Ordered through just eat and wow ... was here within 20 mins of ordering , the delivery lady was lovely , will deffo be ordering again , best frappe I’ve ever had

we’ve ordered a few coffees and drinks from here during lockdown on uber eats, and they’ve all been absolutely lush !!! being students who basically live off coffee, this has absolutely filled that hole, the smoothies are delicious, and the staff are super friendly ! would 100% recommend !

I have ordered several times now just to make sure the first time wasn't a fluke. Me and my husband have tried the healthy breakfast, eggs benedict burger, pie n mash, chicken tikka panini, key lime pie, choc and peanut butter stack and their coffee. I have to say they were all phenomenal and I would definitely recommend you try them out. The customer service is what stood out to me it was exceptional.

Having just got off the phone to tell the owner and a member of staff just how impressed I was eating the Angus mile high burger to which my stomach couldn't resist doubling up. 😂 the food quality as well as care taken to present a meal sealed and quality assured to then be delivered to me it felt really personable, the delivery driver (I'm sorry I can't remember your name) was a lovely woman, so friendly and took extra care to avoid contamination, keeping her distance and having such a lovely attitude, she loves her work and it was extremely clear to see, she asked me my name and provided a personal service to me as an individual. This review may sound OTT, but I feel this establishment provided me OTT service, please if you ever are in Doncaster and require feeding or watering visit Moona. All the best. ❤

Very high quality food and wonderfully tasty! This was our first meal from Moona Coffee but it certainly won't be our last. Highly recommended. Excellent personal touch from Zara....thanks again!!

Nice food tasty but over rated for what it is its 2 pricey but its half the amount of smiths cafe but both the jackets are the same as for food its tasty just 2 pricey but Good if u need it. Its only the prices that let them down.

Really enjoyed my food and drink. They went the extra mile for it to be delivered on time and correctly.

I work in town and order regularly, they go out of their way to get to me which is really nice as i'm a one man show at my work which leaves little time for me to get out for lunch. i have tried all the 'fast food' places around here but sooner or later you get tired of the same old processed rubbish, i ordered from Moona as i was looking for something better quality, fresh and nice that wouldn't make me feel dragged down for the rest of the day, and they didn't disappoint. My all time favourite thing is the Chai Frappe OH MY GOD its GORGEOUS. Delivery lady is the biggest sweetie i've ever met she is so so nice and always has time for me! Overall, my favourite place to order from when i want to have a good day! Thank you Moona!

TERRIBLE!! WORST TAKEAWAY I’VE EVER HAD. Food turned up half hour late. The white chocolate waffles had no white chocolate. The clotted cream wasn’t there and the butter for the ‘luxury cream tea’ had melted. The mash with the Swedish meatballs was sour and inedible. Then after ringing up to make a complaint the person who answered decided to just make every excuse under the sun with no apology in sight. We then asked what they were going to do about it to which he then lied and said we were unwelcome customers as apparently we were mean when we took the delivery off of the driver, LIES! To which he then started shouting and swearing down the phone to me! Couldn’t listen to anymore so hung up. The last thing I heard was that we couldn’t do anything so good luck! I would never order from this place if I were you!!! AWFUL PERSON

Ordered a breakfast and panini through Uber eats (couldn’t review on there for some reason), was absolutely delicious! Good size portions, not greasey at all, really tasty and would definitely order again. Also ordered key lime pie and it was the best I’ve ever had, Will definitely be ordering again. My son and I go regularly for breakfast at Moona's. The food is delicious and varied and the welcome always warm and friendly. The baps are the best in Yorkshire. Highly recommended.

Came here today with my dad and we both had the breakfast. It was delicious, definitely not a basic builders breakfast! The staff are always friendly and attentive to your needs. Love it here and will absolutely come again soon.

My favourite place for food and coffee in Doncaster. Had a lovely meal with friends and an excellent service from Tahir, Zara and Chantelle. I would highly recommend as always. Swedish meatballs is my favourite from the menu at the moment, the mash is so smooth and tasty... If you're calorie counting avoid the dessert fridge!

Popped in for Lunch on Friday and the food was amazing, service great and the whole cafe had a very friendly feel, will definately be back when next in the area

We really enjoyed going here after our Bentley walk and it was lovely to sit down and have a chat with fellow walkers. Service was very friendly and lots of choice of drinks. Everyone is welcome to join us for the walk on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month 2pm at Bentley Pavilion and for drinks at Moona after!

