Very bad experience. Worst food quality. Worst customer services. Especially the counter woman ( Fratima). She charged me extra money. When I asked her the menu saying different prices then she rudely replied me and said I am a boss here I can do whatever I want and whatever I charge. It was totally unacceptable behaviour.

food was nice, took just over an hour but understandable being christmas eve. forgot our drinks and took a further hour to deliver them.

Loads of vegan and veggie choices with mock meat or veggies, which is great. We travel quite far for the food but it's one of the best around!

Tried this place because my regular Chinese is closed on Tuesday. Never will I order again. The yuk sung was uncooked even my dog wouldn't eat it. The chips were soggy and the beef curry I only ate a small portion before it ended up in the bin. What a waste of my hard earned money

Don't know about food because I was just picking up for someone,but the atmosphere and welcoming will long time remaining in my memories. Dogs friendly place,my pup got 2 fortune biscuits while we waited for food and was allowed inside, will definitely visit more in future

Been using miss Li kitchen a few years now but won’t use again. Had a meal on Saturday night and there was hardly any meat in both dishes and the noodles which are normally in a large round container were in a smaller one with hardly any noodles or meat. Wasn’t as hot as it normally is either. Don’t know what’s happened but was definitely not what I been used to.

Order from it as my local Chinese takeaway spot. Haven't had any issues with the food and it's always great, delivery drivers are also often early too in, would highly recommend it.

A hidden gem! My go-to takeaway. As a vegan it’s so nice being able to order from so many options and not have to worry! The food is always perfect temperature, on time and delicious.

Great vegetarian options! Thanks for the food today, we ordered online and I called to ask how long delivery will be, the guy advised he will get it sent straight out when the delivery guy arrives and he did. Very quick and tasty food. We are vegetarian and great options. A lot of the reviews say bland food and the rice was, although the Malaysian noodles have spice and are very tasty. Friendly guy on the phone and added free sweet crackers and spring rolls.

I orded a few meals today and 2 beef dishes. Honestly the quality of the beef has put me off ordering Chinese ever again. Both beef dishes were chewy and inedible, mine went into the bin, that's a waste of £15, the sad thing is i don't eat rake aways often because money is so tight, and this has put me off! Absolutely disgusted with the quality of the food! These guys should be ashamed of the quality of food that comes out of their kitchen! Never again! I've complained through uber eats and waiting to hear back! Stay away stay away!

Ordered from here over the years food is usually hit and miss. But tonight Sept 2023 we ordered off Uber. £45 worth of food for it to arrive and have items missing. After calling the shop the women very rudely rushed my partner off the phone saying the food was on its way yet she didnt take any details address or anything. I phone again 15 minutes later again the same rude women on the phone rushing me off saying my food had arrived she didnt even let me explain i had to basically talk over her. Explained about missing food and now have £45 worth of food half missing and the rest going cold. Avoiding this shop in future plenty of other chinese takeaways in the area with great staff and great service.

The shop is absolutely spotless clean staff very polite but I hate to say it foods rank veg absolute undercooked basically raw hard beef was like rubber waste of money I feel ripped off really never again

First time ordering via Uber eats. Excellent choice for vegetarians and vegans as well as meat eaters talk. Well priced and all the dishes we ordered tasted great. Will certainly be ordering again.

The food here is hit and miss, not sure if they use the same cook but I can order the same rice dish and some days it's well seasoned with flavour and some days bland, no flavour and unenjoyable.Not consistent this takeaway...disappointing today!

The food is always great. Love my Malaysian chow mein and spring rolls 🤤. Always received with smile. Owner has excellent customer service. Never had bad experience.

The best Chinese Asian takeaway in the midlands, thank you for the delicious vegan options the mock meats are the best mock meats I have tasted in a takeaway. The food is always piping hot and fresh the flavours are amazing, love everything on the menu, will be visiting regularly for sure

Generally the food has been great especially for vegetarians/vegan. Today I ordered, and I tried to call numerous times to advise of changes to dishes but couldn't get through. I emailed them as well and then when I got through I was not given good customer service and they said they could do nothing as the order went out. I have ordered from here many times with no issues, very disappointed especially when you can't eat the food but you are expected to pay. Very disappointed, not likely to order again due to this extremely poor experience

Joke 2 1/2 hours for delivery called 3 times to be told its on its way then hung up ..food was not good when it finally arrived never again

Over 2 hours wait for food, constantly lied to saying food was on the way when it wasn't and when it did arrive food was cold and bland. Avoid

Food arrived 2hrs after order made, contacted restaurant 3 times to be told food on was way with a eta being 15mins each time. Once food arrived it was luke warm and tasteless. Apart from the fried onion which had enough garlic in them to keep the vampire away. I would advise if your going to order from here order 2weeks in advance.

Was told 40mins for a delivery. 2 hours later, still waiting. Every time we phoned they said it was on its way !!!!!. Don't bother with this place. We won't be using them again. You have been warned.

Ordered chicken chow mein - too much onion barely any chicken. Chicken balls were cold and wet/soggy. Had better egg fried rice from Uncle Ben's microwave. All in all a bit of a bad Chinese - delivery driver was lovely though!

They've never disappointed for the year or so I've been taking out from here. Lovely family run business with very friendly and great customer service. Very generous portions and absolutely delicious veggie and vegan dishes, and very reasonably priced too!

Very good range of vegan options. Food cooked fresh and tasted nice. The satay could have had more peanut flavour & the vegan prawns had quite a soft texture I didn’t really like, but the tofu and other vegan options were good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely eat here again.

Not only was my order late but the food was awful. The duck was full of bones not only that its was all hard and horrible. Some prawn things i had were tasteless. Wont be ordering from there again

There's parking at the rear but not outside its double yellow. The shop is on the ground loor and disabled friendly. You can use cash or card. They only had 1 other customer and we both had masks. Only 3 in at one time with covid 19 Large vegetarian menu which is super tasty! Large normal menu. Very nice, both menus. It was hot and great portionsI've started ordering from here now.

Excellent vegan menu - the mock meat vermicelli is particularly good, as are the spring rolls

I would never eat from this place again. Chicken was uncooked pink inside. And when I phoned to complain they said they would send another out ... by that time I completely lost my appetite. The second lot was exactly the same!!! Avoid!

Been ordering from here for a few years now and not been disappointed. Food selection is vast and for any dietary needs they'll accommodate. Staff are friendly. If you want your food quickly you can either phone in advance for a collection of just order once you're there. They do deliver but on busy weekend this can be up to 45 mins. Good food quality and quantity. I personally like the Singapore fried rice

Chow main is fantastic for low price

Ordered singapore style chow mein on my way back to Bristol. No fork or napkins were provided. Ended up eating with my hands at a service station along the motorway. It was a messy experience. Make sure you have the utensils provided when collecting order.

I normally order from here but this order was disgusting. I had special fried rice curry space. And prawn toast. Waste of my hard earned £13. The rice was soggy and tasteless the prawn toast hardly had any prawns on it. The best thing was the can of Pepsi. Won't be ordering again

Tried them recently and was dissapointed. One of the worst chinese currys i have had. Very bland and tasteless. Sauce was very watery aswell. However i did get 4 king prawns lol. Oh and it was expensive.
