Halal cheese burger was top of the world. Being 37 weeks pregnant finally a meal I enjoyed in a while.

My first halal Five Guys. Incredible food delivered by amazing crew.

I went to get a milk shake and Maryam told me that yesterday was the first day for the store to sell halal food so I tried the cheese burger and it was really nice . She helped me in choosing the order. I’m really happy that they got halal food now 😊

Very nice staff and they are never stingy with the amount of food given (fries). Burger was really good too very juicy.

Hi ,had bad experience ,I pay up to £30 the quality could be a lot better ,for that price , the quality of burger dry ,stone cold ,fries stone cold ,not full fry cuts ,just bits ,only thing that was OK was the milkshake cold ,and l also payed for priority delivery service

Amazing quality burgers, get exactly what you paid for. Service was outstanding. Cashier was so nice and helpful. 10/10 experience would recommend this location to anyone looking to have a good delicious meal. Management was also helpful when needed to, will definitely be coming back !!

Freshly made burgers with all the fresh produce and the freedom of customising a burger to how you want. What better way to top it off that to have the best customer service!! Swear to god this is the best Five Guys in london. Came hear with family friends so many times and still prefer it over the many other branches let alone beef burger joints. Massive appreciation to the team that work here that always greats us and treats us like family! Thank you guys!!

5 guys ain’t like they used to be. Burger was dry and tasteless. Delivery time kept changing and took well over an hour to arrive. Not impressed especially as 5 guys are at the top end when it comes to price.

Food was completely cold when it arrived. Burgers were able to be reheated but chips were inedible.

I would definetely recommend five guys to friends it is delicious but you miss the exceptional customer service if you order online I had a man take my order he told me his name was Kacper such an incredible experience and gave me a bbq sauce and hot sauce to try which I didn’t know they give to you separately will be coming again Thank you for the experience :)

Poor service from five guys. No mushrooms in my burger as requested and burger is extremely salty. Partial fries, less than the normal small portion and no milkshake delivered. Not happy at all

I asked to make it fresh, it wasn't, I asked to give us ketchup and mayo, not delivered. rubbish

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger. Got a cheeseburger. It was cold as well. So was the fries. Asked just eat for a refund provided a photo but to no avail. Pathetic all round.

Originally delivery time was 15 to 30 minutes, arrived in 45 minutes. Amount of fries was hardly more than the cup full, very disappointing

I ordered a meal through uber eats and five guys provided packet sachet of mayo. Upon opening the packet something seemed off. I then mixed it with my ketchup as I normally do and it was full of lumps! Really bad that you are giving this out. Sort it out five guys! Safety should be the most important thing and this is a major food safety failure.

Very clean restaurant and super delicious food I got the burger and popcorn milkshake tasted lovely I was served by a young man on my receipt it said Kacper so I’m guessing that’s him he was very lovely and I told him I’d leave him a review now but he said to enjoy my food first so it stays warm very kind man also everyone else was very nice. Definitely will come again and recommend to friends:)

Beef hot dogs are very tasty and the chips are the best. A bit on the dear side but worth it.

And we were missing some of our items. Not happy . When we called the number it wasn’t going through. Number was unknown

The burger bun was almost still frozen. Items missing.. The meat was so overcooked that I had to double check if it was actual meat.. never have I regretted ordering out so much. If you want an ice cold rubber burger with absolutely no juice or taste enjoy!

Server kept laughing while serving us made us feel uncomfortable and weird and the kitchen cooks kept banging to the music and shouting to each other. Not nice atmosphere to eat. Felt unwelcome. Childish employees.

I am besotted with mayo. I yearn for mayo night and day. It is an indestructible infatuation of mine. The manager Nadine ensured my buns were lathered with mayo and gave me extra on the side. Thank you Nadine. You satisfied me. Besides from my love of mayo, I found the store to be really well kept, the food is delicious every time I visit and the customer service is second to none.

Excellent service from the member of staff behind the counter who took our takeaway order. She knew the menu well enough to advise which size of fries to go for to be shared between four adults, and in the end this worked out well. I respect and appreciate staff who aren't just going through the motions of customer service and also who know the menu well enough to assist customers with their choices when asked. The food was of course very very nice, well prepared and carefully packaged. Given that this visit to this particular Five Guys location was during what I'd call the main part of the COVID-19 pandemic here in London, I appreciate how this whole experience from the knowledge of the staff member through to the copacetic quality of the food was basically on par with and familiar to previous positive experiences at other Five Guys locations visited before the pandemic. In summary, I would happily consider a return to this particular Five Guys location in future should I find myself in the area again, and I am totally confident that my experience will be equally as satisfying. One of the burgers was incorrect.

The portion for the fries was excessive and was too much for a regular portion. Burger was great. Milkshake was always phenomenal

Firstly, the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. I go with the kids once a week and it’s perfect. Colouring pencils and paper, Space to run around and complemented with delicious burgers and Cajun fries. just a wonderful end to end experience.

One of the best fast food restaurants in london. The quality of the food , the vast variety of toppings and the variety of drinks… amazing! The staff made our experience even better ; very helpful and quick service. We asked for extra pickles on the side and they happily gave it. The portion of the regular fries was a lot and the burger was very filling. They also has fresh peanuts available to eat there , which i found fascinating and was nice to snack on before out food arrived. Overall ; soo worth the price and visit.

I have never had burgers as good as five guys. This is absolutely my favourite place. Always fresh and using local potatoes for chips.

Fast delivery, burger just as good as in-store. Packaging leaves fries only somewhat warm on arrival but still nice enough
