Nicest Morley’s I’ve had in a long time, very generous portion sizes and accommodated to my notes and even gave sauce. Thank you!

Always reliable and good, I mean I have tried other chicken shops but what is the point when you know Morleys is always going to be good. Doesn’t let you down like other places.

Ordered Loaded Fries and only got a piece of chicken strip with half a portion of chips so the box was half empty. Also, burnt buns for the burger.

Ordered and paid for 4 burger sauce and only got 2

45 mins late! Ordered extra hot wraps and there was no spice on both.

I didn't receive the burgur sauce dip I order and I want a refund.

deliver time was fine and everything was here however the portions (excet for the burger) were absolutely tiny. the chips came in one of those tiny boxes and the box was only half full! bit of a pss take. the chicken was also small and despite the food arriving promptly it was all somehow cold, especially the chips which were also rubbery.

Food was cold, burger bun was stale and cold

moved the delivering time twice. an hour and 10 minutes for chicken and chips. and cold when it arrived in a push bike.

The food wasn’t great I ordered the boneless box with chicken strips in and there was no strips it appeared to be just sliced up chicken burgers, also the beans where served in cooked and stone cold as if they came out the fridge so we had to heat them our self, and the mayo in the burger was awful as well, usually this Morley’s is ok but today was something else.

Half of this order was not delivered and I have had no response to this when I let you know at the time and no refund was given

I was missing the beans and coleslaw and I ordered Pepsi and given Tango instead!

Ordered BBQ Box Meal, chicken dry AF and hardly any sauce. I'm guessing this is a new branch but they need to take note from the other Morley's stores in the area. Doubt I'd be ordering again until the quality massively improves.

First time I have used Morleys Welling and it will be my last - very disappointed. The chicken was as dry as old boots - I think it had been under the heat lights for hours! Soggy chips jammed in on top did not help. Very poor all round!

Worst Morleys ever, the stuff are so rude. Once upon a time loved this shop so much when it first opened just before Covid. But since then there have been new people. Asians who are racially abusive and generally rude. I will never ever go to this Morley’s again and I suggest if you are black or white no need cause they only favour their own. I have seen it first hand and it disgusts me

they give me ols brown lettuce not green but brown that ment to be trown away and not giving customers old lettuce in burgers to save new ones or to save on money in shop customers pay for their Freshford.

I didn’t receive one fries and instead of spicy chicken wrap I have classic one… I tried to called, no one answer…

Better food but very bad service tables were dirty no proper cleaning also with food only 2 tissues provided at least take care of your potential customers don't letting them go for next time

The food is nice but can be very hit and miss on the temperature. I also think bigger pits of sauces should be supplied as when you pay 90p for a pit of sauce and the pot is super tiny. Over all its an average rating for me.

Morley’s Welling,food cooked well, shop was clean.

Ribs were undercooked and barely edible, chicken was ok at best. Coleslaw and sauces sizes were tiny...

Ordered for collection today the fries where terrible and had a mouldy fly on it. I rang to tell them the man didn’t understand a word I was saying when I asked to speak to the manager he hung up the phone. I also have pictures of this.

After the driver had picked up my order from the restaurant, he had gone the opposite direction to the delivery destination where he stopped for 10 minutes. My food has now arrived cold and dry. This is not acceptable as it has made my meal inedible.

Really good chicken, wings and chips. I liked the ribs but I didn't love it, it was coated with southern fried batter and would have preferred it without. However, you could eat there and it was quite but was also small but wasn't an issue at all

Both chicken pieces were very dry, couldn't ear it.

2nd order in a while. 1st was great, but today was awful! Dry chicken wings , dry burgers and very small chicken fillet size compared to a lunchtime order a few weeks back. Really put me off tbh

Always great quality food from Morley's - you can't beat their chicken wings, always hot and just the right amount of spice. The spicy chicken burger is also really good. Their beef burgers are generally very good too but today was a rare occasion where the patty's in the 1/2 pounder were overdone and really dry..hopefully a one off.

Bought take away chicken and chips from Welling Morleys last night and took home to eat. The chicken was OK (ish) but the chips were the worst I have ever eaten. Not sure if their frying vats are faulty or set to wrong temperature, because even though the chips were hot, they tasted like they had been slow cooked where they tasted like the fat had totally saturated the chips. 1 star for the food is the minimum score, needless to say I would have scored lower if allowed
