No delivery showed up money taken phone staff no help

Ad put zero star if a could neva seen lyk it wafer thin only half of the carton and burnt to a crisp wont b ordering again ad stay well clear

Food never arrived!!! Rang shop who claimed delivery driver from just eat and wouldn't do anything to refund or replace order. Will not order again from here.

About 7 of us went to this cafe to eat ice cream and cake, but he said that we won't give you anything without hookah, so you have to pay for the hookah. There is a lot of ice cream shops, why should I pay 15 pounds for an ice cream?

Hardly any churos and they were small, not worth the money

Lovely atmosphere and best place to Smoke Shisha

No ice cream or wafer served with the 2 cookie doughs we ordered. I tried ringing the restaurant but the number was diverted to a mobile and the mobile went to voicemail which feels quite dodgy. The lack of ice cream meant the cookie doughs were quite dry! Food wasn’t hot either.

I added a tip to the order. The delivery driver said that unless we give them cash, Just Eat pocket the tip!!!! Is that correct? If so, I won't be ordering via them again

They rang to say something wasn’t available fair enough they asked what I wanted instead told them kinder milkshake but I’d still be loosing out on £2. Was told take a scoop of icecream I said no. I was told take the milkshake or the ice cream or have nothing and we will cancel the order.

The owner had to deliver himself as a just eat driver did not pick up order , luckily the owner saved my sons bday treat. Very disappointed in just eat

driver lost his way as sat nav not showing him are address I had to meet him at bottom of road where you drive in from buddle road not I paid for delivery to deliver not to go hunting for it

ordered strawberry ice cream with the order and it never came

No straw for my milkshake, what was meant to be a jam rolly polly was a Swiss roll cake not what I asked for, can’t get through to restaurant to complain

Waited over an hour for 5 scoops of ice cream! Also ordered 5 individual tubs of ice cream for the kids only to have my 2 tubs of bubblegum in one cup and the same with the strawberry. If I’d wanted one cup of each of them flavours that’s what I’d have ordered

Missing items, food not good quality and late.

Received our order chocolate fudge and sprinkle cake tasted like they had just came out the freezer dry as anything. Also ordered the Orange pineapple and lemon smoothie which was a bad decision as could only taste the lemon and had to scrape off what felt like plastic out my mouth. Not worth £21

Delivery time kept changing and when it was finally delivered it was cold which was fine but one of the items was wrong and wasn’t nice. The waffle with Nutella was though!

I did not receive my sticky toffee pudding !!!!! Calls don’t go through

While the lukewarm at best doughnuts were nice it doesn't take away from the fact I ordered for my son at 9pm and they didn't arrive til after 11.05pm. This includes a phone call to say they didn't have an item available. I tried countless times to ring back and no one bothered to answer. Absolutely terrible customer service and will never wait 2 hours for doughnuts again.

cookie dough was way smaller than it used to be and the milkshakes were shockingly under filled

Expecting some proper home made cake and they were unfortunately already pre packed cakes. First time ordering and it’s gonna be my last. Also said hot custard and I’ve had warmer cans of pop than what was sent to me

Absolutely so disappointed!! My 93 year old mother wanted pudding and custard ,., sent a chocolate brownie with ice cream!! Total waste of money as she didn’t want it !!!

Food is cold and the milkshakes don’t taste right

Cookie dough was thin, burnt and cold - milkshake was just milk no flavour - was supposed to have one without whipped cream - no straws. Awful portions

Absolute joke food was freezing cold. Items missing and for the price all the sizes were really small would never order from here at all
