Originally delivery time was 15 to 30 minutes, arrived in 45 minutes. Amount of fries was hardly more than the cup full, very disappointing

Got the order wrong won’t order ever again

Beef hot dogs are very tasty and the chips are the best. A bit on the dear side but worth it.

And we were missing some of our items. Not happy . When we called the number it wasn’t going through. Number was unknown

The burger bun was almost still frozen. Items missing.. The meat was so overcooked that I had to double check if it was actual meat.. never have I regretted ordering out so much. If you want an ice cold rubber burger with absolutely no juice or taste enjoy!

Usual good service. Only slight complaint is that the chips were a bit too crispy

I was really satisfied with my little cheeseburger and biscoff milkshake, served by friendly and funny staff. The restaurant was quiet too, and my friends and I had a blast.

Server kept laughing while serving us made us feel uncomfortable and weird and the kitchen cooks kept banging to the music and shouting to each other. Not nice atmosphere to eat. Felt unwelcome. Childish employees.

I am besotted with mayo. I yearn for mayo night and day. It is an indestructible infatuation of mine. The manager Nadine ensured my buns were lathered with mayo and gave me extra on the side. Thank you Nadine. You satisfied me. Besides from my love of mayo, I found the store to be really well kept, the food is delicious every time I visit and the customer service is second to none.

Excellent service from the member of staff behind the counter who took our takeaway order. She knew the menu well enough to advise which size of fries to go for to be shared between four adults, and in the end this worked out well. I respect and appreciate staff who aren't just going through the motions of customer service and also who know the menu well enough to assist customers with their choices when asked. The food was of course very very nice, well prepared and carefully packaged. Given that this visit to this particular Five Guys location was during what I'd call the main part of the COVID-19 pandemic here in London, I appreciate how this whole experience from the knowledge of the staff member through to the copacetic quality of the food was basically on par with and familiar to previous positive experiences at other Five Guys locations visited before the pandemic. In summary, I would happily consider a return to this particular Five Guys location in future should I find myself in the area again, and I am totally confident that my experience will be equally as satisfying. One of the burgers was incorrect.

The portion for the fries was excessive and was too much for a regular portion. Burger was great. Milkshake was always phenomenal

Firstly, the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. I go with the kids once a week and it’s perfect. Colouring pencils and paper, Space to run around and complemented with delicious burgers and Cajun fries. just a wonderful end to end experience.

One of the best fast food restaurants in london. The quality of the food , the vast variety of toppings and the variety of drinks… amazing! The staff made our experience even better ; very helpful and quick service. We asked for extra pickles on the side and they happily gave it. The portion of the regular fries was a lot and the burger was very filling. They also has fresh peanuts available to eat there , which i found fascinating and was nice to snack on before out food arrived. Overall ; soo worth the price and visit.

Real chips and burgers were great

The team here were super lovely and when they ran out of hot dog buns, created us the most delicious hot dog burger bun creation that I think we actually prefer it that way now. Great milkshakes and lovely selection of hamburger and hot dog toppings and drinks. Fries portion are generous. We had beef dogs too which was great as we don't eat pork. Highly recommend. Easy parking and plenty of seating.

Great American style burger joint. People there are great, especially with kids. My little one loves Tomi, always makes him smile and chats with him :) Overall great service and great burgers. We are there nearly every week.

Missed of milkshake Wrong burger asking me to go to the store to collect the new order as has no drivers and staff.

I usually order from here and it’s great but today it was awful. Fries were tasteless and over cooked. Burger was dry and smelt funny.

Despite being a really busy Friday evening, I was greeted by the staff and got my food order just in time. I really love a good cheeseburger with juicy patties after a long day, especially after my 20-hour long flight. The Reese’s milkshake was delicious after meal delight.

I visited five guys on 18th Jan during the late evening.. I ordered cheese burger and fries. It was served hot and fresh, patty was juicy.. Manager on the shift was very polite and kind enough when handing over my food. I will definitely visit again. Amazing and happy environment

Good burger could not understand lady serving me

Customer service is poor. Called the store because the delivery was missing food and her responses ranged from the driver stole the burger, to the store is closing and I have no access to making burgers to you come and collect a burger before the store shuts (in 3 minutes). A simple, apology would have sufficed along with how to be refunded.

Recently, I visited five guys Enfield. I love the atmosphere and the burgers and fries are amazing. The staffs are very friendly and polite. Had a really amazing experience. Highly recommend

The serving staff are the only reason I'm giving my visit 3/5, they were really polite and pleasant. The food on the other hand was horrible. I ordered a hotdog and regretted it. It had the weirdest synthetic taste and fell apart all over the foil. Not an enjoyable eating experience at all. The restaurant was clean, bright and inviting but the food was a no no.

Was not that fresh, think it was yesterday's. Fries just dumped in the bottom of the bag in a paper cup. Not worth the money.

The food was amazing, i love the pistachio flavour on the milkshake 😍 Definitely i will be back!
