Mooboo Bubble Tea in Camden

This business is a con! Ordered a mango juice with green bubbles. Paid for it and then when we received the drink the lady said I hadn’t paid. My order didn’t go through. Just checked my bank and she charged me twice! The bubbles were shrunk in the drink and even though we asked for a juice it was a tea. Stay clear! Scammers!

I ordered the classic boba with strawberry popping pearls with ice and it was so good I recommend that you should go to this place

I would have given Mooboo a -5. The juice was bad as well as the popping bubbles, they tasted bad at the start and like chemicals at the end and they added to many popping bubbles.

Absolutely love this place such a lot of choices and good range of options and great price range and good clean environment and always looks immaculate whenever we have been in town

Me and my went to the covent garden store were i paid with cash they then gave us the old one pound coin so instead of the new one (you haven't been able to use the old one pound coin for a few years now) so then they said to wait for someone else to pay in cash then when someone tryed to they said you can't pay cash here whalst giving us rude looks they whole time they then repeatedly said we're not from England so we dont really understand the money here wich obviously you shouldn't work on a till if you dont understand the money when we then finally sorted out the problem 30 minutes later and proceed to give us rude looks and talk about both of us rudely the entire time i would never recommended this shop to anyone We went to the covent garden shop

Absolutely disgusting. Tea was horrible - overly sweet and has a bitter after taste. The service in the shop is terrible - I was ignored for 5 minutes while the cashier swiped through TikTok oblivious that I was there. The beige one was horrendous - no gloves and touching face. DO NOT VISIT AT ALL COSTS.

Amazing! The bubble tea was exquisite! It was perfect in every way! The best bubble tea I have ever tried to be honest.

I had the classic moo boo tea with magic pearls and it was very tasty but it was rather sickly after a little while! Lovely place but staff weren’t very helpful in regards to recommending options as it was my first time trying bubble tea:(

My children and I had worse experience today at Wood Green Mooboo bubble tea store. We bought two bubbles tea making sure to listen to the staff suggestions for flavours. My children had stomach aches after sipping on the drinks. I thought they were exagerating so I drank from them to make sure and it was awful. My stomach hurt as well. We have had bubble tea before and bubbles didnt taste right nor did the flavours. We took it back and we were told no refund no replacement and advised to put in complaint on their website. I visited the website and there is no section to submit a compliant. 😖. I was so upset and I left them at the counter and walked out. Customer service 0.

Took more then 20 minutes then saw we weren't leaving so they closed saying they slipped "a dangerous chemical" and continue serving the people in front of us. Rude staff overall.

We ordered Mooboo and our bubble tea came. However they DIDNT give us any straws. Not the first time. To get the bubbles out of bubble tea it requires a special type of straw. So how do you expect us to drink it. This has happened 5 times now. Not good enough, your drinks are also very overpriced so we at least expect a straw. In the photo, my brother has had to use a straw we have, therefore getting no tapioca.

Came here recently for bubble tea. Service was quick and friendly, bubble tea tasted good, and okay on price. Great experience overall!

The woman serving was friendly, polite and welcoming. The women in the back did not really make any eye contact- just got on made the drinks. The creme brûlée with tapioca was lovely.

Contrary to another review about rude staff 🤔. I can't understand it when we went there it was lovely and the staff were very polite and helpful.

Echoing other peoples comments, this place isn't worth visiting. 1. They don't take Groupon in Camden! 2. They don't sell Bubble Waffle in Camden, despite advertising that they do! I completely wasted 90 mins of my life getting there and back for nothing!

Only marked it down because really, it's quite expensive for what it really is. Loads of options, including teas and fruit to random jelly things. Good fun and actually great when you need something sugary and refreshing.
