Me and my boyfriend scheduled an order at around 6pm to be delivered between 8pm and 8:30pm as we live a bit further out so we thought it’ll be easier to order in advance. At around 7:30 I got the confirmation that it will be here for 8:45 latest 9:05. When that time rolled around no food to be seen and no update on Uber eats. My boyfriend then called them to ask for an update at 9:30 and a young girl answered was rude and then ended the phone. I rang back and asked for an update and she again was rude, not listening to anything i was saying and laughing down the phone. She quickly said it’s on its way and the phone was ended. The food is alright but the customer service is awful. My food is still not here at nearly 10pm, we will not be retuning here which is a shame because we used to order from here often.

Ordered a 12inch hot and spicy and got a margarita when I phoned them they told me they would get it right next time so I paid £12for a £9 pizza absolute joke

Worst takeaway experience ever. Ordered food and expected to wait awhile due to time and day I was ordering but after an hour and a half with still nothing, I rang only to be told they were too busy to deal with "my" problem. I recieved no food or refund. Absolute joke of a 'restaurant'. Avoid at all costs!

Do not order from this place! kept me and my kids waiting 3 hours for order and never answered phone to communicate so I went to shop to be told it's with driver and have no contact number for them! 😂 so no food for us absolutely terrible service won't ever order from there again!!!

Lovely place to find halal food in Cannock... travelling from Bradford and just bumped into it by chance but they didn't disappoint at all... Portions were generous and chicken shawarma was so juicy literally melting in our mouth.... Everything was freshly prepared on order

Loved it. Fast food is nice from here, doner meat tastes nice and chicken wings are lovely. The wife thought the chips were cold but I thought they were OK. Worth a visit to make your own mind up

Really DISAPPOINTED! Received the wrong food order. 3 phone calls over 3 hours as I appreciate it was prime time on a Saturday night. Gave the place the benefit of the doubt and Never received my order. Told after 2 hours the driver was on his way..... now if I had been told I wasn't receiving the order I could have sorted an alternative..... but No. So another hr later, I request my refund. No refund given till they have communication from Just Eat (who I ordered threw) Surprise, Surprise...... 3 days later. No refund off Just Eat. Very sad and disappointed 😞 £28.60 is now in someone else's pocket and I wasn't fed. Time to find somewhere new!

Food never Arrived, no Apologies, no offer to replace , no offer of Refund

Been to this place before a few months ago but last time they got my order wrong. But I thought they might have made a mistake so I gave them another chance. However went again today and I ordered and then waited nearly 30 minutes after being told 10-15 minutes. Come back home and found out they got my order wrong again. If I could give zero star I would becuase it is very unprofessional and not organised at all. Definitely not coming going there again.

Ordered tonight, food was lovely as usual and service amazing, my confusion with the menu and Ben an jerrys ice cream was dealt with really well. The ben and jerrys was perfect 😋

Every time I have food form here it’s 5star and great value for money. Today when I ordered (something new) I didn’t select the options right and the owner even called to explain them and clarify rather than just sending what I had put . I appreciate that. Highly recommend.

Terrible service! Order took 2 hours to arrive and when it did it was cold! Spoken with a member of staff for an update on 2 occasions who was very rude both times, no form of appolgy and dismissed off the phone. safe to say we will not be ordering from here again.

Amazing buffalo wings and a shawarma tikka combo such a fresh taste and perfect spice in my opinion

The food from monmos Cannock is not only the best takeout food in the area but the portion sizes are huge, and not over priced either compared to other take outs.

Had to wait an hour and half and when arrived was just about Luke warm,don't recommend this for delivery but the food once reheated was good so collect only.hence the 2 stars .

Good food order straight from the shop if you ordering anything cheaper menu I ordered of a app different price list more expensive.

Ordered takeaway on a number of occasions and the order has always been wrong.I still continued to order because I enjoyed the food but I will not be ordering from here again. Recently my partner ordered food and recieved the wrong order also. A review was made by an Azeem Khan to my partners business account but Azeem has never been to the establishment. Clearly Monmos are a company who will attempt to sabotage others because you were unhappy with an honest review. Very unprofessional.

OMG! I can not recommended this place enough! The portions are huge, fresh, tasty and well cooked. It's so good to have an alternative place to eat in Cannock. Donna and tikka Kaba just delicious 😋. Peri peri chicken salad, perfect. It might seem experience but believe me is not when you see what you get for your money. Great menu. We're looking forward to trying more.

We ordered 2 burger meals and 2 wraps and onion rings, food arrived and it was all ice cold, they missed our instructions that we didn’t want salad in burgers and no cheese in one of the burgers and we wanted eggs in burgers they clearly did what they wanted and our money was wasted and never eaten, kids were really upset, I think we should get this sorted

Epic Doner Kebab! Its basically a humungus naan stuffed with kebabmeat, salad and chilli sauce. The chips are like BurgerKing, I like BurgerKing chips! If you like a good feed? Try this place. "I'll be back!

