Awesome food! My favourites are pork steamed momo and chowmein, spicy one 😋 🤌🔥. The wait time is bit long but the food is worth the wait.

Food was quite good & tasty but i was very very disappointed by their service !! I ordered quite a lot food one day ahead for my birthday celebration at work so that they will get ready on time but i had to wait more than 20 min 😓😓😓😓 nearly break hour was gone & everyone was hungry & waiting for the food . I even warn them we have an hour break and need to be ready on time . That day bad experience made us not to order again otherwise we would love to order on our break time and enjoy the food . They need to have more staff for the service !!

I ordered £44 worth of food and got delivered £23 worth of food via Just Eat app. Rang Momo Kingdom and staff told she is unable to help and contact Just Eat for resolution at 8pm in evening. We drove to Momokingdom and staff member was very rude and blamed Just Eat driver for mixing up order. We then waited 20 mins to be told they have run out of rice to make fried rice. We paid £4 extra for delivery and service charges and drove up in the end to resolve this. Absolutely awful service on the ground by MomoKingdom will never place order at Momokingdom or via JustEat app… all along there is some idiot enjoying £44 worth of food by paying £23. 15th Nov 2024 In response to Owner’s reply- thanks for taking time to reply to my review. May I suggest you post your cam footage to public so it is amply clear that we were not abusing or shouting at staff. We were there to set things right and get food we paid for and to document evidence that we made effort to resolve this with restaurant. Please send your frontline staff on communication training. She has very poor communication skills in managing such situations. The third party customer had no business to intervene in this dispute and we promptly told him to stay away from conversation like another JustEat driver waiting there. Do you really think I will even bother to step into your restaurant, let alone order online? I am sharing my experience for benefit of public who should seriously look for Momos from tonnes of Nepalese takeways in Ashford.

Their momo and chow mein is ok but the fried rice is too bad. Customer service and ambience is good. Well kept. The quality and taste of the food is average. The fried rice was burnt. Bubble tea is ok.

I recently ordered food from Momo Kingdom, and it was a complete disaster. The momos were some of the worst I've ever had—overcooked, bland, and just overall disappointing. To make matters worse, the chutney they served had clearly gone off. It was sour and completely inedible, which made the whole experience even worse.

I have been to many different Nepalese restaurants & fast food shops before but i had never experienced this delicious foods served only by MOMO Kingdom. This place is legit for those who love to try Nepalese foods. I hope MOMO Kingdom will keep this rhythm throughout in the future.

Very poor customer service and they told me to come and collect after 15 minutes for a small order over the phone turned up after 20 minutes, still made me wait for 15 minutes. Staffs need to learn politeness.

Tastes nice, but got food poisoning twice from the dumplings in last two orders. Hard avoid.

The steamed jhol momo I ate here are like chinese xiao long bao, but the layer of the skin is ~1mm thicker I guess. They used dips that tastes like tomato puree that could work with oily fats from the meat. I forgot to thank them for their gentle service and had a great time hearing their stories in Nepal. They may be a bit shy but it is alright , they seemed busy working at online orders. I could get in and ring the bell or standing outside the door of their kitchen near the ordering counter, greets with a smile and they shall be happy to take orders

Great food, but overly expensive. Their prices were already inflated, which they've now increased again, and they no longer have their own delivery drivers either - now using Uber/Deliveroo/JustEats, meaning the food arrives nearly 1.5h each time, in a completely mushy state.

Like everything except for the jhol momo....feels like just added water and salt to the dip and served..need to make a custom jhool.

Amazing food with food full of flavours. I would mention the bubble tea as well as the quality of the packages.

The food is good, so it’s a shame that the service isn't. They state only that they are open at 12pm, but they don’t. They will watch you stand outside and knock and not come to the door. They let other people in and serve them drinks and then lock the door again. They also never answer the phone. Awfully run.

We ordered today for the first time and we were really impressed with the food and the service. This must be one of the best takeaway restaurants in Ashford. Everything tasted amazing, fresh and was of good quality. The food arrived within an hour which was very reasonable and was still piping hot. I highly recommend this place if you haven't tried it yet - we will definitely be ordering again soon.

I ordered the C momo and all I can taste is sweet chilli sauce. Absolutely no flavour and size of MOMO were like cricket ball. Please if you are promoting Nepalese food make it authentic.

The food is pretty yummy! Loved the dumpling too. But unfortunately the bubble tea’s boba was sold out, but we’ll come back soon!

Best Momos i had so far. I also tried chicken noodles but won’t recommend that. The chicken in the noodle was not fresh and was totally dry but the Momos were absolutely amazing.

It was my first time here and it was delicious. I had the chicken fried momo and the sweet chilli pork momo. The girl serving me was friendly and helpful. Very nice and fair prices for how much you get. I will be coming again often. Thanks!

Average food, disappointing if you need extra plates or cups to share as they charge 50p!

The chow mein and fried dumplings are the best! A great vegan option for Ashford town. I’m yet to try to the boba tea but the options look great.

fresh and hot, may seem pricey at first but you get A LOT for 1 portion. only boba place in ashford makes it a HUGE plus plus, we've been meaning to get one for years now. both fruit and milk boba is refreshing and not watery at all. first chow mein i've seen with coriander in it though, so if you don't like that spice like i do (as in, it tastes like soap), make sure you ask for them to make without it. otherwise it's a literally perfect meal.

We ordered for delivery and got our food 5 mins early. Amazing quality, everything is fresh and hot. Will definitely be going back. Really glad to see a big veg menu as well.

My mum and wife came here after my recommendation sat inside the cafe to eat and when my mother ask for a glass for her can of Coke they tried to charge her 50p for a plastic cup, I feel that this is an utter disgrace

Really nice place, got lots of good food and probably the only place in Ashford which sells Boba tea!! The staff are friendly as well. Definitely recommend it.

I ordered Veg C-Momo, after 10 minutes I got it from the serve counter and took it to my table. I ate Veg Jol Momo so many time before but always through my daughter's share, though Jol Momo were also good, but this Chili Momo tasted so great, that I'll be ordering it again. Just bear in mind, that they extremely chili, and so much that it kept my nose running for sometime, though at the time of ordering, staff member, asked me politely how I would want to have it, to which I said let's have it chili, as that's the name isn't? But I suggest you can try a milder version also. Happy eating tasty momo at a friendlier restaurant/take-away!

Went there to try the dumplings with my mum, absolutely loved them. We ordered Jhol momo, Steamed momo and Chicken chowmein (Must try). It was so good that we ended ordering for takeaway as well. Best Jhol momo i had in a while, I have recommended to my friends and family, and highly recommend others to try as well. Looking forwad to visiting again.

We have had Momo Kingdom three times now, and it seems to get better every time. The chicken chow mein was very fresh and tasty, and the steamed chicken momos are very very lovely. It’s always piping hot, and I can’t wait until the next time to have it! (The chips are also the best takeaway chips I’ve ever had). Would recommend this to anyone.
