I am Vietnamese and this place is awful white-washed trash.

The worst and most inauthentic pho, which is not a surprise given this restaurant chain is not run by vietnamese people. Portion size is also very small

I really enjoy eating here, as the food is consistently delicious, fresh, and hot, and there’s plenty to choose from. The staff are super friendly too and really make an effort to make you feel like you’re the only one they’re serving. Love it!

The food was acceptable, however, having the staff sweeping the floor while customers were both inside as well as coming into the restaurant was unacceptable. Secondly, the in-house music was too loud and staff were not prepared to lower the noise level, hence other customers had to speak loudly in order to be heard.

The food is amazing and the staff are all super friendly.

My experience at this restaurant was simply magnificent! The food was delicious, with incredible flavors that truly impressed me. The dish I had was wonderful, and every detail was perfect. Besides that, the atmosphere is very cozy and pleasant, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the meal. I also can't forget to mention the outstanding service provided by Mariana, who was super attentive and made our experience even better. Highly recommended!

Had a great meal at Pho this evening. Wilf was very friendly and service was quick. I very much enjoyed the stir fried broken rice with chicken and the whole restaurant is very tasty (we've been quite a few times at this point!)

Had an amazing experience at this unity this weekend. Mariana (Mari) welcome us (me and my friends) with a sweet smile and brought the PHo experience with her service. We gonna definitely come back and ask for Mariana since she was great with us!

Dante & Dina were amazing, it was my favourite restaurant in Cambridge already but tonight was special!

Very bad service from a staff so we left without having anything. After a long day of travelling from Oxford to Cambrifge and so many walking. We didn’t even have any lunch. Came to the shop at 4pm 2 adult and 2 small kids. We have sat and settled at where the previous staff told us to sit and looking at the menu. Then another staff came told us to leave that table and sit to another table when the shop is just literally empty with only 2 people sat on another table apart from us? We told her we are fine sitting here but she said this table might be for a group bigger but noone else is waiting and there are still more tables empty? We are too tired and hungry so we just stand up and leave instead. We found somewhere else and had happier meal.

Pho in Cambridge is awesome, but canary wharf Dani’s service is NEXT-LEVEL. The guys got the charm of a comedian and the efficiency of a pho Ninja. He’s quick, funny, and makes you feel like an old friend. The food’s great, but Dani? He’s the real star!!!!!!!!

Visit was tonight and let me tell you guys since the moment when we step in a member of staff was acknowledged our presence and was coming strait away to welcome us , passing through restaurant to te table I could see was very busy inside but everything was going very smooth, after few minutes we had decided what we going to order , food was coming fast , nice presentation and excellent taste . On the way out we was greeted by the staff and end our visit on a positive pleasant note Highly recommended for casual dining with partner friend or family Definitely we going to be back for another amazing experience

Yummy food! Lots of options and very filling. I recommend the curried noodles, definitly want to come again. Quite expensive but worth it. Nice seating and servers, though they do play music which was sometimes hard to hear over right next to it but not too bad. Lots of prawn crackers, lots of gluten free and veg options. Delicious!

We waited at the door to be seated, but the staff saw us walk in and basically decided to ignore us. So we decided to sit down as there were quite a few empty tables. However, after sitting down for around 5 minutes, a staff member came and said that we had to be seated by a manager who had just come downstairs. However, by then, there were 6 people waiting to be seated, so we just left. It was really kind of pointless. It was either really bad staff or a manager. I would say it was a mix of both. From this experience, definitely not coming back.

Staff was extremely welcome, quickly made room for us and got us settled in our seat. Archie was especially attentive. Food was on point you have to try the spicy clams, there to die for

This restaurant rocks. There was a slight mistake with our order (hey, we're all human), and the manager stepped in and rectified it straight away plus gave a partial refund without us asking for it. Food excellent as always. Family's favourite place to eat; can't wait till the next time.

I've had food from other restaurant from the same chain so food is average at best. However, the service at this branch is the worst. The place is small and stuffy. The entrance is hardly enough space for 2 people to pass through, yet 4 of us were told by a member of staff to stand there to wait to be seated. We constantly had to move around so other customers could exit, only to be told 10 mind later that they don't have any table available. Why didn't they say when the first waiter came to see us???

Absolutely the worst service. Whom I assume to be manager couldn't be more standoffish if he tried! After queing up and eventually getting into the restaurant, and staff asking us to wait to be seated, we're eventually told that they don't take walk ins until 6pm (the time is 16:45). Surely something simple like a sign at the entrance would resolve this. Nothing worse than being hungry, queuing up to be met with poor customer service and that you can't eat there, despite the empty tables in the restaurant.

First time here and amazing. Looking for vegan food throughout Cambridge booked here online. Great selection of food for all. 10/10

I've enjoyed visiting Pho in other locations so was happy when I found one in my home city, and as usual the food was very good with friendly staff who were able to adapt to my allergy without any problems. However the volume of the music here really ruins the experience. Not only is it loud but there is far too much bass and at times it felt like I was having to shout just to speak to my wife sat opposite me. Even the waitress was struggling to hear our order. When asked if they could turn the music down they said the volume could not be changed. Lots of reviews have been mentioning this for over a year now, but they simply refuse to acknowledge that it's clearly a problem that needs addressing. You can still have a good atmosphere without it being deafening to guests, especially if they have sensory issues. I've been to the Pho in Milton Keynes multiple times and have never had this problem there, so it's not just my hearing. Please, listen to the feedback you're getting on this!

Best place we could have possibly chosen for lunch when visiting Cambridge. Stumbled across this restaurant completely unplanned and I'm so glad we did! The staff was extremely nice and helpful, lots of vegan and other dietary restriction-friendly dishes on the menu, big portions and reasonable prices. I got the curry pho with tofu and mushrooms and was beyond satisfied with my meal. I highly recommend this place to all;)))

Decent food, ok service, your average touristy Viet eatery. Deduct 2 stars due to the "optional" service charge. Yes I'm from the USA so I know what it is. Stop trying to copy things that even Americans hate in our own country. Our country is broken, yours doesn't have to be the same. Even after requesting the removal, the terminal still tries to guilt trip you into tipping.
