Halal. Mitsuryu was my favourite place in Chinatown- I was so sad when they moved! But then I found out that they moved to Wembley so I had to visit. Their Tamagoyaki is the best I've had in London and I really recommend their katsu curry. They used to do a great katsu type broth (in the picture) but I don't think they serve this anymore. Honestly 10/10 you will not regret visiting Mitsuryu.

I love Wembley Boxpark. Lots of places to eat and plenty of stuff for the kids to entertain themselves with it. We are all big Chicken Katsu Curry fans so jumped at the chance to order and eat here. The food was amazing, hot and tasty and huge portions at £8 a pop. Satisfied customers

I was extremely disappointed with the quality of food I received. For a place with a 4.7-star rating at the time of writing, I expected something at least decent—but it was far from that. I ordered the salmon maki and salmon avocado sushi rolls, both of which were completely flavorless and left me with an upset stomach. Even the soy sauce provided was the worst I’ve ever tasted. I also tried the vegetable stir fry, which was equally bad. The sauce was unpleasant, and the vegetables were utterly bland. The only way this meal could have been worse is if the food had been expired—which I sincerely hope it wasn’t. If you enjoy bland, cafeteria-style food, you might tolerate this place. But if you’re looking for any semblance of flavor, I doubt you’ll find it here.

A touch of Tokyo in the heart of Putney. One of the best restaurants in putney with out a doubt. Ashai on tap, fresh sushi counter, karage, black cod & great service.

I had been here a few years ago and loved this place, but unfortunately it seems it’s permanently closed? Their website is still live (July 2024), we tried to reserve by filling in a form on their site but got no response. Went their without reservation during stated opening hours. Not only was the restaurant closed but the signage had been removed from the exterior of the building.
