If i could have given 0 stars i would. Long post for anyone reading but please read if possible. We attended this cafe at the weekend during the Extravaganza event. Up on sitting outside after purchasing drinks for my children, we asked if they served anything Gluten free for myself and my daughter and was given a clear answer of 'No'. We sat back outside for a while admiring the Extravaganza event whilst resting my little girls legs due to having additional needs and physical disabilities. My father walked accross the road and purchased food from Greggs to go along side the drinks from Continental and we were verbally and borderline physically attacked by the waitress and the management! We were threatened by the manager due to eating food outside from Greggs instead of his cafe. When explained we brought drinks and they could not cater for allergies he showed no remorse or empathy. We were verbally insulted, tables & chairs were ripped away from under us, my SEN daughter screamed in fright and the man and woman still continued to hurl abuse at us! Security arrived after management walked away, and the waitress (oldish, middle aged lady i may add - to help identify her) got in the securities face. One Security officer walked accross to me and sympathised with us and told us best to walk away (which we were already doing at this point). Our custom was not good enough because we did not purchase food, again as explained, they did not cater for allergens, but due to only buying drinks, we had this thrown up in our face, mocked at and made to feel very threatened. They do not deserve to be in business, and i am not sure if i may be taking it further as of yet. The whole situation was traumatising for my two children, both with additional needs and no remorse was shown what so ever! Highly recommend 'Central Cafe' accross the way instead, lovely customer service, brilliant staff and exceptional service with a smile 😊

I would give no stars if that were an option. Whilst the breakfast is reasonably priced at £8.95 with a hot drink, that's where the positives end. I'm vegan and the only thing I could really order was 2 slices of bread, 2 hash browns and a small pot of beans.. £9.15!!!!!!!!! Then there's an extra £4.25 for a peppermint tea. My measly sandwich and teabag in hot water came to £13.40.. more than the full English breakfast..make that makes sense!? When I questioned this the response was 'I just work here, I don't make the prices'. Great customer service. Lesson learnt, check the reviews first. AVOID!!!!!!

Ordered 2 large breakfasts for myself and my partner. Sausages were deep, freid, and mushy inside, so undercooked. Both the hash browns were frozen inside, so again deep fried, but obviously, the oil they were using was too hot. Also, the oil was horrible. I took a bite of the mushrooms first, and they were overcooked and soaking in oil, so I got a bad impression straightaway. I went to let the sever know, but she was working alone, so I was waiting to be seen for over 15 mins, and by the time she saw me, the whole thing was stone cold . I received a refund They offer 2 sizes of breakfast. Only the 'large' option comes with a free hot drink, so there is no real difference in breakfast size. Sadly, I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend

An overpriced 'bacon bap' on (poor quality) sliced bread, one slice of which was the crust. The bacon was fine, to be fair. Fiercely guarded toilets, but the stairway to get there was dirty. Don't ask for decaf tea, she doesn't think anyone can tell the difference. Learnt a lesson to read reviews before going in anywhere new.

Hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows for £7.50? I don’t think this is reasonable. Pricing like this is just treating your customers like dirt so I really hope that teaches the owners a valuable lesson. We also ordered paninis (priced at £8.95) and they were tasteless.

Do not recommend this over priced place and rude staff, especially the older woman working there. Attitude was unbelievable when questioned her about the unfilled panini and dried up salad!! Even another family were happy that I spoke up as they were also unhappy with the service. Nicer places to eat in Llandudno

We went in purely because it was virtually empty we are local so intrigued every time we pass that there is never any customers inside!!! Because we had a baby and young toddler that needed feeding we ventured inside! We ordered coffee ( exorbitant prices for small cups of ordinary tasting cappuccino no side biscuit!!! ) and cake small portions jacket potato which was ok panini ok and chips good size portion!! Only one assistant doing everything rather fractious and rude!!! Very expensive for what it was we won’t be going there again!

Whatever you do DO NOT eat here, came for breakfast no staff present they was more concerned about wanting to be in the kitchen. to wait at least 10 minutes to be served. And when the food came it was all burnt the toast was rock hard and had to ask for butter. It wasn't worth the price I paid. And as for the tolielts having to ask permission to go the tolielt and wait for staff to open the door felt like I was back in school. AVOID this place. The fact that it was empty when walked in should of been a clue.

