Worst shisha lounge I’ve been. Shisha tasted like **** burt nearly instantly. We got 2 shishas over £150 !!!

I put one star because the staff tried to rip us off. Indeed, not to mention the 12.5% ​​gratuity they added, they tipped us a shisha for £60 while ours was £45. We found the bill very high (£80) for a shisha and 2 drinks. Their excuses were that the shisha was 60 but they made it for £50 for us. Check your ticket carefully.

The owner changed, and the new owner is opportunistic and very bad. I don't advise

Guys like honey - the cafe is tidy and the honeys are of high quality and have a very excellent flavour. Shisha costs 50 pounds and is worth it. The drinks are delicious and nuts and snacks are served at every table ❤️🫰

Food and drinks took a while to come out but quite nice.

The food is a scam how can frozen pizza from Iceland that's for £1 be served to me and with the price of £16 I feel bad for people who come in expecting something good. The vanilla milkshake was basically milk with sugar can't call it milkshake to be honest the food standard was very low it's unbelievable. The price of food and the quality of the food are a whole different world. One of my friends ordered a crispy chicken burger it was poorly presented and it alone costed £10 other places you would get it as meal with fries and a drink and it would look and taste better. We also ordered French fries for £4 and we got a hand full served to us I'm actually super disappointed. Lastly one slice of baklava and small scoop of ice cream for the price of £8.50 which is not proportional at all but at least it tasted good that's the only thing I would say was good. Other then that very disappointing. And I'm glad I didn't order a shisha I couldn't handle more disappointment.

Food was terrible, definitely oven food you can make at home. Please do not waste your money on food here. £4 for Fanta is taking the piss. Having a few games doesn't really mean youre a boardgame cafe... It's honestly just a Shisha lounge with loud music played on repeat. Staff are not friendly...

I would rate the atmosphere awful, because people were smoking shish and we were faded away in smoke. I got a very bad headache.

Last week, I had the pleasure of visiting Muse Lounge. It was a great experience, as I was able to enjoy a shisha and a delicious saffron tea. The atmosphere was cozy and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable experience.

The nice design and really nice atmosphere lounge but the food was not good , the bread o the burger destroyed in 1 sec , nobody provided the knife and fork. The was absolutely bad , no smoke , every time you needed to ask for the coal. Then when they were changing the call it felt down on me and then on the sofa - ant hen following comment came : sorry bro do you need napkin . Really nice place but the service and the shisha should be changed . So sad that such a place provided such a bad quality

Nice aesthetic, music playlist was nice, the lounge is vibezy & the shisha is 10/10. Food took a very long time, was not a big fan of the smoothies either. Ordered a spicy chicken burger and it wasn’t spicy at all but would return for the shisha

This is no longer the café it used to be. Avoid if you think there will be the comfy chairs etc. (they are all gone). Seems to have turned into a shisha bar now. Very sad about this but nice staff still.

On the outside it looks like a normal cafe but stepping inside and reading the menu and the Game menu it was shocking. As the place is a cafe with good verity menu there is actually a baby football table and other games. The seating however are on a couch and it's awkward to eat. Attentive staff.

Very nice place, with very nice board games. The last time I saw cafe like this was in Saint Petersburg, and friend of mine advised me to go to Muse, if I wanted to spend time I’m friendly and cozy atmosphere. Nice drinks, and food is good too

Really fascinating and cozy atmosphere. Every year I travel to London, and visit different cafes ,and restaurants. Cafe Muse impressed me with really friendly environment, and animal friendly too (my friends dog was happy). Menu is well settled, Cafe also provides interesting board games. Definitely would recommend this place to my friends and family, and i will come back for sure.

Incredibly unprofessional staff and management. Booked through Groupon and was asked if I had booked, after I had said that I had a made a reservation months in advance. The atmosphere was atrocious; it was essentially a business gathering of women, who would complain about their boss and then suck-up to her face, when he walked in. The board games are mostly in Arabic or German, so good luck to you reading the instructions. Very poor selection of games, consisting of Dobble and Cluedo, as the only English games I could find. I would never recommend this place - not even to people, who I don't like. DO NOT GO HERE.

This space is nice however nobody told us the prices of playing games. Possibly due to being in West London but £15 per person plus extra depending on how long you spend at the cafe is completely unreasonable for a cafe that isn't specifically for boardgames. The staff are lovely, but if you're going for games, there isn't a vast range and I wouldn't advise people who really enjoy a gaming experience to try this place. Way over priced for what it is.

This place looks lovely on the inside and is a good space to meet friends and enjoy games. Flat white was £3.40 and served nuclear hot (burnt espresso and searing hot milk) so maybe avoid that....

Vibe and atmosphere: We (a group of 4) visited muse bar last weekend (April 2019) and were greeted by exceptionally friendly and knowledgable staff. the cafe’s atmosphere was very warm and a little quirky with themed pictures on the walls alongside the light wooden look. How it works: The seating is at large spacious tables and the board games can be chosen either by way of a ‘menu’ or by walking around and selecting the game. Once a game has been selected a staff member will unpack, set up and explain the game to the group so everyone knows how to play. We played the game “Pandemic” which was fun and cooperative rather than competitive. The food and drinks: While we were there my brother had the tuna sandwich and I had the chicken, olive and rocket sandwich - both were very well prepared and tasty. We also had numerous hot drinks (tea is a group favourite) and nibbles (Pringles, nuts, etc). Cafe Muse did not have an alcohol licence when we visited but a senior staff member told us they are in the process of applying for one. Overall: We had a great time at Cafe Muse which is a new and refreshing idea of how to spend time with friends and family. We will definitely be returning in the near future and can’t wait for them to get their alcohol license so we can go there for Pre’s over a board game before heading out!

A very nice place. They have a big choice of games! unfortunately we didn't play because we were there for business and had work to do. They welcomed us and it has been 2 lovely hours.
