Great friendly no nonsense atmosphere. You could easily sit here all day scrolling, or doing work on your laptop. Staff are friendly and helpful and will leave you alone as good as chat to you. It's the sort of place where everyone feels part of the community and you could find yourself chatting with total strangers about a load of different subjects. It attracts young and old and people from all walks of life. Local business that is hitting the right spot in the heart of the community. Great little place. Definitely better than Cafe FortySix as its main competitor. Coffee is also local as well as some other brands which are spot on. Wide selection of pastries/cakes as well as wraps and bagels. Crisps and drinks are also good too. Dog friendly also which is nice. Looking forward to spending more time here.

Firstly, the quality of the coffee is fab and the shop itself is really lovely. I have visited on a few occasions this week and sadly have felt quite uncomfortable. Around half an hour before close, customers are rushed along to finish and it was clear that the manager wanted people out quickly. Prices are also ridiculous . £3 for a plain croissant. Really let's the place down unfortunately.

Have been in here a few times, it's small and something hard to get a seat. The coffee is fab, it's up there with the best and theres a good choice of pastries. Only downside is that some of the tables are almost permanently occupied by groups of lads who are there for ages and don't seem to be buying anything. Time for the management to Give them the heave ho so paying customers can enjoy your wonderful coffee.

This little gem is a must if you go to Neath. The staff are so welcoming and take the time to have a chat. The quality on the products is outstanding, served prompt and at a good price. I wish the business all the success in the world. A great addition to the town.

This is a really nice little place. We came for a coffee and croissant on a Saturday morning. Friendly staff, outdoor seating and, most importantly, great coffee. In fact, the coffee was so good we came back for a takeway after we’d been shopping.

Great night in our staff do considering the original entertainment was cancelled and we ended up having a band and a free drink of our choice to compensate.. We enjoyed a two course meal, turkey or beef dinner & dessert, I would of preferred a starter, but wasn't given the choice.. Serving staff were a shambles, no organisation, some quite miserable!! Served hot plates then 15minutes later the meat, 10 minutes later the veg, then the gravy, which ended up being warm food.. Not one table was completely served at once only half served, which spoilt a lovely delicious meal, if i was the chef I'd be annoyed.

Worst Costa I've ever been to. Many of the staff are abrupt sometimes to the point of being rude. There are one or two nice staff members but the others make it such a poor experience. The place starts shutting down at around 4 when they are supposed to be open until 6. I never feel welcomed there. This morning I was spoken to so rudely about a mistake the staff member has made. They made me completely the wrong drink and I wasn't rude I just pointed it out. She insisted I was wrong and had to pay more money. I did this of course but it was the way it was asked for and there was no apology. I know they made a mistake as they made me a drink I never order and don't even like. I then had to leave my toast going cold and take my baby up to the till in the pram (because I was on my own with her). Then had to stand and queue to pay 20p! The other member of staff was very nice but the tone and looks off the other one made me feel awful. Go to Monty's instead or Greggs if that's too pricey. In fact any of the many other places in Neath who make coffee and are so much nicer.