Called in today for a cup of tea everything ok up until a old man walked in and asked if he could use the toilet as he was on water tables and was in need of the toilet and could he please use there’s

very nice staff. this place is very clean, you are met with a huge hello . the food is served hot and nothing will be served to you cold, the loose tea is a nice change to a mug of tea and the portions are amazing. the bacon and sausages are cooked on a griddle so not one bit of grease or fat will touch your lips. you will eat and enjoy. well done to everyone. fantastic place to eat. give it a go. you will want to return on your next visit.

Based on previous reviews and a comprehensive website we decided to come off the motorway during a long car journey to stop and have breakfast.

We visited today based off other trip advisor recommendations and can honestly say it was a great choice! Food is delicious and light as it is grilled not fried. I requested gluten free toast which they had sold out of (not a problem), they even checked the ingredients of the sausages and veggies sausages for me which was really considerate.

Lovely chat. Definitely recommend best mash potatoes!! Had the best lunch I've had in ages! Please visit here!

A special thanks to Zara for a fabulous breakfast that my husband and I both enjoyed over 2 visits. We were made to feel both very welcome. Will definitely come again.

I vist moona on a regular basis for a coffee on the way home from the school run with a friend we always get a warm welcome from Zara and the team they treat you like family not a customer prices are good and the food is amazing I would recommend to anybody in the area to try it , I have also fetched in my family which consist of smaller children and they have Accommodated as best they can and always with a smile , all in all I love this little place and the staff are amazing

I am a bus driver and was badly in need of the loo as the weather was almost in the 40s 25/07/19 so l asked the chap in this coffee house if l could use the loo but l noticed on the door says only patrons can use the facilities would he make an expection for a bus driver and still said no ☹ thankfully the hairdressers a couple of doors away let me use there's.

Came in for the first time with my partner's mum, as I was moving in just around the corner and we needed a cuppa. The staff were very friendly and helpful, considering I can't have dairy. I ended up with a soya frappé and we had crumpets, which were lovely! I have been back since and it's now my partner's mum's favourite place, will definitely be back again.

Came in for a cuppa on a rainy afternoon was seated right away had an lovely cup of coffee and the flourless tort, as it is the only Gluten Free option, it is rich and creamy so Im not too bothered. Nice atmosphere I will be back

Amazing cafe, great service, delicious food and coffee, really happy that I had the opportunity to purchase their coffee beans - which are of the greatest quality, also really impressed by the extensive range in drinks as you often don't have as much choice in other establishments! My son and I come here every Wednesday after school whilst my daughter has dance practice after school. We dropped in once to kill time till it was time to pick her up. However, because of the welcome and excellent service we encountered (plus max loves their orio cookie bash!) we decided to make it our weekly treat. The owners can’t do enough for you, even to the point of clearing a recently vacated table so we could have our usual seat by the window. What more can I say? The owners should be proud. It’s a great little place.

Dropped in here today by chance. Welcomed by the lovely lady owner who looked after me throughout. The breakfast was first class (I am still full). Even more impressive was the tea, having commented on the excellent tea, she brought me out a rooibos tea to try. This was possibly the nicest tasting tea I have ever and and such I bought a pack from her. They are passionate about what they do and explained the health benefits of the tea. I would happily go out my way to go back here - excellent! Thanks! See you soon.

I cannot fault the service or the goods from moona. This is a family run business and you can feel it in the atmosphere. They are so welcoming and accomadting. We go on a regular basis for business meetings and also with our 2 year old son. They fulfil our expectations every time.

We spent a lovely few hours here, a warm welcome awaited when we first walked in, the owner was a lovely friendly lady. Our waitress again very friendly, we decided on Paninis and coffee and all 3 of us enjoyed it, the sauce on my rib Panini was subtle and full of flavour. I could have eaten it again. we happily chatted away and didn’t feel rushed or pushed out. The owner came over to chat after offering us a sample tea and was passionate about her products. I must say the molten chocolate pudding was divine and I enjoyed every mouthful. I would come here again in shot, a great cafe.

We came upon Moona by a accident as we had been to our usual cafe but it was full so we drove through Bentley as we drove past Moona I remembered a friend telling me they had been so we decided to stop and eat there.

As avid breakfast cafe fans and we have visited most cafes within a 15 mile radius of Doncaster over the past 10 Years we thought we would give this place a try. The large breakfast offered was too big for our appetites so we thought we would try the all day breakfast rolls and politely requested that we would like the offering on a plate with the bread separate rather than all the options enclosed in one bread roll. We were told in no uncertain terms "we were in the wrong place" and no way could they consider such a request. Absolute appalling attitude . No idea if the food is good or bad as with that attitude we elected to leave the establishment, keep our money in our pocket and vowed never to darken their door step again .

