Great quick delivery food was tasty

Food was honestly horrific, onion barjhi was just a container with weird bits on onion in, rice was definitely old probably microwaved and tandoori chicken tikka masala has just pure grease for sauce and tasted fowl. I'm surprised this restaurant is even allowed to operate like this

Starters were good but the taste of the main food wasn’t the best we’ve had from here.

The ginger chicken was awful I had this before but this was literally like boiled chicken added to watery sauce with massive strips of ginger

I called the restaurant and I normally order from there via phone and my dad has a good relationship w the other workers however the lady who I spoke to wasn’t polite and told me to order on the app and said they have 20% and my dad proceeded to ask to order via phone as he normally does weekly but she said no. Not only that it wasn’t 20% off it was only 10% off .

I was very disappointed today. I ordered at 2.20pm and it said 45 mins for delivery. It turned up after 4pm and everything was cold. As I’d ordered chicken, I didn’t eat half of the food. Very disappointing. I won’t be ordering again!

After so long it seems I had some good proper Indian food from a restaurant in this area. Very tasty, good quantity, reasonable rates and they also read the note about making it spicy. First time I ordered from here and will surely be ordering again.

The worst Indian we have ever had the food was cold when it arrived the korma and chicken tikka both had all fat on top of them bite into the chicken and it tastes like bacon only good thing was the cola cola and Fanta… go somewhere else.

Normally good this time the food was washed out, lacked freshness and spices. I left a note which was clearly ignored.

What a let down. Thought I’d give them another chance after a bad takeaway last time. But this was worse. Food was cold. There was barely any sauce in the korma dish with just stringy grey chicken. App said driver had left at 18.45… I didn’t get the food until 19.20 & it’s only 10mins away in the car.

The food wasn’t as good as previous order there was no taste to either of the curry’s only good thing was the bread and the bhaji’s.

Ordered many times before but this time food was way too spicy and bhindi curry was off, it gave stomach upset.

Beautiful food, and generally good service. Lateness was understandable given the horrendous traffic in the area. Just not a fan of claiming it was 'delivered' on JustEat when it didn't actually arrive until 45 minutes later than them telling me it was delivered! Should I be ordering direct instead?

This has to be, the WORST takeaway I’ve ever ordered!! Lamb Biryani: Looked AND tasted like two day old stodgy african jollof rice with flakes, FLAKES, of lamb. Teamed with a ‘vegetable curry’???…More like mushy pea and mushy lentil sauce…a quarter of a tub if that, again looking like it was re heated from days before! One dish down and already inedible. Next.. Chicken tikka masala-creamy; Ummmm, if swimming in oil and water is what you call creamy I’d hate to see what you serve as icecream! Mushroom rice, served with a ton of oil. Oh… Not forgetting keema naans that looked like the dough had been fried with onions and leftover kebab meat. ALL dishes went in the bin and we had to rustle up something from the cupboards. Have you upset your chef?.. Underpaid him or something?..Or are you intentionally trying to shut your restaurant down?! I’m genuinely concerned because I’ve never received anything so awful in my life! Tried calling numerous times to no avail. I’ve emailed food hygiene and trading standards. This place shouldn’t be allowed on any takeaway platform let alone be open for business! Leaving even one star is a joke, this place doesn’t deserve any. The delivery driver deserves 4 stars for delivering food on time, that’s my only plus for the place. AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

I usually give a good review as it normally is good. I ordered at 4.50pm & it said delivery time of 5.40-6, which was still more than it originally stated 25-45min for delivery. But didn’t matter too much. Then got a text from just eat saying it was delayed & should be there by 6.20. 90 min wait for just 1 curry, 1 rice & 1 naan bread! Driver didn’t say anything. Naan bread was good as always. Rice was just really stodgy this time. Curry was way too hot & spicy even though it should of been a korma. Will have to throw half. Overall not great- they must of been understaffed or had issues as it’s not normally this bad

Food was damaged, I received two salad with cucumber even if I told restaurant I'm allergic and delivery was super late.

