chips were lukewarm, chicken was a bit dry

Food was fresh, hot and well cooked. loaded fries weren't loaded as expected, was more like chips and strips. Food was tasty

Stone cold food missing items no cust service they not answer

Delivery driver delivered a small order from a different restaurant! No answer from the restaurant or just eat.

the food was over an hour late, and when it arrived, it was terrible, gave myself and my family more regular trips to the bathroom!!! Enfield is way better!!!

The food never turned up, phoned Morleys, member of staff that finally answered was unhelpful, gave me driver's phone number but the answer phone wouldn't except either of the order numbers. So won't be ordering again from here

Missing a few items that I paid for food was nice delivery was good and on time just not happy with the missing items

This is the second time that I order this meal and didnt include the burguer and instead of 3 wings i got like 1 meal piece and 3 tights, I wish i could only ask for the burguer refund since I still got the chicken, but it only alows me to refund the whole meal, as a group. It's great munch but service is only fast for the fried chicken and the place only has 6 seats so it is mostly a takeout location

I've been ordering from this shop for nearly a year and today I'm VERY disappointed. Firstly, where is my chicken burger?? Secondly, what were those bbq wings you sent with my order?! They were miniscule. Thirdly, why wasn't my bag sealed properly?! That's a health and safety issue if I've ever seen one. I'm not ordering from this branch ever again✌🏾

Was a bit disappointed as I expected the same quality of food as other Morleys. Wasn’t up to par, I guess they don’t standardise the recipe across all branches.

I am absolutely disgusted by the service from this takeaway. I placed an order expecting a full meal, but once again, HALF of my order was missing! No burgers, no drinks, no wings – how do you manage to mess up an order this badly? This isn’t even the first time it’s happened. On multiple occasions, items have been missing from my order, but this time it was by far the worst. To make matters even more frustrating, it took me over an hour to get through to them because they just don’t answer the phone. When I finally reached them, there was no solution, no apology, no offer to replace the missing items – absolutely nothing. They simply don’t care about their customers. This has been an infuriating experience, and I’m sick of paying for things I don’t even receive. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid this place at all costs. They have no interest in providing decent service.

The chicken filet burger was super disappointing, it was reformed chicken patty and tiny. Not a chicken filet at all! If I wanted that I could have gone to shop at Iceland!

Driver could not follow clear instructions to get to the location. Hung up the phone and then called back to argue with me instead of following clear instruction.

Hi there I’ve placed my order awaiting for my food as I am a single working father with 2 kids to take care off so I have order food for my kids.I have recieved my food cold and unchewable it is too cold for my kids to eat which makes no sense? My kids are here starving and angry becasue the foods cold and it’s unedible therefore I’ve had to throw my whole order in the bin what type of customer service is this? I don’t earn alot of money from my job to reorder this as I have things to take care off. I would like to have my issue sorted.

Food arrived open and spilt outside of containers. Burgers had fallen out of their boxes. Fries put upside down in bag and fell out. No drinks or sauces which were paid for. Would not order again, rushed and reckless care with food.

Food was cold when it arrived. The original estimated time ended up being 1 hour before the food actually arrived. The burgers were inedible due to how the food was packaged. The contents on one of the burgers was completely spilled out everywhere. Previously have enjoyed ordering Moreleys, however, i will not be again after this experience.

Honestly the food was lovely, great burger, love the morleysXheinz colab, but unfortunately my chicken wings were under cooked and still quite pink inside, and it’s surprising for how small they were. All in all will definitely order again
