This is our second time staying at this hotel, and we booked the same room (Garden Deluxe Twin Room, Booking No: 20418544). However, this time, the room had a very unpleasant odor. I informed the receptionist, and they promised to send someone to check the room. Four hours later, the issue was still unresolved. I couldn’t open the window to ventilate the room because it was secured with screws and silicone. When I asked them to unlock it, they refused, claiming it might fall on the guests below. Staying in a smelly and unsafe room is unacceptable, especially at a 5-star hotel. I requested a room change, but they said they could only transfer me the next morning. After arriving tired from the airport, I ended up staying in the room until midnight without a solution. Frustrated, I had to check out and search for another place to sleep at such a late hour. To make matters worse, when I informed them that I no longer wished to stay and accept the smelly room, they refused to send a porter to help with my luggage. We had to carry our bags ourselves. Additionally, when I raised my concerns with their sales representative—the same person who reserved the room for me—he dismissively said, “You’re not the only guest complaining about the smell.” Also, I am still waiting for my refund. I hope the hotel can do the process quickly.

We had an amazing anniversary celebration at the Royal Garden Hotel and it was such an beautiful experience. The staff were super kind and helpful, everyone was very welcoming and friendly. On arrival we were welcomed with a bottle of champagne, flowers and a little cake to wish us happy anniversary which made our stay extra special. We had a beautiful room with the most stunning view of Kensington gardens. ! It was spacious and luxurious. The location was perfect and there is so much to do around. We also had dinner at their restaurant Origin Kensington which was absolutely incredible, the food was delicious and to a high standard and the atmosphere was lovely and festive. I would 100% recommend this hotel and we can’t wait to go back there! Thanks for an amazing experience. 5* !

I booked a room for parents here for 5 nights. My parents were a bit unwell at the time so it was very important they were looked after and didn’t regret their visit to London. Initially there was big confusion with the type of room we had booked, which later was put down to a new staff member. Later after 2 days the situation was rectified. The front desk staff particularly a polish man I can’t recall his name really helped to make this a memorable stay for my parents. They were truly looked after all the time. I loved it, I feel like they understood me and did exactly what I asked for after the initial hiccup. They even booked tables for breakfast because my parents were unable to queue.. The level of customer service and views are the two factors that really stand this hotel out in London.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Royal Garden Hotel in a Royal Deluxe Studio, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. A special shoutout to Ana Bacci, who provided outstanding service throughout my stay. She was attentive, professional, and made sure every aspect of my experience was perfect. Her warm and welcoming demeanor truly made me feel at home. Overall, I highly recommend the Royal Garden Hotel for anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay. I don't know if our window was broken or what but it was so loud in our room, we could hear every conversation on the street and all the drunks in the middle of the night. Hotel was clean and pretty. The doorman was friendly and helpful. The park and palace were so beautiful and the best part of the stay

I have been to London twice now, only staying at the Royal Garden Hotel for both experiences. I absolutely adore Kensington and Knightsbridge, and when i return to London in the future, I will never want to stay anywhere else! The people are lovely and cater to your every need, and are very helpful in suggestions for dinner and things to do!

Whoever decided on the paint scheme for the rear restaurant, don't know what planet they were on, I think it's terracotta. The lounge area needs to be warmer, needs to have more enclosures with more comfortable seating arrangement. The car park is horrific and the gym is terrible. Other than that, it's okay.

great location. rooms are large and well appointed. mine had a raised floor feel that made the room interesting and feel bigger. the gym is a bit tired. breakfast was great, with a few SE asian dishes including the bi kut teh (pork rib soup) was a nice touch.

First of all as a guest and any hotel wants to be treated fairly as any other guests they asked me for a deposit for 500 pounds in cash for five nights why they took from my friend only 100 pound deposit and the confusion happen even in the checkout they gave me let out till 1 pm why did they give him till 3 !! I was very, very disappointed .

Disappointing Experience: Unprofessional Staff and Poor Facilities My recent stay at [Hotel Name] was unfortunately marred by several disappointing aspects. Firstly, I found the behaviour of the staff to be unprofessional and very rude, particularly towards foreigners. As an international guest, I expected to be treated with respect and courtesy, but instead, I encountered hostility. Furthermore, the manager's demeanor was also unacceptable. Their lack of professionalism and poor manners only exacerbated the negative experience. Additionally, the parking space at the hotel was subpar. It was cramped and poorly maintained, making it difficult to maneuver vehicles safely. Also area too busy and ruff, Overall, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of hospitality and the overall standard of service at [Hotel Name]. I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement so that future guests can enjoy a more positive experience. will never book them or not recommend at all.

We stayed as 3 people, my wife and son, 5 days ago. It was better than my expectations. The employees are friendly and helpful. I liked the breakfast very much. It is said to be either open buffet or a la carte. The varieties were quite sufficient. But I liked the location the most. The breakfast room is right next to Hydepark. The view is superb. Our room was facing the street, not the park. However, the street view and silence were very good. The upper floor of the hotel was great. There is a Chinese restaurant. We went there without knowing much, we were very pleased. I added the hotel to my list. I will choose the same hotel again when I come next time.

Tonight we went up to the Piano bar, it was a surprise how quiet it was as the barmen who were great especially Nathan, who made some fantastic cocktails for us. Along with Zack and Alex who were a treat and great company me and my friend will definitely come back.

It is a very convenient hotel, there is a bus stop right in front of it, there is underground 3 minutes away. close to the centre. Since it is on the edge of Hyde Park, there is a nice walking route. we can say that it is equal distance to many popular places. Many hotels in the area have larger square metre rooms, so we were very pleased. As a family with children, we would easily prefer it again.

Had a late check in at 11pm and was not greeted in a friendly face. A young man with blonde hair was particularly ill mannered. Not sure why they required passport ID but mentioned the owners were quite particular about ID. Luckily an older lady intervened and helped fulfil my request of late check out and helped. The room itself was underwhelming and cramped but clean. The next day, concierge were great help and the check out was easy. Doormen were great in helping load the suitcases into the taxi.

Came here for a late lunch. Had been to the convent garden branch a few years back and it was quite tasty so was looking forward to another great meal. NOT! We tried the £19.50 lunch specials - he got sticks and I got the salmon and cucumber sushi wrapped in rice paper. The miso soup and the edamame were tasty. The wakame salad was ok. The rest - inedible. The sticks had no flavor - lamb was over cooked and chicken was in a grossly sweet teriyaki sauce. The sushi was awful. The cucumber was cut too big so you couldn’t taste the salmon and the rice paper way too thick. I couldn’t even finish it it was so bad. The server was none too friendly nor was the host that seated us. Will not be back.

Comí anoche con mi novia. Fue el mejor curry que hemos probado en Ladbroke Grove. Se nota por la calidad de la comida. Es un byob así que naturalmente mantienes los costos bajos. Gastamos £ 25 cada uno, pero estábamos siendo codiciosos, se podía gastar fácilmente menos. El personal también es muy hospitalario, amable y buena gente para estar cerca para una cena. ¡Recomiendo encarecidamente!
