Visit was tonight and let me tell you guys since the moment when we step in a member of staff was acknowledged our presence and was coming strait away to welcome us , passing through restaurant to te table I could see was very busy inside but everything was going very smooth, after few minutes we had decided what we going to order , food was coming fast , nice presentation and excellent taste . On the way out we was greeted by the staff and end our visit on a positive pleasant note Highly recommended for casual dining with partner friend or family Definitely we going to be back for another amazing experience

Pho in Cambridge is awesome, but canary wharf Dani’s service is NEXT-LEVEL. The guys got the charm of a comedian and the efficiency of a pho Ninja. He’s quick, funny, and makes you feel like an old friend. The food’s great, but Dani? He’s the real star!!!!!!!!

Yummy food! Lots of options and very filling. I recommend the curried noodles, definitly want to come again. Quite expensive but worth it. Nice seating and servers, though they do play music which was sometimes hard to hear over right next to it but not too bad. Lots of prawn crackers, lots of gluten free and veg options. Delicious!

We waited at the door to be seated, but the staff saw us walk in and basically decided to ignore us. So we decided to sit down as there were quite a few empty tables. However, after sitting down for around 5 minutes, a staff member came and said that we had to be seated by a manager who had just come downstairs. However, by then, there were 6 people waiting to be seated, so we just left. It was really kind of pointless. It was either really bad staff or a manager. I would say it was a mix of both. From this experience, definitely not coming back.

This restaurant rocks. There was a slight mistake with our order (hey, we're all human), and the manager stepped in and rectified it straight away plus gave a partial refund without us asking for it. Food excellent as always. Family's favourite place to eat; can't wait till the next time.

I've had food from other restaurant from the same chain so food is average at best. However, the service at this branch is the worst. The place is small and stuffy. The entrance is hardly enough space for 2 people to pass through, yet 4 of us were told by a member of staff to stand there to wait to be seated. We constantly had to move around so other customers could exit, only to be told 10 mind later that they don't have any table available. Why didn't they say when the first waiter came to see us???

Absolutely the worst service. Whom I assume to be manager couldn't be more standoffish if he tried! After queing up and eventually getting into the restaurant, and staff asking us to wait to be seated, we're eventually told that they don't take walk ins until 6pm (the time is 16:45). Surely something simple like a sign at the entrance would resolve this. Nothing worse than being hungry, queuing up to be met with poor customer service and that you can't eat there, despite the empty tables in the restaurant.

I've enjoyed visiting Pho in other locations so was happy when I found one in my home city, and as usual the food was very good with friendly staff who were able to adapt to my allergy without any problems. However the volume of the music here really ruins the experience. Not only is it loud but there is far too much bass and at times it felt like I was having to shout just to speak to my wife sat opposite me. Even the waitress was struggling to hear our order. When asked if they could turn the music down they said the volume could not be changed. Lots of reviews have been mentioning this for over a year now, but they simply refuse to acknowledge that it's clearly a problem that needs addressing. You can still have a good atmosphere without it being deafening to guests, especially if they have sensory issues. I've been to the Pho in Milton Keynes multiple times and have never had this problem there, so it's not just my hearing. Please, listen to the feedback you're getting on this!

Cool place, it exceeded my expectations of a high street chain restaurant. Good flavours, decent service, quirky music. Worth a visit.

Decent food, ok service, your average touristy Viet eatery. Deduct 2 stars due to the "optional" service charge. Yes I'm from the USA so I know what it is. Stop trying to copy things that even Americans hate in our own country. Our country is broken, yours doesn't have to be the same. Even after requesting the removal, the terminal still tries to guilt trip you into tipping.

Best place we could have possibly chosen for lunch when visiting Cambridge. Stumbled across this restaurant completely unplanned and I'm so glad we did! The staff was extremely nice and helpful, lots of vegan and other dietary restriction-friendly dishes on the menu, big portions and reasonable prices. I got the curry pho with tofu and mushrooms and was beyond satisfied with my meal. I highly recommend this place to all;)))

This is the second time we have eaten here and we are only in Cambridge for four days. The food is super tasty, fresh and nutritious. Virtually all food is gluten free, which is great for me as I am a coeliac. Today, I had the chicken wings to start. It was a large portion, beautifully cooked and presented. For my main I had the steak and garlic noodle soup. The flavours were amazing! I was worried I would get to full so I ignored the noodles and fully consumed the beef and soup. It was so delicious with fresh side salad and herbs. I wish we had a restaurant near us. It was a lovely atmosphere and the staff were very friendly. It also seems like a very popular eatery with people from all around the world. I would most definitely recommend Pho in Cambridge, UK.

I would’ve give a five star for everything unfortunately from the time we entered I felt not welcomed here. Our waiter served us brilliantly but the man who gave us a table was unhappy and behaved differently than to ppl who walked even though we had a booking.

Food is nice, however the music is so loud it makes being in the restaurant extremely unpleasant and conversation almost impossible - we were curtly told it wasn't possible to turn it down. It's also not possible to change the "optional" service charge!!!

Food was...meh. very similar to ramen and other overpriced soups. Loud music with the bass level way too high. Drinks were expensive and failed to hit the spot. I'd give this one a miss if I were you. Phogettable experience.

This is my first stop when visiting Cambridge. The staff is always friendly and they always try to get you in even if you don't have a reservation. Did I mention the food is Awesome!!! Thanks for the vegetarian options.

I dined inn for lunch on a Saturday with these guys and they were absolutely amazing and warm. Shout-out to Lia. She was very kind and patient. Speaking about the ambience, there is no question, it had good music, amazing staff and comfortable seating with exceptional service. Speaking about the food, the prawn crackers were a 10/10. It easily serves 3-4. The seafood spring rolls were exquisite but, as a fitness & health conscious person, the oil dripping out of them will make you a little concerned. They try to expertly cover it by adding 2 huge cabbage or lettuce leaves underneath, but it is there. The pho on the other hand was a banger. The broth was fantastic. The meat (beef brisket) had a little bit of a bite but tasted beautiful and the meatballs were just incredible. Wow ! Thank you so much for having me experience such good Vietnamese food for my first time.

Noisy environment. Poor service. Cold food. Underseasoned food. Really small portions with high price. Nightmare experience.

Not a good place if you are looking for real Vietnamese cuisine. Have tried beef brisket pho, wok fried noodles and some tapas. Pho and wok noodles are not hot at all and the most ridiculous thing is Prawn salad with any prawn.
