The food and service were very good and this has been maintained as it is not my first time going there. However, some of the menus are sticky so they should probably clean them.

As my red reward was completed ,no-one recognise the full items and the staff are so not cooperative. As we talk with the manager, the knowlwdges that he shows are limited.

Great food, very polite staff. Accommodated me well - dad took me and I'm visually impaired. Toilets a bit hard to access for me. Was a bit overly noisy at the time. But the food was really worth the visit and I'll go back next time my dad is here!

Nando's Vegetarian Delight I recently enjoyed a delicious vegetarian meal at Nando's, and I was thoroughly impressed with their veggie options. The loaded fries were a perfect starter, piled high with tasty toppings. The halloumi was cooked to perfection - crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. The pitta with hummus was a refreshing and flavorful addition, and the garlic bread was the perfect side. But the star of the show was the halloumi burger. It was juicy, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. I loved that Nando's offers so many delicious vegetarian options, making it a great choice for everyone.

I had an amazing experience at this location. John was a huge help with both directions, recommendations, and had one of the highest levels of customer service I've seen in a while. The food was delicious and timely as well.

felt rushed out of restraunt at only at 9.15 hurried to finish. sauce placed in pots... no sides left. use to love this place but will not be comming back. epsom far better

Service on a week day was horrible. All our orders were incorrect. The staff were uninterested and barely interacted. Poor service! We've not been to the Sutton Nandos for more than a year after that bad experience! Probably never go there again!

You know exactly what you are getting with Nandos. On the downside, extremely sticky tables, disinterested staff, drinks machine that only half works, broken ice machine and hard wooden chairs that break the Geneva Convention on human rights. However on the plus side, food is delicious and the new chicken gravy is absolutely delicious. Worth a visit just for the gravy! 😀

Who doesn't love a Nandos, a non planned visit but well worth it. No waiting time, food came out within 10mins of ordering and as always excellent food and service

Enjoyed the food, but felt the broccoli was undercooked and a bit tough to eat. The mac and cheese was nice, but the portion size was too small. Great chicken as usual.

Had macaroni cheese, quarter chicken, and broccoli. The latter was a bit too tough, but the chicken and mac were very tasty. The portion size for the latter could be bigger, though.

A bloke in a red t-shirt called Justin couldn’t be arsed to clear our dirty tables. We shouted for him loads, but he just kept swanning past us. When we got to the restaurant, he was at the door, having a right laugh and a natter with his mates, and ended up leaving us hanging for no reason.

As usual excellent. I'll try the Mediterranean salad next time

Very enjoyable but unfortunately the ice cream machine broke down but staff responded quickly and well. Atmosphere spoilt by an extremely noisy child but that was no fault of Nando's. Without these it would have been 5 stars all round. Excellent air conditioning.

Delicious food at a reasonable price! Definitely try the halloumi cheese sticks and dip and the mac n cheeses side dishe. All the sauces are delicious and the chicken is grilled perfectly 👌🏽

As always good food and service. Im not too happy though with the greeter at the door walking over to our table as we were leaving and picking up the tip we left for the waiter. Yea i know, i should have said something.

My side dish came with with another persons order 25 min later. Also my friend had to pick it up as waiters are preoccupied

The chicken was a little bit raw for my liking but it was edible. Garlic bread portion sizes were small and chips portions were good in my view

It's just grotty , not disabled friendly as the toilets are down a large and grubby set of stairs. The toilets are simply awful and after using u feel like u need a tetanus shot !!!

Nice little Nando’s delicious as always and surprisingly quick service ( but it was only half full that might be the reason).

I recommend this place, I love their food, music on the background and services. I love the Nando’s extra hot source on chicken and spicy rice with broccoli’s and a cool drink to down it. Try this and see how you feel if you love spicy food.

Our server in Nando’s Sutton was called Romeo he was incredibly kind and friendly. His customer service was 10/10 and he kept us all amused. He might even have found his Juliet ;) We will be back just to encounter him again! Great Job Romeo!

