Had food from here before tried it again and so disappointed this time, chicken balti is absolutely disgusting, chicken like jelly and swimming in so much grease I’ve never seen so much oil on top of a curry , chips were cold and soggy and cans of pop were warm

Very efficient delivery but food quality wasn’t the greatest

Food was on time and piping hot which was really good! But unfortunately the food itself was disappointing due to the fact it was absolutely swimming in oil!! Had to use kitchen roll to soak some of it before it was edible, unfortunate because it was actually tasty and well seasoned

Bland tandoori everything. It wasn't horrible, but damned if I order from here again.

-O-odometer were soggy and taste funny chapatti was in plastic bag and soggy. Everything was very watery. Not for me especially at the price, would expect better food.

We had the Shath Kora Fish Curry Chicken Biryani ( also basmati rice and saag aloo ) and can honestly say absolutely amazing 👏🏻. Extremely tasty. Excellent portion sizes. Highly recommended!!!

The food was great and we received an apology for being a bit late. It did need heating up a bit but we would order again.

Such a disappointment. Been ordering from here for probably 20 years and last night for the first time I found my order to be sun standard. The Garlic chilli king prawn Balti which is my favourite was totally different. Gone was the rich, flavoursome tomato based sauce with delicious juicy large king prawns. Replaced by a thin, lack lustre pale brown/green sauce with Prince Harry prawns as oppose to King Charles!!!! Now don’t get me wrong. It wasn’t bad and I did eat it but it didn’t fulfil me a

Fantastic Indian, ordered before and was impressed, tonight I ordered lamb korma and was worried it would be fatty/chewy/gritty, but instead was tender and delicious and also generous in amount. One of the few places not doing 'shrinkflation' so you actually feel satisfied after a meal, generous tubs of curry sauce and meat. Last time I ordered the Peshwari naan and it is so delicious and you get loads, I went for veg rice tonight and was very tasty even on its own. Will never order from any other Indian as this one has consistently been great, well done to the owners and cooks

Would have gone to KFC. The grill was absolutely minimal and very dry. The fish came soggy and salty. Will not be ordering again.

Set meal for 3 was superb. All the curries tasted really good. Lamb garlic balti was one of the best balti's I've had in ages. 10/10

Worst experience I had, i ordered 2 items , Halim and chicken shashlik. Halim is suppose to be shredded chicken in lentils , I received chicken tikka with potatoes . When I rang to complain I was been told that this is how they make halim. I think they need to change there chef who does not know what halim looks like. Second item chicken shashlik, big cubes of chicken tikka with big pices of onion and peppers which were not cooked properly. I paid 30 pounds to have the worst experience of my life. I dont know if I will get a refund because technically they delivered my food and since I and my wife were hungry and had no other option so we ended up eating a small portion of it. But completely wrong order ..never order from here.

Changed the recipe of the lamb tikka main, unfortunately I have to say I wasn’t keen on it and much preferred the original recipe. Not sure if this is a permanent change to the tikka recipe?

Hmm, not so good this time. Opted for collection but wish i stuck to delivery. Food sat there for 10 mins without being notified it was ready. Customer Service was terrible. Not a good experience, at all, Sorry to say.

The food at Moortown Tandoori is always delicious. Good portion sizes, everything nice and hot and a decent memo selection to pick from.

the delivery time was great and the food came hot. But the chicken was chewy and definitely not fresh. The paratha was not fluffy and buttery and more like a thick chapatti made with brown flour. I had the bhuna which I've always known to be a tomato based dish, but this was brown and was definitely not tomato based.

Lambs chops seasoned and cooked to perfection! Lamb Vindaloo, very nice, spicy and tender pieces of lamb, could have done with more meat in there but its was very nice. I definitely recommend Moortown Tandoori, give it a try.

To be fair it is Valentines evening and we do live slightly outside of Moortown. The food was really delicious and the delivery driver kind and helpful despite it being late. There was one item missing but considering how busy it is I’m quite happy with our order.

I tried Moortown tandoori for the first time tonight. I ordered chicken tikka pathia and it was gorgeous. There was a good amount of chicken and the sauce was great.

Food was really good and the delivery was in good time. Just a shame it's so expensive. Would order more often if it was a bit cheaper.
