Great small Japanese restaurant! Only has room for around 12 clients at a time so do reserve if you want to go. I've finally decided to sit down and write a review after we've been there 3 times in the last couple of months. We love the food - always fresh, refined, tasty and authentic. The service is fast and reliable. We also enjoy the customer service which is always on point. We've been with our 2 yo daughter and they are very welcoming and helpful. Like I have said before, if you are planning to go be mindful that it is a tiny restaurant and try to reserve in advance.

What a joy to find an excellent small restaurant with great food and friendly service. Will absolutely be back. Prawn katsu noodles bowl was excellent, as was gyojo.

We had a lovely lunch in this tiny, well located restaurant. It’s a 3 minute walk to Victoria Station. The food was good, service was quick, friendly & efficient. it is not a “destination” restaurant. It is just a solid choice for decent Japanese food at a fair price.

Small cozy restaurant in a busy part of town. Went for dinner and the service was very good, and the food came out quickly.

Great food in an izakaya like atmosphere. I would thoroughly recommend, and I’m very particular about Japanese food. One of my favourite.

Great little Japanese restaurant. Friendly service and delicious food. We had two different Bento boxes as we were just there for lunch time - each was equally varied and tasty. The price was very reasonable and we felt this was a great find in this part of London.

Very small and family feeling place. Food is good and very fresh. You should try the bowls. The dishes were good. Lovely atmosphere Come in the evening

Disappointing. Poor service and average food. The biggest surprise was that we were charged £8 for tea! We had asked for more hot water in our teapot which we never have to pay more for elsewhere - as it is just water. When we challenges this the waitresses were unhelpful. I wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t go back.

So the 2 stars were for the fact it’s a cute little independent place, sushi was nice Unfortunately, it’s probably one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. I had the wrong food brought over to me (even though when I ordered I knew there was a similar dish so made sure I pointed to the menu and triple checked I had ordered the cheaper smaller one). When it came I asked our waitress whether it was definitely the right one. She seemed annoyed and confirmed it was, so I went ahead and ate it. When the bill comes I see that it was the more expensive one I tried not to order. I asked another waitress walking past and she feeds this back to her colleague who then starts raising her voice saying that I was lying and she had done nothing wrong. The whole restaurant is listening to their conversation and watching me - I’m mortified. She angrily comes over and tells me I was wrong. I apologised and explained what I thought had happened and her colleague offers for me to pay for the less expensive one. They then went back and had another conversation about it and I just had to get out of there 🙈

We went for lunch. It's a small place with 6 tables inside and 2 outside. Sushi was good enough. Miso soup was terrible, with no taste. They did not make it with proper stock and it is quite shocking for a Japanese restaurant to provide such poor quality miso soup. Californian roll had no taste. The green laid under fried chicken was not fresh at all.

Really lovely meal - relaxed and cosy atmosphere, excellent service and a great location. We would certainly recommend and go again.

Gem of a place nestled close to Victoria Station, beautiful tasting food.. if you like Japanese add to your list to check out.

Food was very nice, authentic and the atmosphere very relaxing. The spring rolls were delicious and then I had a bowl of noodles with sesame chicken. I was served very well in a Japanese manner.

Our server was lovely and the food was delicious. I had three courses- The wakame salad was very fresh. The chicken teriyaki was the best I've had! And the coconut ice cream mochi was light and tasty. The plum wine is refreshing. Would absolutely recommend...

Ordered on Deliveroo and the sushi was probably the best I’ve had so far in London. Good quality fish and you could tell attention was paid to the detail of each dish. Would definitely recommend and hope to dine in soon!

This is a lovely restaurant near Victoria station, and near some theaters. The food was terrific. It seats perhaps 15 people., but it is sure to grow. Very friendly comfortable place

The sushi was good, however, the service was awful. We had to repeatedly ask for a poke bowl, which first came with salmon and then finally came another 20mins later was unpleasant and covered with fat. No appology was given and the server was rude...