Had been turned away from few packs in sutton along the same strip, due to it being 9.20 on a Sunday and although people were eating many restaurants said no to new orders. EXCEPT NANDOS..they were accommodation and were even able to sit and eat. Didn't feel rushed throughout meal or chat afterwards. No staff were staring at us making us feel bad for still chatting, all staff made us feel.welcomed and unrushed, even gave some complimentary side orders as I wanted to add a coleslaw after my original purchase and I got ot as a complimentary item. Really helpful. Cheerful, professional and polite staff team in there..Excellent..and the food was still fresh and cooked to order, no slapdash or old chips, or corn, or chicken, everything was fresh.and the place was clean..they constantly cleaning or tidying up, napkins, sauces, tables etc if they are not serving.

We used to get this nandos delivered on Deliveroo - but it's no longer available for delivery or collection. I'm not sure what changed but we've been missing it ever since!

On the evening of 18 March, the first bad situation I ever encountered in my life was the blonde staff swearing loudly at both customers and orders. Unbelievable! The name of the employee is written as Amy on her t-shirt.

The name of the manager responsible for the trouble that Kim Eyres mentioned below is Kuldeepsing Hunkar, and the name of the staff responsible for the floor is Sandra H. Our church is monitoring the trouble.

I came with my two friends to celebrate her 68th birthday, there were about 4 people in the restaurant on Monday 11th March 2024, we were sat at the back and a woman and a young adult were sitting on a table beside us, the young adult appeared to be distressed, then our lunch arrived, and then the young adult who was with a professional carer began to have a convulsion, the young girl was placed on the floor and I assisted her being a retired nurse. This was going on and a staff member just came up and saw what was happening , he did not say anything to us and did nothing to ensure this young girls dignity, we were so upset we could not eat our meal and my friends birthday was ruined. The staff did not offer to move us, we could not move ourselves as the young girl was convulsing on the floor. The carers did not require my help any further so we had to climb over this young girl convulsing which was very distressing for my friends as they are not nurses and not use to seeing this. We paid £ 48.00 for our lunch which we couldn't eat. I await a response from Nandos with regard to this. It happened around 13.00hrs.

I took my wife out to Nando's for her birthday as we're South African, so she wanted a taste of home. We were half-heartedly greeted at told to wait. I found someone and informed them it was my wife's birthday so we'd like their best table and were prepared to wait. A few minutes later our requested table was cleared and then given to someone else! We were placed right next to the toilets without so much as a sorry. The utensils were dirty, the glasses they gave us were dirty and the food was very mediocre. Not much basting at all - I had to ask for more. I would recommend going elsewhere.

We picked up a takeaway from this Nando's location on 2nd February and my husband got food poisoning. He ordered the Chicken Livers and my toddler and I had the boneless thighs. My husband fasted that day so we knew it was the food from Nando's. 5 days later and my husband is still experiencing terrible food poison symptoms. For a top, well-established food chain, we expect the quality to always be checked and premises to be clean. Unfortunately that meal will be the last meal we will have at Nando's.

My friends and I popped in for a catch up over dinner. The food was good although with the odd imperfection due to being under the hot plate a fraction to long.

Just had my £32 order delivered elsewhere. Called Nandos Sutton to say delivery has not come and they said it shows it has been delivered and there is nothing they can do about it. Very disappointed

Not good were given a seat by the door with a queue of beying customers behind us overlooking our every mouthful!

I had a good time here with my family during lunch hour. Every bit of food served was good and I was tempted to order for more and more. However, I have to consider how much I can afford to pay for. Lol! I look forward to being back here sometime soon.

I eat here at list once a month. The food is awesome as it is in every Nando's (the ones I've been to anyway). But what stands out the most to me are the staff members. Very helpful and always happy no matter the circumstances. Definitely recommend 👌🏽

Kept waiting for longer than necessary to be seated although it was very quiet. Yvonne struggled with the orders, had to keep repeating what I wanted and she kept getting rather confused, please pay closer attention. Food decent and speed of food delivery once sat down decent.

