great food all was there. last time you missed an item and didn't refund me for a chicking burger. please just give the same service all the time

I felt the chicken wings and the chips were under cooked

Came to the shop at 13:50 today ordered 8 spicy wings to take with me after long day at work was so hungry. Literally pass the door took a chicken have a bite and the chicken is not even warm . I went to ask nice and polite to change the spicy wings as they not warm at all I ask the guy to touch it he did he said that is 60-70 degrees meet lol. I asked him again to change it he refused. I am disappointed left the chicken for the foxes to eat . I shop there 3 times a week on the way back from work . Will never ever again go to this place . Not surprised that the reviews as so poor .

Food is usually good but the last 2 orders the chips have been undercooked, o idea who has taken over the cooking but they need a few more lessons from the previous cook. Drivers are always a pleasure to deal with and polite

My food was very cold i had to heat both meals up in the microwave

shame other drivers let the good guys down as last order was stone cold? The last guys before were great. Then I got a bad driver. You need to sort out the bad guys from the good. As all reviews reflects on all your drivers.

driver did not deliver my food. Tried to tell him where I was . He did not listen. he got angry. I called him again and direct him to my home. and he just got angry with me. no food no delivery. I want a full refund back and the driver to be sacked

Order was missing a drink. But apart from that everything else was ok

I had a burger, the chicken was pink and made me sick. Couldn't even finish it. There was also a hair in my fries and it was on the bottom. By the time I saw it I ate most of them. It was disgusting. I left and vomited around the corner. I even have pictures. Never going there ever again.

Check your order as missing items are a very common occurrence....!!!!

I never leave bad reviews ever. But I was given the completely wrong order. As if the receipt didn’t have my name on it and was for someone else. I tried calling the restaurant and there’s no number for them. So I had no way of contacting them. So we are left with someone else’s order and someone else has my order!!

I did not receive this order. I have trying to tell you for the last 45 minutes . Someone called me and asked my permission for the driver to talk to me as he was lost. I gave permission. No one called and no one showed up with my food. I needrefund

this is not really a halal place guys, they claim the chicken is halal, but i was so disgusted when i saw them put the pork ribs ON TOP of the bbq chicken… in the part where they keep the wings adn ribs. Do not eat here .

I didn't get my coleslaw. Food was late anyway. Once again had to heat up fries. There is always something wrong with my order but when I try to tell you , you never give me compensation. I want a refund on coleslaw please as I never received it.

The fries were re-cooked and cold. The chicken strips were burnt. The driver delivered further away orders first driving past our house twice. The chicken was also over cooked and very dry. Not good at all.

wings were very nice , chicken legs were alright , chips were cold and unseasonsed , took almost 50 mins to arrive

Even though I have said many times that I do not like and do not want chicken breast, they keep giving me chicken breast as if they were being stubborn. It's a disgraceful place that really doesn't care about the customers.

Chicken burger missing, everything else fine.

Tried to change my order. I wanted chicken burger meal, got fish. Could not change it without being charged for the full meal. Couldn't talk to any one to change order. Absolute rubbish customer service, as can't get hold of anyone. Fish burger was awful, everything was cold. Not happy.

chips were cold but just nuked them for 30 seconds. All good. as always chicken BBQ wings superb .Onion rings crispy and hot. loved it over all

Always enjoy the food from Morley’s Carshalton, however, 9 times out of 10 the just eat delivery person has multiple drops and when the food arrives it’s cold.

I wanted 1 pieces normal but it was bbq and I wanted 4 spicy wings but it’s was 1 pieces bbq and 1 wings bqq

no serviettes again!!! I always have to beg for them. Why?? Please give serviettes with orders please. It's impossible to eat your gorgeous food without them. Especially the BBQ wings. they are messy!

I ordered a 20 wing meal deal and wasn't prompted to pick the drink and options between fries a d wedges or can drink. rather than provide chips and a drink you chose to deliver 20 wings with nothing yet take the full money. Thank you for ruining my order.

all the food was a bit cold but that's just due to the cold weather. I know it's hard to get hot food to your customers right now but you did your best in freezing temperatures.. Customers, please don't blame the delivery people. It's cold out there! I did however as always had lovely food. . always the best xx

this is twice I ordered a cheese burger and twice it has been awful, It was disgusting. But the wings were as as always gorgeous. Anything chicken, is not disappointing. Always great., Just don't ever order a so called beef hamburger, I'm not sure what the meat is but it doesn't taste good. If you stick to chicken, then you can 't go wrong, always delicious!
