SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Ordered through deliveroo, never received food even though they took the money. I’ll never have it refunded. 1) deliveroo claimed they cannot do anything about this because the restaurant uses their own drivers. 2) everytime i attempted to call the restaurant (15+ times) it went to voicemail. 3) deliveroo claimed the restaurant said i had received the order? I’ve seen other reviews and problems similar to mine. Awful service, shouldn’t be supported through apps such as Deliveroo, uber.eats or just eat. Poor.

Ordered food on Uber eats at 12:30 after a 14 hour shift. Still waiting for it at 2:30. Tried to call multiple times but no logical response from staff or refund. I wouldn’t bother ordering again. Just a waist of nearly £20.

Didn't even deliver ridiculous 2 and half hours waited still nothing

Ordered through uber.food Never showed. Driver (from resturant) asked me to stand outside told him I was he then repeatedly told me I wasn't and I must be in the wrong place!!! I have since tried to ring the restaurant with no answer.

Well cooked, well packaged and well delivered. Honestly though, the two burgers I had (one chicken, one beef) tasted like stuff I could easily replicate at home with supermarket ingredients and I'm no great shakes in the kitchen.

Quick and easy to order and delivery came in 35 minutes piping hot 🔥 Quality and price was spot on!

first and foremost the kids loved the popcorn chicken. we opted for the mini fillets which were wonderful and the classic burgers they are what it says classic - simple ketchup mustard gherkins

Ordered through UBER EATS, fast delivery. The food was great. really recommend the chicken zinger burger and the Americano. The kids loved the chicken tender mini fillets, nice and tender on the inside and great crispy coating on the outside. on parr with some of the other burger joints we've tried. Thumbs up.

Burger buns were rock hard I tried calling the takeaway nver answer. Its like the Burger buns just came out the freezer couldn't even bite it properly it was so cold. The chips wernt even cooked was so soggy iswell. Had to throw away as they wernt answering my call. Waste of money that was. I wouldn't recommend

Brilliant value and great taste. Ordered over the phone and food was ready for collection in 15 minutes. Easy location to find with plenty of parking nearby. Great selection to choose from, best being the Philly Burger & Zinger Massive. Definetly my new favourate in Stoke.

Really good burgers more importantly my children enjoyed theirs too happy kids happy parents. Would definitely order again and recommend the Americano "love that burger sauce n caramelised onions. 5 stars

Don't leave alot of reviews but this needed doing! Food was 🔥🔥 zinger hashtag meal was AMAZING! Customer service is on point too as I made a mistake and needed to call the restaurant after I ordered and they were very helpful! Ordered through just eat and it was 20 mins early! Definitely recommend.

All you burger lovers, don't give this place a miss. Tried the philly, yes its oozing with philladelphia. As a group we tried all of them. Even the classics are drive thru worthy
