I come here at least twice a year and I think it’s one of the best outlets you can go to. It’s always so nice and clean and I always find the staff in the shops so friendly. This time I took my dog, and I was over the moon to find so many of the shops were dog friendly! My dog absolutely loved it and enjoyed all the fuss she received! It’s so rare to find somewhere that you can take dogs in to shops and I think it’s wonderful!

There are many branded stores and there are discounts up to 50%. There is somewhere to eat. It's convenient that there are shops all around.

Good selection of shops. Not really much cheaper than normal. Parking area is £2.50 for 4 hours and I would get there early as it gets very busy and the bays are narrow causing many people to take a long time parking.

Few years back this was a place to go for a bargain Shop prices were below the high street prices but now they are just as expensive as their shops in all high streets, plus parking used to be free this though not expensive still have to pay for.

My most favourite shopping centre. Big and clean.

Car park said £2.50, somehow I was charged £4.00. It’s just become greedy there like everywhere else. All of the stores were claiming to have sales, but the prices were no different to my local shopping centre. Some were actually inflated! The Five Guys burger restaurant is a total rip off, as are most of the other places there. Won’t be going back again

Tons of parking spaces, and only £2.50 for 4 hrs. Visited with one of my sisters who had never been before, last time I was there was about 8 yrs ago. Very pleased with the changes and lots of shops to choose from. If you're going there looking for something specific I doubt you'll find it, but there's lots of bargains to be had in most of the stores, some not much different, according to the retail prices in their parent stores, but lots of jump out stuff, like 3 Ts for £25 in Jack And Jones, and buy 2 pairs, get 2nd 50% off in Dr Martins. All in all, a few hours well spent.

Great place to shop and grab some food! My favourite outlet to visit. Normally plenty of parking but they have an overflow carpark that is a short walk away if not. Always recommend to visit here for a good deal! Additionally to this, the kids park is great. Breaks up the shop visits for the kids. The tall climbing frame in the middle is very high and the slide is excellent. My kids loved it.

There's plenty of parking available - £2.50 for 4 hours. The shopping and toilet facility areas are clean and well maintained, so the area is fully accessible.

The only place I will shop, easy and cheap to park, it's also very pretty and well maintained. Every member of staff are also very nice 👍😀👌

lots of big brands car park space is huge i came here by train, it take 10mins by walk, considered closed to the train station. i used 3-4 hours to shop around here, price here is reasonable but no tax refund. I came here with my big luggage, it was sad that the reception do not have luggage storage due to security issue (which is understandable), no coin locker to store the suitcase so if you carry big luggage with you, please be prepared that you have to pull it all the way in outlet

Haven't been here for years but had an hour to kill. Came away with nothing. Same stuff available online for less.

Lots of shops, parking is easy and not too expensive, some good discounts, but beware of the 10% welcome voucher, all we heard all day was it doesn't apply to that.

If you have ever been to the outlet malls in the US, you will know that this is way WAY better.

It's a nice environment to shop and dine with family and friends. Lovely place.

Complete disabled accessibility which is so important to my family, also dogs are welcome in the outlet and in most stores. The free loan of wheelchairs, buggies and scooters makes life so much easier, a tip is to register your blue badge with the Customer service and you don't need to scan it ever again. I do have a couple of personal gripes - no gluten free food available - which can be depressing for me. Some of the "outlet" prices aren't as cheap as the discount prices in normal stores, but it's always nice to have a stroll around

Visited on Wednesday 14th in general was disappointed. Not many bargains to be had unless you have a hefty bank balance or credit card. Parking charges are reasonable but they should be free with a spend of over a set amount

Lovely l médium size outlet. The toilets are very clean and nice specially on the end of the outlet. Love the green plants wall mounted give an extra touch. There are some places in there to eat or drink. A bit overpriced for some Of the food. They have a nice looking Starbucks… parking can be chaotic I advise maybe park at the train station is just a short walk to the outlets.

Been to several outlets but this is different. The ambience was so good. The offers are worthy for the travel from London. The designs are not the latest ones. But if you are lucky, you could stumble on some evergreen collections. If you are planning to visit your home country, this place has Lindt outlet and fossil one. That’s a banger. The food courts are also worth the travel.

Everything looks really good at this outlet. It looks brand new and the facilities are splendid.....but it comes with a price. Unfortunately, not all stores are really outlet stores when it comes to the prices of the goods they sell. It is often cheaper to buy in the regular stores, especially when things go on sale.

Hadn’t been shopping here for years. It was really good! Much better than I remember and they have made loads of improvements. The shopping options were usual. Cute kids activities for summer behind the Starbucks and amazing kids play park.
