We were really put off after been greeted my a rude staff member on arrival Saturday 5.15. Customer service not up to slug and lettuce brand standard which was disappointing as previously had good experiences in other sites.

Booked bottomless brunch for our 6 month anniversary, Amelia was our server for the night, you couldn’t tell it was her first shift, she seemed so confident in her ability to talk to customers, her service was beyond perfection, she was on the ball, took care of everything for us, made sure we always had drinks, couldn’t even pick out one fault, she was absolutely smashing, thank you Amelia once again.

Wow! We went here on a really busy Friday evening for bottomless brunch and we were so impressed with the service! Originally we thought the service may have been slow due to how busy it was but PJ and Grace were absolute stars and kept us topped up and even gave us little slug and friendship bracelets when leaving! Would recommend and would definitely go again

Self-service drinks late in the evening. There was a lot of dancing and the rooms were attractive.

Top afternoon for bottomless brunch yesterday. Newcastle was really busy, as were the pubs due to the open top bus parade. The staff upstairs for the brunch were fantastic, happy at their work and service was spot on. We loved the free accessories too, glasses, 🎤 and deely boppers! Will deffo be back ❤️

Amazing Bottomless Brunch @ Slug Central Newcastle. My first ever bottomless & it exceeded expectations! 😁 We arrived late for our booking due to train then bus issues, tried to call in advance but no reply so I was panicked they wouldn’t let us in. However, 30 mins late, we were still accepted with open arms & we were told they could still accommodate us for the full duration of our bottomless brunch! 😊 Food was delicious & ample drinks served 😋 Big thank you to Luke who was such a fantastic host! The best! He continued to serve us constantly with a big smile despite him being clearly busy with a full pub! 🤩 Other staff were all fab too. We were asked to move a short time before our table was due to expire but Luke was straight there, informing other staff that it was our table & we could stay there! Such a great waiter! The accessories on the table were fun too! Thanks team! We’ll definitely be back soon x

Gemma has given an exceptional service and I cannot fault anything. She seemed to be doing multiple jobs and never stopped. We were in for a brunch and she always made sure we had a drink and was very pleasant and helpful. You can tell she is a hard worker and appears to love what she does, it’s rare to see people working hard like she has today. Will definitely come back :-)
