Morleys in Bexley

Food arrived very bad, soggy and cold.

No drink delivered with the meal

They droped in box all 3 pieces of dry meat no drumstick as per picture

The food wasn’t great I ordered the boneless box with chicken strips in and there was no strips it appeared to be just sliced up chicken burgers, also the beans where served in cooked and stone cold as if they came out the fridge so we had to heat them our self, and the mayo in the burger was awful as well, usually this Morley’s is ok but today was something else.

Half of this order was not delivered and I have had no response to this when I let you know at the time and no refund was given

I was missing the beans and coleslaw and I ordered Pepsi and given Tango instead!

Ordered BBQ Box Meal, chicken dry AF and hardly any sauce. I'm guessing this is a new branch but they need to take note from the other Morley's stores in the area. Doubt I'd be ordering again until the quality massively improves.

Ordered 10 pieces of chicken and 4 regular fries only received one reg fries x not impressed

Don't order from here! Worst Morley's around! Item missing and when i phoned about it the man was rude and said he wasnt going to send rest of my meal. Never ordering again from here

Food was not worth it .. chicken on fries was so dry .. the burger had no cheese and messy

again, quality, varied chicken pieces, morleys is my go to chicken take away now

My food was never delivered please issue a full refund. Ordered at 6:02 it is now 7:57 and I have still not received any food. Rang the shop up twice and the worker was very rude and hung up on me

Delivery driver was very very late and food became cold

my driver went to other addresses before me, therefore it was all cold.... he was also on a push bike

First time I have used Morleys Welling and it will be my last - very disappointed. The chicken was as dry as old boots - I think it had been under the heat lights for hours! Soggy chips jammed in on top did not help. Very poor all round!

Worst Morleys ever, the stuff are so rude. Once upon a time loved this shop so much when it first opened just before Covid. But since then there have been new people. Asians who are racially abusive and generally rude. I will never ever go to this Morley’s again and I suggest if you are black or white no need cause they only favour their own. I have seen it first hand and it disgusts me

they give me ols brown lettuce not green but brown that ment to be trown away and not giving customers old lettuce in burgers to save new ones or to save on money in shop customers pay for their Freshford.

I didn’t receive one fries and instead of spicy chicken wrap I have classic one… I tried to called, no one answer…

Better food but very bad service tables were dirty no proper cleaning also with food only 2 tissues provided at least take care of your potential customers don't letting them go for next time

The driver was so kind and he went to extend to call me few times and waited for me to come to the entrance of aeqeh hospital .thank u food was delicious and Yr driver is hard working person he deserve higher pay or position at.his.job.

The food is nice but can be very hit and miss on the temperature. I also think bigger pits of sauces should be supplied as when you pay 90p for a pit of sauce and the pot is super tiny. Over all its an average rating for me.

Morley’s Welling,food cooked well, shop was clean.

Ribs were undercooked and barely edible, chicken was ok at best. Coleslaw and sauces sizes were tiny...

Ordered for collection today the fries where terrible and had a mouldy fly on it. I rang to tell them the man didn’t understand a word I was saying when I asked to speak to the manager he hung up the phone. I also have pictures of this.

After the driver had picked up my order from the restaurant, he had gone the opposite direction to the delivery destination where he stopped for 10 minutes. My food has now arrived cold and dry. This is not acceptable as it has made my meal inedible.

Really good chicken, wings and chips. I liked the ribs but I didn't love it, it was coated with southern fried batter and would have preferred it without. However, you could eat there and it was quite but was also small but wasn't an issue at all

Both chicken pieces were very dry, couldn't ear it.

2nd order in a while. 1st was great, but today was awful! Dry chicken wings , dry burgers and very small chicken fillet size compared to a lunchtime order a few weeks back. Really put me off tbh

Always great quality food from Morley's - you can't beat their chicken wings, always hot and just the right amount of spice. The spicy chicken burger is also really good. Their beef burgers are generally very good too but today was a rare occasion where the patty's in the 1/2 pounder were overdone and really dry..hopefully a one off.

Bought take away chicken and chips from Welling Morleys last night and took home to eat. The chicken was OK (ish) but the chips were the worst I have ever eaten. Not sure if their frying vats are faulty or set to wrong temperature, because even though the chips were hot, they tasted like they had been slow cooked where they tasted like the fat had totally saturated the chips. 1 star for the food is the minimum score, needless to say I would have scored lower if allowed

I got a wrong order, even when i tried calling, this guys where laughing on the phone. Because they dont understand English

Experienced my first form of intended robbery. This place just allows you to leave without your change. They hold onto it and just hope you leave without asking for it

I ordered wings and chips today, the restaurant was not ready to offer me the sachets of sauces, I was told that need to be ordered it separately which is usually offered with wings and chips in other restaurants. I really felt bad and the chicken quality was not good , most of the pieces were not good pieces, instead of drumette most of the pieces were mid joint wings. Not satisfied with the service.

Order the BBQ ribs, chicken wings and it's disgusting. Really love the Morley's chicken and ribs but not in this location. The ribs had lots of fat but can't see where is the meat. Also use other meat parts to make a ribs (Rib had no skin but the piece had skin on it). The ribs extremely smelly.

Very bad service and rude staff. Came here at 11 and they close at 12 and refused to let me eat inside the shop

Tower burger turned our to be a second chicken burger with, maybe, a hash brown. It got eaten, but our first order was wrong.

I can not believe that I went in here and paid for 1 piece of chicken and chips. I tried to take a bite from the chicken and was soo old and stale. When I told him that the chicken wasn’t fresh. He just said sorry. He was surprised I knew! I told him he shouldn’t sell 3 days old chicken and he said he would refund me and gave me a single pound for misleading me and almost giving me food poisoning. Do not eat here! Dangerous

Bbq sauce sachets? Filth …stick to ketchup and mayo . The hot chilli is decent

This grilled chicken with spicy rice and salad is so addictive! Super hot 🔥🌶 and full of flavour! Salad 🥗 is very fresh and crispy, exactly what you need with a mouth on fire! I also asked no mayo on top and the restaurant actually read my note and sent me the order right. Thank you 🙏🏽

Absolutely brilliant, early arrival, hot and very very nice, believe me you do not need KFC, these are next door and better and cheaper.