ZERO STARS!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING, no staff present. When they were, they were utterly rude. Over priced rubbish food. Only cold drink offered was j20 and bottled water. Toast came with no butter, bacon & sausage were chargrilled (black) Multiple people came in and walked out due to lack of staff. Staff stood in the kitchen talking to "chef" One staff members clothes were covered in animal hair!! Had to ask twice for our drinks to be brought over. The young lad is beyond ignorant I would NEVER step foot in this place again!! The toilets are disgusting, feaces all over one of the toilets!!

0 stars ! Went in with mum who is on a mobility scooter there was a little ramp instead of a step . Totally empty apart from a couple having coffee and an older lady being served . We chose a table right in the far corner so we wouldn't be in the way .mum parked the scooter and got off supported by a walking stick and took a few steps to join me at the counter as there were no menus on the table . The server then chose to inform us that the scooter wasn't allowed in the cafe it had to be left outside . We were quite supised as it had taken her a while to inform us . We said it was crazy as there was plenty of room and did this apply to other mobility aids , we were rudely told it wasn't her rules and that 'she can walk' referring to mum . She then said that no other cafe in Mostyn street let scooters in, which is a total lie as we went across the road directly opposite and us and scooter were welcomed by lovely staff !! Looking at other reviews on here she did us a favour ! But in 22 years of my mum having a scooter she has never been so humiliated

Walked in and sat down, we were a family of 6. No staff present but a few tables taken up. A lady appeared with glasses, who didn’t even greet us, shouted across to us we aren’t even cooking dinner yet we’re just getting over breakfast. When my mother in law asked how long before they started cooking again she blanked us. We got up and walked out took our custom and money elsewhere. If she had come out and said I’m so sorry we are running behind can I get you a drink ( obviously we would pay) we would have stayed. It’s how rude she was.

Was surprised at how good the food was. We ordered the mac and cheese, chilli con carne, and prawn tagliatelle. All meals were very good and well seasoned, especially the prawn tag. Had to wait a little while to order unfortunately as there were only 2 people in the main cafe area. Toilet facilities are available and they are clean, just be careful as one of the stalls didnt have toilet paper. Definitely wouldnt mind coming again as the food was delicious.

I've been attempting to try this place out for several days now ever since I noticed it was finally (newly) opened ~ however due to a lack of information - opening times, phone no etc. I have yet to succeed. This morning I walked past just after 10am and it was closed, driving past at 11.45 noticed the doors open so went round the corner to park..... walked back and by the time I reached it at 11.50 it was closed again. Not an ideal way to attract customers ~ even a handwritten list of opening times taped to the door would be helpful.!

Awful! Tepid soggy fish, scrappy chips and small portions. Expensive and very poor VFM. It says outside "The best...in Llandudno ". I think not. Subsequently, one of us had a very dodgy stomach. Not necessarily any causal link, but probably best to avoid the place.

Oh Dear God What’s an absolute car crash of a business, rather entertaining to be honest. The problem with setting up a business inside another business is that if everybody isn’t onboard then it turn into a CarryOn movie. We visited this place as we had heard great things about these burgers. But been able to make a burger is very different from running a business or even serving a burger to a table. The FATCATS staff have no interest in dealing with anything about the burger business. The food had to be ordered on an app, with a minimum order of £20 which is outrageous for a burger. When the burger arrived we had the honour of receiving it in a plastic tray with wooden cutlery by 2 young lads that looked liked they just come off the streets after playing football with there mate. BUT EVEN WITH ALL THE NEGATIVE THE BURGERS ARE INCREDABLE

Visted several times looking for vegan sushi rolls but never have any! Asked the guy one time and he just said "it's too early it's not out yet" it was lunch time and full of meat and fish sushi rolls! Surely it's not hard to make some vegan up early on aswell?! Found member of staff rude and clearly they don't like making plant based sushi rolls!!! Rubbish!

£2.95 for the smallest scoop of ice cream you’ve ever seen. It actually didn’t even come out of the cone it was that small. I actually said to the young girl serving - is that it for £2.95 and she replied that she had been told to make the portions smaller! Needless to say I walked away without the ice cream and went up the road to Cadwalladers. By the sounds of the other reviews on here, small portions are a regular occurrence!
