Coffee and a vegan cake. It was too pricey. Coffee was great, one of the best in town. Loved the decor.

This is ridiculously overpriced for very average food and small portions. Really bad value for money. Even my latte came in a tiny glass, and was somehow smaller than a flat white. I would avoid this place and go somewhere else much better nearby.

Friend recommend this place as she’s often walked by but once we got inside and saw prices she regretted it. But we stayed. I ordered a hot chocolate and it was served in the tiniest paper cup and a small bowl of chips. My friend ordered a plain coffee, no milk or sugar and I paid over £11 for all three. Very ridiculous. No ketchup, mayo or anything else to go with the chips and it took ages to bring my fiend’s coffee.

A 3rd of the menu was incomprehensible - and we are metropolitan types. The food was lukewarm and the sauce was congealed on the plate. Part of the salad comprised old, wilted rocket leaves - no excuse for that. Glad we didn't order soup as it looked like thick porridge and a million miles from how soup should be. Must be coasting on its opening reviews because we were seriously underwhelmed.

We were very pleased with the service and food we received at Molly's Café. Our croques (one with ham and one vegetarian) were freshly prepared and tasty. The chocolate budino is not to be missed! We appreciate that revenue from the café supports the Museum of the Home.

Arriving yesterday for lunch, we asked if we had to waited to be seated. Rude member of staff replied savagely, 'Yes you do.' We were moved further back. I understand the need to wait but there was no signage to inform you of this. We waited and another member of staff guided us to a table, only to be told, 'You can't sit there, I haven't finished.' by the first waitress. I understand that it was a busy time {although they were no means over busy} but there is no need for such rudeness in such an abrupt manner. We left the cafe and turned right onto Cremer Street and found lots of places to eat about 4 minutes walk away, a happy choice for us.

Popped in after visiting museum. Wonderful welcome from the staff and what a fantastic menu. I had the Burrata cheese and fig, wow and my husband had the chicken terrine, excellent. Worth making an effort to come here just for the food never mind the museum. Truly recommend this place.

We came for lunch and coffee here whilst visiting the museum. The coffee and food were both really great. Lunch in particular was delicious. My only feedback is that given this is also a museum cafe they really need to sell drinks suitable for children like cartons of juice. I ended up paying around £12 for 3 children's juices as they were freshly squeezed when kids would be happy with a cheap carton of juice. So please sort this out and everything will be perfect.

Coffee was good. Then we returned later for lunch. There is a cafe section and a 'pub' style section. We had coffee in the cafe and lunch in the 'pub' (which also has a bar! I chose the cheese and ham croque - best one I have had since I went skiing in the Pyrenees some years ago. My friends had the Russian Salad and enjoyed this too. The Rose wine was good and at a fair price. All good quality food. And the service was lovely - the waitress couldn't do enough and was enthusiastic - lovely to see.

Came here for pit stop coffee before visit to Museum of the Home and was made very welcome at the door- great coffee and lovely staff! After brilliant visit to museum ( highly recommend!) we came back and had splendid lunch- absolutely delicious and again the staff could not have been more pleasant and efficient! Probably our 3rd meal out since restrictions lifted on eating indoors and we felt safe and everything very very clean ! Thank you all - we will be back !😊

This Is Simply A Terrific Place To Visit After A Trip To The Adjacent Museum Of The Home. The Atmosphere Is Super-Chilled And Hugely Relaxing. This Is Somewhat Of A Surprise, Given That It’s Across The Street From Hoxton Station. The Staff Are Very Welcoming, Helpful And Friendly. I Didn’t Sample The Food As The Kitchen Was Closed When I Visited, So It Was Only Drinks That Were Available. No Problem. The Café Sells Various Beers From Duration Brewery, Based In Norfolk. I Had The Turtles All The Way Down American Pale Ale. It Was So Scrumptious That I Had A Second One, Sitting In The Sun, Soaking Up The Atmosphere. This Was A Lovely Place To End My Visit To The Museum And I Thoroughly Enjoyed The Hour Or So I Spent There. It’s A Great Accompaniment To The Museum And Makes It All Just Perfect.

Visited on their second day. Warm welcome from the staff. Excellent Croque Monsieur and cappuccino. My brother loved his soup. Will definitely go there again. It's a perfect place for lunch, especially after a visit to the museum (Museum of the Home).
