3 small pieces of chicken 🤢

Ordered a deliveroo from here - I live 5 mins away but my food showed up super cold, so would have left the store this way. No salsa so it was incredibly bland. Missed my chips and dip altogether. Really disappointing.
