Moghul Tandoori in Wigan

Wouldn’t bother ordering again, tasteless and extremely bland. Had a variety of dishes with different spice levels but that wasn’t what was delivered or eaten.

Probably not for a dining out experience. As a takeaway quality of food is always great. Try one of the specials will not be disappointed. Order every other week better than raj, raj gate and baby elephant.

Placed an online order and rang 3 times and was told it was sent and on its way each time - finally after 2 hours they said they had never received the order despite previously telling me the driver was 5 mins away!! Ruined Mother’s Day for us

Absolutely terrible service. Order food at 6.30 was told an hour. I rang back at 7.50 and was told he’s just around the corner, 2 mins sorry for the delay 1 more phone call and at 8.55 food arrived cold with no salad and wrong nann bread. No apology no nothing.

We have tried loads of Indian takeaways around Wigan, but Moghul Tandoori is our favourite by far. Chicken Rogan Josh is our weakness!

Got to get the chicken tikka sizzler with your favourite sauce. Comes out hot, fresh and succulent. Rice light and fluffy. Bread fresh and hot. Inexpensive and with it being a bring your own alcohol it’s even more cost effective. Best curry in Wigan

Takeaway last night was awesome.

On holiday in the area on our narrowboat, have to say this is one of the best takeaway’s we’ve ever had (and we’ve had a fair few along our travels)very reasonably priced

This takeaway is the best ever not just Wigan , never had a Indian so good and I’ve tried various different foods from their menu, honestly you can’t go wrong it’s superb, no I don’t own it lol just give credit and praise where it’s deserved

Mary's is THE 100% ABSOLUTELY BEST resturant in Mobile. I would pick it over anywhere else any day of the week. I love the fried chicken the most, but I also love the pork, ox tails, and all the other mains. As for sides, the mashed potatoes, green beans, and greens are the best to me - along with the cornbread of course! If you haven't been here yet, you MUST try it out - even if it is a hour drive for you.

Used these for a long time now. Excellent food every time. Eating in was enjoyable. Very friendly staff. The food is second to none. It has become a Friday night must have take away!

It's a place I never go I. Don't like Indian food but each to there own preference of kinds of food

Absolutely fantastic we get the wraps can't beat a proper hand made naan bread better than any kebab around. Hurry and bring my food 😁😁😁😁😁

Enjoy curries from this restaurant. Wouldn't recommend saying you would like your dish hotter as they just put a load of chillis in your dish and spoil it. Only happened on one occasion though

Mogul Tandooeri, still known as Santi Bag to some older customers, has best Indian restaurant in wigan for decades. Not the most salubrious of places with basic decor but if you're looking for geat food, attentive service all at really reasonable prices, this is the place for you. Good for takeaway and deliveries too.

Really good value for money. Quality of meat in the curry (lamb and chicken tikka) was excellent. I had a vindaloo, and the sauce was a bit of a disappointment, wasn’t very spicy at all and not a great deal of flavour. My wife had a tikka massala and she really enjoyed it. Also ordered a variety of side dishes which were all very good

Tasty Indian food at reasonable prices. Beers available. Not the prettiest place in the world but so what; seems really popular and I think they do take away via JUST EAT. Everything was nice and freshly made and on the table quick. If I lived in Wigan this would be my regular.

We ordered from just eat, sadly when the food came it was the wrong order, rang up and they sorted it out promptly. When the food arrived it was great first time ordering from there. Good food may try them again some time.

Eaten here when in Wigan a lot and is always one of my go to places for a curry. Do not be put off by its location or appearance outside or in, let the food do the talking!