Hi all, a friend had highly recommended Monmo's to me recently so last night myself and a friend decided to order a meal from our local Monmo's in Cannock. We had lemon chicken wings the taste and flavours were exceptional followed by a mixed meat pizza, grilled chicken and masala fries, rice and chicken. The portion sizes and the quality of the food and ingredients were just amazing. I can honestly recommend Monmo's to the public, very good value food and well worth the price, very reasonable. Mac and his staff were very approachable, polite and customer service was very good indeed. I will be ordering from there again they also deliver. Viv

Used for a take-away. Delivery time was as advised. Food was tasty, but chicken was very dry by the time it reached us,. They also forgot part of our order, which was rectified reasonably quickly, but arrived after we'd finished eating. Overall, worth a try but unlikely to use again

We have used Monmos twice via uber eats and have been disappointed both times The food has been enjoyable but the delivery on nothing occasions was very late We ordered on 12/12/21 and were quoted delivery between 7.30 and 7.50pm. The meal arrived at 8.15, the mains were like warm and the accompanying chips were cold As this is the second time this has happened we will not be ordering again There was no explanation for the late arrival so we do not know if the restaurant or uber are to blame but whoever is the one doing it right they should forget associating with the other to avoid similar issues

Me and my son has a cheese pizza tonight 12inch it was huge ! And absolutely delicious, best takeout we have had in ages. So fresh tasting amazing. Chips needed salt but that's it really! Will deffo be ordering again. Price is brilliant for the quality x

Disappointing. I pre ordered before opening. My food didn't arrive until after 6pm & when it arrived, the chips were cold the chicken Luke warm, the pizza was overcooked with a burnt base. Not impressed at all.

I order from Monmo’s for my family quite frequently and must say their food is normally amazing. However, the last 2 times I ordered I have been really disappointed. On the one occasion my food never turned up and after ringing the restaurant was told that the order hadn’t processed through UberEats (but the payment had been taken), so they sent my order straight away and put in some extra food, completely fair enough. I ordered tonight, only a chicken wrap, fries and a drink...it took almost 2 hours for my food to arrive, I tried to ring the restaurant 8 times before anyone answered to confirm my order had been processed. When my food did arrive the chicken wrap was burnt and dry and my chips were so soggy that they had stuck to the paper bag they were wrapped in and were cold. My can of Pepsi had been put in the bag with the food and so, ironically, was hotter than my actual meal. Normally I love Monmo’s, but on these two occasions I am so disappointed I don’t think that I will order again.

I had the Shish, Shawarma And Tikka Kebab - and it was incredible. Ive lived all over the country and this was one of the best Kebabs I have had in a long, long time. I will be coming back - 100% sure of that. Thank you for a great meal guys!

The best food I’ve eaten in a long long time. Unfortunately the first delivery had a few items missing but we were resent the whole order and... wow. So so good. We had 2x chicken sizzlers, the meat was perfect and the vegetables were so tasty. Ordered salad and garlic Mayo for the side and the salad was beautifully fresh! Don’t hesitate to give it a try :)

Had my first lamb kebab last Sunday and I must say it was the finest kebab I’ve ever had . Definitely recommend it

Ordered for the first time from here tonight as we had high hopes from the great menu choice and reviews , unfortunately our food was 20 minutes late , my burger was burnt and had no onions on as stated on the menu, the chips were soggy ,donner wrap was greasy and to top it off being late it was cold! Such a shame as I'm extremely disappointed, the burger I think would have been nice if it hadn't have been cold and burnt

Love this place. The food is delicious and you get a really good portion for your money. Definitely check out the combos and meal deals, they are brilliant value. The inside of the shop is spotless and the staff are very pleasant. If you are collecting, do be aware that they are cash only. I made that mistake and felt like a right fool. They were very nice about it and kept my food warm while I went to the cash pint at co-op. If you need to you can park behind the shop, but beware as the area is quite narrow. If you have a small-ish car then a 3 point turn will easily get you back out, otherwise you will need to reverse on to the main road or park at co-op. However they do offer delivery too.

Ordered wraps and chips, tiny portions, £7.50 for less that what you'd get from mcdonalds. Food was lukewarm, wrap had only chicken, no salad or sauce. There were no options for choosing to have these or not. It was basically a handful of soggy chips, a soggy tortilla with some chicken thrown in. Even the cans of juice were warm as they had been shoved in next to the food. Glad I had a 50 percent off voucher for uber eats or I would've had to get a refund

Cracking food, Chicken looks like it’s done on a proper bbq chargrill and tasted like it too!! Great customer service also, when something was missed they were right back out again!!

We have used the Podge & Tin for a few years for our Burger and wings fix.. but after trying this place.. we wont be going back (cheaper too!). Tastiest Burger i have ever had.. can tell its cooked fresh and over the open flame, The wings were also incredible, highly reccomend the lemon and herb, flavour right the way through. Delivery took a while, but oce i tasted the food.. i could not complain. Worth the wait. 👌🏼

Ordered half pounder, onions & sauce missing so very dry. I work in a school kitchen and have to wear gloves & face covering when handling food due to Covid-19 however only 1 staff had a face covering out of 7 or 8 of them. Too many staff working in a small space

I offered four meals and one that wasn’t even on the menu, I told them what I wanted (loaded chicken chips with medium peri peri cheese and salad) all meals were perfect we all loved it, definitely the nicest food in cannock, I would highly recommend this place, all the staff were lovely and friendly, be your own judge and give this place a try people ***** Will definitely be eating from here again, thanks guys!
