I stay in hotels regularly and have seen many across London, but I’ve never come across one as clean and friendly as this. When I first checked in, I was a bit unsure — but I was genuinely surprised by how spotless everything was and how incredibly friendly the staff are. Everyone at reception welcomes you like you’re at home, housekeeping ensures everything is immaculate, and the maintenance guy is always around if you need any help. If you’re looking for the cleanest place to stay in the heart of London, this is the hotel for you.

First of all, I thank Brother Hussein for his polite and very cooperative behavior. The location of the hotel is close to the train station, next to many halal restaurants and a supermarket below you.

Worst hotel london,it had disgusting food,rude service,loud neighbours and the room was dirty,urine stains,and blood!,there was bugs and the door to the room was broken so we had to sleep scared thinking somebody was going to break in.

Clean hotel in an excellent location, just a few meters from Earl's Court tube station. Friendly and helpful staff for every request. The rooms are smaller than what you see in the booking.com photos, but on the other hand they are well kept. Good value for money. The only flaw is that the rooms overlooking the main road, although they have double windows, are a little noisy, not suitable for light sleepers.

Close to Earl's Court station, clean, friendly

THEYRE RUDE AND SUCK. I tried calling NINE TIMES because it was an emergency and NO ONE PICKED UP until the 10th time and the guy was like oh you, go to sleep bye and hung up without letting me say anything. SO RUDE. never come here, really rude service and doesn’t do their stupid jobs properly or I wouldn’t have to (annoyingly) call that many times to begin with.

Let's start with the good parts The hotel is located in the heart of London, with all major tourist attractions just a short tube ride away. It's a very convenient hotel for sightseeing in London, just a 2-3 minute walk from the station. Also, the hotel staff is very friendly. They serve water and drinks in a pleasant manner. The rooms are also clean and cleaned every day. However, it was my mistake in researching, but the room was the smallest I've ever been in my life. It's a space that looks like a renovated toilet, and there's no space to walk around the bed and the entrance/exit door when you open up the carrying case. Also, the toilet and bathroom are shared and you have to go up several flights of stairs. However, the bathroom is clean. Are these conditions normal for London at this price? It was a complete lack of study. If you are staying alone, there is a possibility that the room will be that large, so you need to check carefully. Lastly, there is no elevator, but the staff took us there.

Great week there I would recommend to everyone

Rooms were cleaned everyday, quiet inside, reception very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to Earls Court Underground so for us this was fantastic. Lots of restaurants nearby, Sainsbury's, about 30ish minutes walk to Hyde Park. Rooms may be small, but you will have a good sleep. We opted for a double with an extra bed for kid and that indeed gives an impression that the room is too crowded. Yet, it was good for us. Thanks for the lovely time.

Very small room perhaps because a bed was added to an already not large room, but for our short stay I would say it was fine. Clean room and bathroom and very comfortable beds! Helpful and kind staff. The excellent location near the Earl's Court tube is certainly an added value that makes the difference. Very nice restaurants and places to have breakfast in the street.

Horrible. Booked through Hotels.com. A few hours after the cancellation deadline, but still 3 days before our check in date, our flight was cancelled. .I immediately informed hotels.com which informed the hotel The hotel refused to allow a refund or even just a credit for a stay. first they claimed that the decision is only up to hotels.com and then, when hotels.com approached them they just stopped answering them and me. Yup, I know it was a few hours late, but you are in the hospitality business. You should know better.

There is no elevator, but I stayed on the 2nd floor so it was okay... I was satisfied with the room as it was larger and cleaner than I expected. I recently stayed in the London Court Hotel and had a fantastic experience on all accounts! Upon arrival, I received a very warm reception from their very friendly and professional staff; they made one feel just at home. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with modern decoration, though cozy, which allows one to feel at home. My room was super clean, big, and had everything one can wish for: there was a good bed, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked minibar. Attention to detail was striking; everything was placed with an eye on having a restful stay. The location is just perfect with no match for the London Court Hotel. It is located in the heart of Kensington, surrounded by exquisite cafes, restaurants, and shops The staff went all out to make my stay a memorable one. Great recommendations on places of interest and restaurants. Their attitude toward customers is really decent, actually. Looking foward to future bookings :-)

The front desk service attitude is bad and the bathroom smells. The location is okay, but the crowd around the hotel is complicated at night.

We booked the hotel at the last minute due to an accident with the previous one. The hotel is in Erl court, an area close to the center with a lot of life. The reception is 24 hours and very helpful. The rooms are small but similar to London hotels. Direct access to the media, main road, plenty of traffic during the day, quiet at night. The rooms are clean and the bathroom satisfactory with daily change of towels and cleaning. It had a fridge, iron and hairdryer. I would prefer it again in the future.

The service was more than perfect. From the staff to the manager, everyone was very friendly, attentive and helpful. The rooms were clean and well-kept. The hotel is centrally located and you can get to anywhere easily, and if you get hungry late, there are plenty of places to eat right on the street. On my next visit to London, this hotel will definitely be the only option! Thank you for the great service and pleasant stay.

The location is very excellent, close to Earl's Court Underground, one line to Heathrow Airport and a line on platform 2, Yellow Circle, to Edger Road and down to Arab Street and to all the tourist areas and important landmarks. The hotel's drawback is that its room is small and there is no elevator. The staff are friendly and respectful.

Basic rooms but had the essentials, toilet seat wasn't on right. Seemed clean enough. Very noisy room as so close to reception, could hear everything anyone in reception was saying from 7am ish. Lots of stairs, man on reception seemed friendly