We haven't been to Nandos for ages. We moved to Sutton and decided to give it a go. Our host Mario was lovely, attentive and very helpful! Food was quick and delicious. Fat free frozen yougurt was a real treat!

The chicken was good, mashed potatoes were creamy, and broccoli was well prepared! I had to ask for more sauce for my wings as it wasn't in the self-serve bottles. The staff acted as if it was a massive inconvenience. They did eventually bring it, and that was my only negative interaction with them. Overall, good food and a pleasant experience. Will return.

Family favourite, ordering food from the table using Nando's app (whenever, how many times you like) is so easy and convenient, we like it.

Thin, short, old Polish-accented manager doesn't really listen to the customer I like Nandos but I don't like the management mentality.

I love a good nandos and have had some great experiences over the years, its a part of the family... kids of all ages love it. This is the first time we had such a terrible le experience. Went on a Monday evening, 26th June 2023, to celebrate my child's birthday as he loves the place. The staff and management didn't really care if anyone showed up in fact they almost looked annoyed that we turned up on a Monday evening, to start with, maybe they just expected a quick shift and were in no mood for customers that day... it sure felt like that. Most of the stuff we ordered was unavailable. No corn on the cob, no cara viva red, no chicken livers, the loaded fries that were being advertised all over were terrible. When we requested for dessert they seemed shocked. I requested a lighter so I could put a little candle on the chocolate cake for my child. The manager looked like I had asked her for the moon and all the planets. The guy on the grill gave me a lighter kindly. It felt like the bath at the end with the lukewarm almost cold dirty soapy water that you now have to drain out. That's all I can compare it to. 3 months later I can still feel that sad vibe and therefore writing this. Haven't been there since. Used to visit at least twice a month :(

I'm really disappointed with the visit to nando's today. The garlic bread was stale, but we asked for it to be changed, which happened. The chicken was ok but really dry. It's the 2nd time now this has happened.

Food is great and all. Beer is pisswarm. There’s been countless of times where I’ve told the waiters to put them in the freezer and they claim that the beers are already in the fridge. Can’t enjoy my food when my beer is warm.

The usual friendly Nando's welcome and food of great quality. Did not dine in, so unable to comment on toilets, etc. Love the emergency service 20% discount. Did notice that the door to open is hard for some people.

Grubby. Tables sticky, toilets not cleaned paper all over the floors and if you're going to have allow that many customers through the door, have enough staff. The food was fine but not piping hot and the condiments were running low and tables were left with old plates of food left lying around. Look I might only be spending £40 but I can take that elsewhere. Try harder and don't put so much pressure on your staff. Not fair on them or customers.

Ralin, Sophie and Ariel, gave myself, children and their friends a beautiful time at Nandos today. Ralin's service was out of this world and next to none. His service should not go unnoticed. Very slow table service - food took a long time to arrive and by the time it did it was cold . Was too hungry to complain. The place needs a good clean . Watched staff clean tables by swiping everything to the floor.

Never had issues with Nandos before usually great. The service is just not that great. It took ages to get our drinks our starter came before and I had to find someone to ask. She was really helpful, unlike others.

I love Nandos but the experience here was really poor. Paid nearly £100. Food took ages, bits missing (offered replacements but never arrived). Chicken overcooked. The staff didn't really care. Shame as I've been here before many times & enjoyed it.

Visited Nando's Sutton, chose 4 boneless chicken thighs marinated in medium Piri Piri, Piri salted chips & Stem broccoli, with a Sacrés golden lager. Service good & staff friendly. Food well presented & delightfully tasty. Once customers have ordered, requested drinks are served, along with empty glasses for those ordering carbonated drinks on demand, which customers fill at self serve area, which can later be refilled. Ice (for drinks) & extra sauces are self serve too. Toilets are located in basement via a stairwell, however didn't notice any lifts for wheelchair users.

The worst Nando I have ever had, the food was not nice at all.
