I had a fantastic time with my friends today. The food was truly authentic and absolutely delicious, a perfect taste of South Indian cuisine. The service from Kavya and her cousin was exceptional as well. I’ll definitely be a regular customer, so get used to seeing me every week, Kavya! 😂

These young kids are dishing out real authentic South Indian (AP) food. It is real Indian food, unlike anglicized versions of Indian food that you find all over UK.

Friendly staff. Tried most of the items from menu and all of them were cooked perfect. Very affordable prices as well.

Ordered through uber eats, they accepted the order and waited for an hour, i tracked the entire time and the deliveryman passed in front of my home and he clicked delivered the food. Haven't delivered anything to me. Then i called the delivery guy he's blaming the restaurant and when i called the restaurant they are blaming the delivery and they are saying try for a refund we will also support.. Don't know why these guys accepted the order and waited for an hour.. Felt like the restaurant didn't have the dishes i ordered and they just playing with each other.. Bigg no for the next time.

Highly Recommended. Great & really tasty indian food resturent. We were missed our Sri Lankan food taste after we came UK. But this Mirchi Masala resturent remembers that taste with their special Chicken Fried Rice. And never forget to try their chef's special 'Vada' 💪❤️

Called in on Monday evening, the menu is simple but still had a good variety of dishes available. Staff were great, they asked me how hot I like my food and they got it spot on. I highly recommend the chilli paneer and paratha, mango lassi was light and full of flavour.

It’s a cute place, with good food and services. The food is far better than most of the so called Indian restaurants. It’s all happy to go home feel.

Absolutely amazing food, one of best South Indian restaurants in Newcastle. Both quality and quantity are well balanced. Highly recommend the place to the people who are missing the "back home" food.

We ordered Gongura Mutton, spice levels are perfect. Quantity served is low in comparison to others takeaways.

Visited this place today , such a lovely environment and staff , very welcoming and friendly and no doubt food is awesome and served on time and perfect flavours and yummy and worth the price.

Liked the fried lamb biryani and mirchi Bhaji. Nice veg and non veg options.

Honest review- The chutneys served here are mouthwatering and the authentic taste they bring in each dish is extraordinary. The efforts they putting in their service is impeccable. Other South Indian restaurant should learn some. Tip- Set your spice levels according to your buds otherwise they really go with their store name mirchi masala😁

Order some food tonight and it was absolutely amazing 10 out of 10, but, there’s always a but lol, I think for what we paid was a bit over the top for the portion size, I think in the area where you are I think the locals will try you’s the once and will love your food but for your price you will probably see them that once, I will try again when I’ve won the lottery lol 😂

Lights are on but at the times I've been the door was locked which wasted my journey. Sorry but that's not good enough

Absolutely stinking this place is manky I took all the food back and got a nasty attitude about getting my money refunded I’m surprised they never poisoned anyone brave enough to eat it after they wait 2 hours to get the food, The pizza deal that was meant to be chicken tikka 🤮 it was chicken with gristle used out of the old curry’s they sold.. The kebab meat was rubber chunks over cooked in microwave.. The chips where like cardboard.. The main Indian man serving with the black cap looks like he sleeps in the place he’s is rotten and so is that sticky takeaway. Just go in and see for yourself before you ever order.

A BIG WOWWWWW Biryani and lamb nihaari was really special and the meat was so tendered ill give 9/10 to this place in newcastle upon tyne.. staff was frendly n service was brilliant also the prices were affordable for everything. chicken achar pizza was special too..

This Pakistani Take away in front of Bilal Masjid is the best take away in Newcastle I have eat in , Samosa Chat is so tasty one of the best in Newcastle and we have Chicken Tikka Pizza was so delicious .You can sit and have Desi Chai as well,,,, Must will return soon

First visit had a large Donner kebab. Lovely thick quality slices, freshly cooked naan. Nice crunchy pepper salad and lots of sauce. Really friendly family run place and so so cheap! V good 😁

ordered from here and was the nastiest food known to man . the nihari tasted so bad and the lamb was off. the naan had so much yeast and was clearly a shop bought oven one. the samosas taste awful as did the chaat. you deserve a medal for worst food in the world

Below average, just not my flavour too it, except hot and spicy, only asked for a chicken and pineapple pizza.

What a ridiculous food. Watsed my money food was cild the kebab was hard like stone. Chicken was uncooked alll i see was food colour. The worst ever food of my whole life first experience and bad experience.

I ordered food 4-5 times till date through Uber eats. Never received exact food I paid for. Ever time I get a call from Mirchi & Masala that the item I ordered is over and then I have to compromise with some other food. Few minutes back I ordered 2 samosa chats. There was no salad in it which doesn't make it samosa CHAT at all. Just a crushed samosa and chutney on top. I'm done ordering from this place and will never order again. Cheers.

Just to say that me and my family would definitely recommend the food. A lovely variety of dishes cooked with a homestyle flavour. Nihari and Biryani dishes have exceptional taste, their tandoori naans and rotis are so so fresh! Pizzas are delicious and you can order a good variety. Freshly made and authentic flavours with excellent service.Prices are affordable too😊 Also a very pleasant environment. Ideal for a family visit.

Decided to try this place on opening day. Pleasantly surprised with flavour and freshness. Pizzas somehow had an authentic Itallian feel and toppings and base were perfect. Chicken pieces were made in the tandoor - succulent with well balance spicing. Nihari was lovely especially with the tandoori roti Will deffo be back to try the other dishes!

Excellent service and even better food! Served with a smile and you could tell the food was made fresh! I got the Nihari which was tasty and the lamb was nice and soft. Also tried the biryani which was delicious - best biryani I have ever had!! Will be coming back for more soon!

Simply love the food 😋. Highly recommended 👌 during Ramadan for Sahari. Best teast I ever had, finest collection of Indian and Pakistani curry 🍛 under one roof. Wish them a good luck for their business.

I dined here for the first time recently and I can assure anyone else who is thinking about trying these guys out that they won’t be disappointed. The pizzas were amazing and fresh - dough made in house. Every curry we tried was really nice and the naan bread served with it was really soft and tasty. We also tried some of their chicken tikka which was made in the tandoor and this was really nice also. Definitely will be going back for more.