Every week usually without fail I will go for a 2 course lunch at this place. I have never been less than delighted at the service and food! Absolutely still my secret delight, watering at the mouth thinking about the panini and the pancake stack! Gorgeous shakes and the coffee is heaven! Always clean and tidy, service and premises immaculate! I blinking love it and will always come back!

Called in today whilst waiting for a repair job being done in Bentley on my car. Knew about this cafe being highly rated on tripadvisor so decided to sample the coffee & read my paper for a while.

We recently moved into Bentley and couldn’t be more excited to find ’Moona coffee’ on our doorstep! Why are we so excited I hear you ask? Well, lets start with the coffee. Home roasted, handcrafted and perfect for those cold Doncaster days. Then there is the food, lover of a potatoe? Well look no further ‘Moona coffee’s baked potaoes are to die for. This is also definitely the best and only place to get a cheese and bean panini. The icing on the cake is the delightful and proficient Chantelle who always greets you with a warm smile and excellent service. We can’t thank you enough!

This cafe is all round perfect from firstly walking through the door and receiving a friendly warm welcome and getting our table set up from the fantastic staff. We took our time to choose our order then order it from the till. ( I will post our order in the photo's below) after having everything bought to our table we also had complimentary tea to try . Perfect experience food and drinks all round tasty and beautifully well presented. The owners have pride in their cafe highly recommend to anybody who wants a chat and a coffee or even grab a bite to eat.

I call here most Wednesday's after work for a latte. It is a lovely cafe and you are always welcomed with a smile. I haven't eaten here before but from what I have seen the food looks lovely.

Exellent customer service always friendly and helpfully good food and has soya milk which is a bonus as i am lactose intolerant but love a good latte always clean ready for service when ever you arrive

My friend and I went for coffee this morning whilst waiting for another friend who was attending a funeral in the church next door. We had a cafe latte each and shared a toasted tea cake. After 45 minutes, and as we still had a while to wait, my friend decided on another drink. She ordered a second latte but I asked for a cup of boiled water (I had actually thought the coffee bitter). That’s when she was asked for £4.70 - £2.20 of it for the cup of water!! She questioned it and was told they “had to make a profit” and that they had staff to pay, water to boil, cups to wash etc etc. My friend was horrified at this exchange and stated that she didn’t enjoy being lectured to so unreasonably. Following which we were asked to “go elsewhere”. As we are very civilised, retired, ladies we felt well outside our comfort zone. We think the previous reviews must be rigged as no way is this a friendly, welcoming, community hub. Staff are surly and the seating is not particularly comfortable. We went round the corner to Taste, on Cooke St, where my friend had a much superior latte and I had my cup of boiled water, for the grand total of £1.50. We enjoyed a very pleasant chat with the proprietors (moona wasn’t mentioned) All in all a far happier experience.

Having worked all morning cleaning a house for our son we were in need of something to eat and drink. I remembered seeing a cafe when passing to get to his house. We walked around the corner into the high street and found this place. Went in lovely and clean and a very warm welcome. Service was brilliant and so was the coffee and food.

Moona's obviously takes pride in being part of its community - a friendly, welcoming place with great nosh, and many ingredients locally sourced or made by the owners themselves. Highly recommended.

I love the ethos of this business who named the business after their daughter and named their first coffee after their other daughter it is a real family run business which is in the heart of the community and is really friendly, welcoming and accessable. I visit most days and am always welcomed and looked after. Both personally or for business meetings highly recommended

I got a few drinks to take out and as I do daily as I work down the road. The staff are all friendly and do everything they can to make the stop off at moona the best they possiblely can. They offer hot/cold drinks which is great as there is a wide choice to chose from. I would recommend to anyone in the area as it’s a nice place to sit it and have a light snack also if you were a little hungry.

I love this place so much. Always get such a warm welcome and nothing is too much trouble. I have dietary requirements which they always cater for. We were looking for a place to stop for a coffee in Bentley and hit the jackpot in Moona’s. We had a lovely welcome and were really surprised by the range of teas, coffees and desserts available. The coffee was amazing (personally roasted and ground) and the staff were helpful.

On route from Northumberland to Devon looked on Google maps for somewhere to stop for a cuppa and tea cake. Liked the look of Moona in Doncaster so went on a small detour. Would definitely go there again. Very welcoming, friendly staff. The facilities were good and clean. Lovely tea, cappuccino and tea cake. Then the proprietor came over with a sample of a loose leaf tea called Rooibos which has many health benefits. My husband and I dont like alternative teas, the smell or the taste but this one was very different. From the sample we tried it was nice and I will be buying some from their online account when I get home. Thank you again for your hospitality.