Usually order from here and delivery time and service is good. But service today was poor. Order came and didn't come with the usual sauce- called restaurant and was left disappointed. Order was late but driver was apologetic and nice.

This was absolutely the worst curry we have ever had. We had to bin it and put on supermarket pizzas as was completely inedible. It was cold, swimming in grease and all bar the Jalfrezi was utter tasteless. We literally could not tell the difference between the Chicken Tikka Masala and Vindaloo from taste…how is that even possible! The nans were completely inedible as were just limp, cold and rubbery. All ended up in the bin by all three of us after trying it and all for the pleasure of £45+. Actually shock so much so that this is the first time I’ve EVER written a review of a take away.

I’ve eaten in the restaurant and food was very good, having it delivered was a very bad choice, ordered a tikka masala, was greasy and looked like they’ve used the same sauce as potatoes aloo as everything taste the same, very disappointed, chucked the food away

All our food was cold. The korma was not mild, more like a spicy tika. Very disappointed.

The food arrived in late and it was cold. And the fish tikka was slimy and had water in the container, who even serves grill food like that. I threw it in the bin very disappointed.

This is possibly the worst curry I’ve ever had. The mushroom rice, standard boiled rice with some sweated mushrooms thrown on top. The vindaloo was sweet, with zero spice or potato. All I could taste was what seemed to be heaps of chilli oil. With a discoloured “Fresh salad” to top it off. Extremely disappointing - will not be going back.

The raita and salad was placed with the hot food so was hot as well when it arrived. The lady I spoke to when I phoned up to find out how much longer was very rude and then proceeded to put the phone down on me. Waited a further half hour and had to phone again as to how long. Ordered at 5.30 and food didn’t arrive till 7.40. But the food was still hot and lovely

The delivery was late driver said it was due to traffic at 9.25pm in the evening, the onion pakoras were more like curly fries than an onion pakoras rest of food was OK,.

I ordered masala fish which is supposed to be a big single piece … I was instead sent small chunks of tail potion … hardly any flesh … very unhappy

Everytime you order over 2 hours for delivery when they say 30mins. Last time I called she tried to tell me restaurant wasn't open and we need time to heat the grill up? You order food so that you can eat on the same day not the next working day, I might aswell make an order from Norwich

Very happy with service but my chicken was fully boned which was not clear when I ordered. I have no problem with dark chicken meat but was not expecting all of the bone be honest and we can order what we want…

I spent £15 on a curry it was an hour late and no rice... The guy pulled up and said its hard without staff....

The meals were all very hot and spicy! I have ordered same meals from other Indian/Pakistani restaurants and have never been that hot! There should be a note on the menu which dish is hot/spicy and which is not. The delivery was spot on. Will not order again. Thank you

The garlic naan is delicious and by far one of the nicest I've had! Butter chicken sauce was very tasty. Unfortunately the lamb in my biriani was a bit fatty but there was plenty of meat.

The food was good, and the service was excellent. The restaurant service was exceptional. I had an issue with the order where it was resolved by the restaurant with complimentary repeats of the order. I will order again just for the customer service.

This order was delivered two hours after I ordered, I ordered again today and it's the same issue it's been over an hour and I get a message saying order is delayed. Food is nice but I would like to have my food warm.

For some reason this place sends Chicken Tikka Massala which tastes nothing like the Tikka Massala anywhere else. This one was the worst I’ve had from this restaurant. Chicken was very tough, had huge lumps of tomato and green pepper in. Not enjoyable and probably my last time ordering from here.

Brilliant, tasty food as always. Would highly recommend the keema naan and keema curry - they both arrived sizzling hot and were beyond delicious.

This has creeped up my list of favourite places to order from. The food is out of this world. You can taste the authenticity from every mouthful! Delivery is on time too.

Really bad. Tough prawns (I knew they were prawns but you would never know by the look) extremely greasy and oily and inedible food. Sag dish very watery and soggy. Rice was cold. Worst takeaway I have ever experienced. I ended up just throwing it away and remained hungry! 100% will NOT be ordering again!

