Lovely big conservatory to enjoy great food!!will definitely be back

Had a really awful lunch there. The atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming and felt like a dated canteen. Most of the staff had no interest with decent service - one lady was nice but the rest didn't want to be there and one guy was making me feel like leaving before we ordered but my husband was hungry. The food was incredibly basic, again, like canteen standards but it was the price that should be providing restaurant standards. Sorry we were there and wouldn't go back.

Great place to shop, variety of souvenirs and clothing from lots of producers,good quality and plenty of options. Food in restaurant was good quality and value for money.

Great snack lunch. Superb home made scones. Friendly and efficient service. Welcoming to small children

My partner had a 6 piece breakfast and found it not good,bacon Rock hard, tomato not cooked, mushrooms cold, sausage undercooked,only good thing about this breakfast the egg and toast were hot, totally dissatisfied

Good breakfast as always and excellent value for money, fantastic staff.

The food as usual was lovely, however the last few times we've been in there was no filter coffee available. We were told when we visited yesterday it was for the buses only! As soon as the first bus drew up the filter coffee machine was put on. I feel this should be made available to everyone, it is on the menu board after all. Now charging 10p a satchet for ketchup.

Had a lovely Cappucino here whilst visiting on holiday, lovely young girl served me very friendly, lovely shop and surroundings, clean toilets.

It is a vast shopping area, restaurant very good.

Very busy at times as it's a stopping place for coaches menu varied and reasonably priced

The visit was arranged by the tour operator, but was okay for me.

My fiancé and I just had a tea with a scone, it was lovely.

Need more catering staff at times when bus parties arrive

Come up from Portsmouth hants each year for curling at Lockerbie each year visit EWM each time food excellent brought presents and jumpers spent nearly £200 Lot of your shops have closed in our area

Lovely sandwiches and a lovely vanilla latte. A little bit understaffed at first but they sorted it

So slow,4 coach's 2 staff serving took 25 minutes for cup of tea,

I was rather late for breakfast and felt that although most of the food was freshly cooked the lorn and link sausage was a bit dried out.

Very nice food and the shop is very good too. Lots of choice and very nice polite staff. Nice day out

Ate our scone with a cup of tea in the conservatory. Very nice cafe..bright & clean, staff friendly. Good menu, serving Jacket potatoes, steak pies etc and I think paninis. Would visit again but I live too far away sadly.

Lovely restaurant well worth a visit the food is excellent and reasonably priced .The restaurant itself is quite big with a lovely conservatory. Highly recommended.

More like a bazaar than woolen mill, clothes hanging everywhere with no proper Isles. Trying to get served with food was a slow process.

Food is good. We had a wide range of food from children's to steak pie which was excellent. I don't agree with paying 10p for each sachet of condiment though. I think a children's meal should come with 1 foc then any extra pay 10p for

An excellent stopping of spot for quick bite or a more substantial meal. Plenty spaces for parking .

Above average service station. Loads of variety in clothing to buy. Clean toilets. Had a great bacon roll in the cafeteria.

We arrived with our coach group just after 3pm and there was no soup or meals available as the kitchen had already closed, luckily an extremely kind lady made up some sandwiches for us and very much appreciated they were too, very fresh and tasty, perfect with a cuppa and fresh scone.

Liked the choice of goods for sale

A great place to stop away from the hustle and bustle of the motorway. The service is really quick, even with a coach load of us piling in, food was very nice. The toilets were lovely and clean. I would choose a stop here rather than a motorway services any time.

You have a job to get served here only 1 person on the till doing her best. Q a mile long and when you get off one of the 7 coaches with only an hour stop you have to go up town which I did or go to the Co op .they must be loosing a fortune over a year with only 1 member of staff on till the q is 30 min long bad very bad.

Poor choice of sandwiches if you don't like mayo ,didn't need historyon suppliers and who is or is not to blame for poor choice.went without.

Always a good breakfast at a good price and fresh!, The shop has everything for the tourist and everyone passing by. A little gem in the borders

Enjoyed our breakfast here and staff were lovely well worth a visit.

Lunch here was pretty good, the only problem is it's generally full of coach trips and the average age of the clientele is around 150!

Very busy when we arrived due to coach trips but breakfast was good and excellent value for money.

Good for souvenirs, lovely restaurant, friendly staff,amazing range of items on sale. Shame no wifi. I am turning into a teenager in my old age.🙂

Soup and a sandwich, ham was like rubber, cheap ham. Soup wasn't great either. Scones are good

Restaurant food good, pity Edinburgh woolen mill could not bring their Jedburgh shops up to this standard.

Massive shop with loads of different stuff and a restaurant whisky shop, clothes food,toys and more

Good place to stop for a brack and all so you can shop