I run a dance studio just around the corner from Moona Coffee, I stop by every Saturday morning for my coffee fix, and often before my evening classes if I make it in time. The staff are great, very friendly and welcoming, really well priced drinks too, and they do the BEST caramel macchiato ever! Thanks Moona Coffee! ☕️

Visited recently and this is one of the worst coffee shops/cafes I’ve ever been to. Pre packed salad with the horrid sandwiches and paninis, nothing seems freshly made and just reheated or toasted. The atmosphere is awful with signs and staff dictating what you can and cannot do and where you can and cannot sit- I’ve had more enjoyable dining experiences in a school canteen. This coffee shop claims to be ‘up against’ the big chains but they do nothing to make themselves a better option! Save yourself the stress and a crap lunch and go elsewhere!

We decided to have a team lunch out here for Christmas. What an experience. Friendly and helpful staff and the food is amazing.

Have frequented this place 3 consecutive days on the trot for my lunch alone and with friends. Omg luv the food, think about eating it when not there, what the hell! Anywho the panninis are to die for, the coffee impeccable, the smoothies gorgeous and the frappes delicious beyond conception. I have had takeaway which was perfectly packed and just as delicious as eating in. The staff Chantelle, is lovely and polite and very sweet. The owners are fantastic and really take care of you and always go the extra mile. Lovely couple and great ambience, I like the fact the place has standards and they are being maintained not let loose to make an extra buck. Fantastic and my cup of tea, seriously go get a smoothie or have the pancake stack, mmmmmmmmmmmmm drooling just thinking of it!

The service was excellent made us all feel extremely welcome also the white chocolate hot chocolate was unbeatable.

I’ve been to this shop a few years ago it’s was an excellent experience same again it was delicious cake and very friendly staff they have extended the menu even more choice. Most impressive of all I’ve had espresso and waitresses show me on the menu which region of coffee beans come from which I’ve never had this from any other big coffee shop chains.

This establishment must be under new management as I've been here quite a few times and found it quite enjoyable. Now you have to wait to be seated and when you ask for tea, the teapot comes minus the teabag. How do they know how strong I like my tea! What's wrong do they save the tea bags and use them for other customers. Not enough butter for my toasted teacake either. Very poor.

I have loved this place since it opened. The food and drinks are beautiful and presented very well. Prices are decent aswell. It's a very friendly atmosphere and I personally get on very well with the owners zara and tahir. Coffees and frappes are to die for.. staff are very polite and friendly. Always been made to feel welcome. I love the chicken bacon and cheese baguette accompanied by gorgeous coleslaw and fresh tasty side salad. Moona coffee is defo my treat place to visit. I often travel up and down the A1 and being a bit of a coffee snob have looked for a decent cup, which you are not going to find in a service station or coffee chain. If you can spare half an hour - Moona is well worth the diversion. The coffee is really good, and the owners - who blend their own teas and coffees - clearly know their stuff.

Love coming here with friends to relax and have a coffee and some food. Staff are so friendly and the place is always so clean and warm with a great little atmosphere.

I have been going to moona since it opened. I always feel welcome and the staff are always polite and helpful. The menu choices have gradually increased, for the better, and my son loves the cakes options.

Give me Moona coffee over Starbucks or Costa any day. Friendly service, best coffee I've ever tasted, and a unique type of decaf tea which everyone should try.

We regularly visit Moona Coffee, the food is great, the service is always brill, the restaurant is very clean and the staff are always welcoming and do their utmost to make sure you have a pleasant experience, I would definitely recommended popping in for a great coffee, if you are passing.

I go regularly with my Nanna and we both think its the best coffee house going, I love the milkshakes and their choc cake is great. The prices are way better than the more famous coffee shops and their coffees are awesome.

Nice coffee but an added £1 charge to share my sandwich with my daughter is insane. It's say it in small print but we missed it.

Called in to meet up with friends. We ordered Breakfast and tea and at £11 not cheap! however it was very disappointing the eggs were hard and the meal was barely warm even though we were the only customers. One last point a service charge was automatically added to each bill, I strongly object to this as I think that any gratuity should be at the discretion of the customer and not a hike on the bill over which you have no control. If I get good service I will tip however I object to this form of coercion.

The coffee and food are to die for, best caramel Macchiato I've ever tasted! I had the meatballs, mash and veg, this was a big meal and just plenty to fill even the hungriest of customers. I did have a chocolate drizzle pancake stack for pudding (cheeky), as tasty as it sounds! Overall fantastic service and fantastic food!!

Popped in whilst waiting for my glasses to be ready at the local opticians - fabulous family run business, they couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The food was lovely, the atmosphere brilliant- I've bought some roobios loose leaf tea and am a complete convert! Please make the trip you won't be disappointed