Where do I start? The delivery was very late. The food was cold obviously. Packaging for the first time for this restaurant was abysmal. The poppadums were packed under the Naans which meant that they were soggy by the time they got to me. The restaurant should stop accepting orders if they are busy or update the App that the delivery will be almost 2 hours after ordering.

The delivery was fast but we order a simple korma and this is not what i was expecting at all. But The naan is nice.

Food was not what we ordered the keema was not as it should be as they use a sheek kebab and passed it off as Keema I knoe this as the kebab had been squshed and not completely done this is not acceptable. Keema should be minced lamb and cooked dry. The butter chicken only tasted of tomato sauce.

Not great. Takeaway took 2 hrs 25 min to be delivered. Food cold and meat had gone tough. They often reheat the grill meats to save time. Hygiene issues and rude staff. No apology. No wonder two of their restaurants closed in South Croydon and Norbury, although that was hygiene issues and illegal workers.

Absolutely awful- Egg shell in the rice, curry had potato in it and wasn’t a butter chicken, whole thing was just oil , chips were soggy, onion Bahji was just frier scraps and the whole thing was SO COLD!! Not to mention was nearly an hour late- tried to call 46 times and couldn’t get through.

Normally drive to tooting from wallington to pick up mirch masala takeaway as the food (veggie) was always tasty and consistently of a high quality. Decided to order from coulsdon through just eat. Wasn't disappointed. Slightly salty but still very tasty.

Top food as always! Need to know what to order! This place is not about the curries! It’s about the grilled meats! Never dissatisfied.

Not only was the food late but when the chicken korma turned up, it looked like someone had just thrown up in a tub. It was oily and lumpy at the same time, only thing was edible was the poppadoms and garlic Naan 👍

Best Pakistani food in the area. The dishes are authentic not your average curry house taste which has sugar in everything, qeema naan was amazing just like you will find anywhere in Pakistan.

Mirch Masala WAS one of the best places to eat in south London top quality Pakistani food... what happened?? I’ve ordered numerous times now and the food quality is inconsistent service is diabolical. Too many complaints to list no point telling staff as there is never the same management, Last time I order from here.

What aload of garbage where do I start well Chicken Korma had 2cm of oil floating on top and cold Rice was watery with bland mushrooms Old oil smelling poppadoms Vegetable samosas where nice I ate those everything else went in the bin I will not order from here again

I don’t know what came but it was definitely not this. The whole meal was disgusting, cold and full of grease and oil. 100% will NOT be ordering again!

Food was tasty and bang on time. Ordered a few times from here and it’s always been good. The parantha, zeera chicken wings and methi lamb were really tasty. Tend to order extra so there is a bit for the next day and the onion bhaji was a nice brunch too.

Food was OK, but stone cold by the time it arrived. We have had far better Indian takeaways, but are generally struggling to find one in the area that is consistently good, or can deliver promptly.

The food was awful. Out of a group of five not a single person finished any part of the meal. Most dishes were filled with oil, everything seemingly made far too hot with no real flavour, several of the dishes incredibly watery and soggy - highly suspect they were just microwaved from frozen.Worst takeaway I have ever experienced. Do yourself a favour and find another Indian!

The food arrived in good time and I am usually happy with the quality, however today was not very good which lead me to contact the restaurant as it was not edible due to the curry completely flooded with oil so much so you could not eat. Was disappointed, the restaurant sent fresh Oder of these again, but already had been put off by that time. Was dissatisfied today

The food was very greasy, both The chicken and vegetable dishes. I had to pour oil out if each container before I even attempted to eat it. The chicken and spinach felt not fresh, and tasted very strongly of salt. I looked at the mixed vegetable curry and it looked like mush. I ate two samosas a bit of the chicken curry, and threw it in the bin. I requested a yoghurt dip, and got a rice container of yoghurt.???
