Moët & Chandon Champagne Bar in Kensington and Chelsea

What an amazing experience! We tried champagne, champagne over ice and many of the cocktails and everything was wonderful! It’s a little chilled out space where you can truly relax and enjoy Harrods. The staff are absolutely lovely! Not cheap but worth every penny for the experience.

What a place with great atmosphere, we enjoyed ourselves too much! Great selection of Champagne cocktails and the bar snacks were really nice☺️

Alina, Alait, Sam, Sara, Santi and more… THANK YOU SO MUCH! for making my regular visits so delightful. Alina you are a FANTASTIC host and always greet me so well. Only reason I come in nearly each week as this is my local ! You always make space for me which I really appreciate it. You also give time to me and make me feel so at home: if you all weren’t there I don’t think I’d visit as often as I do! I am being very honest. Alina your smiles and friendliness are so inviting thank you again for your professionalism. It’s nice being a local to know I can just walk in and feel at home. Alait, Sam etc you are the gem of all gems makes my evening. Thank you for always keeping me company. I so look forward to catching up. To the Management - the staff make the company and without them it is just an empty shell! Thank you for such Lovely staff! Had a really nice time here. Good champagne and the mushroom sushi was amazing, I highly recommend it. Service was very good and they were very attentive with us. 🤍

Excellent bar after shopping, atmosphere and service super elegant!

Compared to the Moët Chandon Champagne bar in Berlin, it is extremely mediocre. There are almost no accompaniments on the menu. I go to Berlin just for the Moët Chandon Champagne Bar, but if I pass the one in London, I wouldn't go to the second one.

Have a lovely experience at this Champagne Bar. Santiago was extremely knowledgeable and shared many great recommendations with us.

After being in the chaos of the Harrods Dining Hall, we enjoyed the pleasant change to this light filled bar. We had a glass of champagne each and shared the lobster leaf (delicious bite, I could have eaten 10 of these) and the Moët caramel (decadent and rich but had great balance). The service was nice and attentive.

We ran here with my friend after shopping.A long queue of people was waiting for us , but we get a table about 5 minutes.The hostess was very friendly and polite, and made the wait not so long. We tasted the small bar snacks (lobster leaf and beff carpaccio )it’s soo delicious ! This is a great place to enjoy a glass of champagne! Specially thanks for service Alina & Samantha !xx

Loved the original seafood and champagne bar at Harrods so thought we’d give this a try. Loved it! But wish they had kept the seafood bar in the main food hall with a bigger menu - so a bit disappointing this replacement didn’t offer more. But… the reason for my 3 stars is purely down to one hostess. On arrival she was extremely rude and actually looked us up and down before she seated us. Shocked actually at the attitude and no name badges so I couldn’t complain directly about the individual.The rest of the team amazing especially David and Mustafa the chef deserve a special mention. We had the lobster leaf which was amazing, oysters were lush but overpriced and beef carpaccio a bit dry but was ok. Very pricey but a special pre Christmas treat so we were happy to pay the premium. Busy atmosphere with decent background music so thoroughly enjoyed our visit but if budgets are limited I can safely say there are better places to go in London for champagne and oysters.

Great place to experience champagne cocktails!

Small but nice champagne bar inside the Harrods. We tried Imperial Brut Magnum Serve and that was very enjoyable. They brought some chips with champagne.

Amazing champagne bar! Good bites from the bar menu we’re excellent and the cocktail list also had great choice, it was not just champagne choices. The two staff we had waiting on us were both really friendly and had great knowledge of the menu, who also helped with recommendations. 5* !

Visited for pre-dinner drinks and snacks. This venue is a must when visiting London and a bit of a splurge. Could not find fault in any shape or form from the outstanding service to the quality of the food and drinks. We ordered a few Peach Blossom (Signature Cocktail) which were out of this world; delicious beyond compare! Had bar bites, the Nocellara Olives, Cheese Délice and Seas the Moment. Although the snacks were very small and pricey, it’s what you expect from such an establishment like Harrods. What they lacked in value, they made up for in sublime flavours. Would 100% recommend and 100% will be returning on our next visit to London.

Superb experience here! From the minute we entered this bar we knew we’d walk away extremely happy. The drinks were lovely and our bar tender Amin made it that much better! We could tell that he loves his job because his energy and personality were up to par the ENTIRE TIME (we were there a couple hours)! Every recommendation he made was not taken lightly. We had a wonderful time and totally recommend it!!

We visited Harrods today on a day out in London and decided to try the Moet & Chandon Champagne Bar. It was a lovely experience, made all the better by the friendly & professional service we received from the young lady who served us. We will definitely visit here again.

What a fun place. Great atmosphere, service and of course drinks. Perfect way to begin a shopping day with friends. Try to make reservations so you can stay as long as possible.

Came in with a friend for pre Christmas celebration. Were asked to finish up & move a couple of minutes after the order of our food & second round of drinks. Service was good but attitude of management is unacceptable.

Brought my Mam here for her birthday. WOW the service was unbelievable. They knew it was a surprise so they had everything set up and ready before we arrived. They were super attentive throughout. Most important my Mam was delighted. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Moët bar is lovely place to have a glass of champagne after shopping, I highly recommend this place x only disadvantage is - the bar is not big enough

Our server Enzo, was amazing and attentive from start to finish. Amazing atmosphere. Would definitely recommend! If you get Enzo as your server, you are very lucky and made our experience so much better!

Moët & Chandon Champagne bar is a true disappointment of this day. It's 8:24 pm and the hostess lady just told me they are already closed, which is not what it says on their Google page. She said last order is taken at 8:30 pm which is not 8:30 pm yet and they are technically close at 9 pm. How slow/fast would it be to take an order of a glass of champagne and fulfill it? Let me guess? 5 seconds. And I had 6 minutes to put my order in. Not a customer service oriented business, what a shame.
