Bought 3 ice creams and the ice cream tasted very powdery and as though the ice cream had been there far too long. Not nice at all. Need to change their tubs.

The smallest ice cream I've ever been served, it literally was one, small rounded scoop. Not cheap either at around £2.80. Slow unfriendly service. I did mention I was unimpressed with the size of the icecream, it's as if I hadn't spoken, I was ignored. Honestly, I bought a Teddy cone for £1 at Cadwaladrs yesterday and it was bigger and tastier... my advice, go elsewhere - extremely poor value for money.

Paid £5 for two small icecreams in plain cones; the rum and raisin had exactly two raisins in and a very chemical flavour, the "birthday cake" flavour was just odd with chunks of stale cake in there. Avoid.

Oh Dear God What’s an absolute car crash of a business, rather entertaining to be honest. The problem with setting up a business inside another business is that if everybody isn’t onboard then it turn into a CarryOn movie. We visited this place as we had heard great things about these burgers. But been able to make a burger is very different from running a business or even serving a burger to a table. The FATCATS staff have no interest in dealing with anything about the burger business. The food had to be ordered on an app, with a minimum order of £20 which is outrageous for a burger. When the burger arrived we had the honour of receiving it in a plastic tray with wooden cutlery by 2 young lads that looked liked they just come off the streets after playing football with there mate. BUT EVEN WITH ALL THE NEGATIVE THE BURGERS ARE INCREDABLE

An overpriced 'bacon bap' on (poor quality) sliced bread, one slice of which was the crust. The bacon was fine, to be fair. Fiercely guarded toilets, but the stairway to get there was dirty. Don't ask for decaf tea, she doesn't think anyone can tell the difference. Learnt a lesson to read reviews before going in anywhere new.

£2.95 for the smallest scoop of ice cream you’ve ever seen. It actually didn’t even come out of the cone it was that small. I actually said to the young girl serving - is that it for £2.95 and she replied that she had been told to make the portions smaller! Needless to say I walked away without the ice cream and went up the road to Cadwalladers. By the sounds of the other reviews on here, small portions are a regular occurrence!
