Barely adequate food and very inadequate service, bordering on hostile. Definitely not a ‘go to’ restaurant. The fact that it was almost empty on a Friday night speaks to its customer service.

I had a lovely experience in this restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was great. Staff are very attentive and helpful and there are options suitable for vegetarians. The manager made great recommendations on some traditional Lebanese dishes which were delicious and was very welcoming.

Booked a table at the restaurant and when we arrived they turned us away due to space. The owner was very rude unfortunately. Wouldn’t recommend

Love this place, great welcome, super lovely staff working hard to make a living. Food is lovely, we always go for a selection of starters and we are never disappointed.

When we arrived, there was a cool reception. No effort made to create a happy atmosthere, music, candles etc. This place is more like a cafe. The place is dirty and unkept, from the outside, entrance mat, doors, sticky tables, toilets and stairs filthy. Flimsy napkins, worn out cutlery We went for the feast for 2 - the starters bowls were tiny. The main grill platter modest in size. No way was it worth £65. The quality of the food was very average. We would have got better food from a kebab van. The salad items were clearly not fresh, limp lettace, including sour coloured picked veg It was a birthday dinner so I did not want to create a scene, otherwise, I would have walked out or returned the items to kitchen.

First time at Mira. First thing to mention, sticky and not very clean table, but beautiful restaurant inside, warm and nice music. About the food, the mixed grilled was a decent dish, tasty, the aubergine and humus the best I have ever eaten. About the waiters… very unfriendly, sad faces, no one smile, they didn’t ask about the food, answer questions with monosyllable words.. it is really a shame, because the good food, but Not happy with the service.

Absolutely stunning response from the man with the very beard (around 60 years oldish) Rude and aggressive when asked for a table for 7. He said no we don’t have any tables and we have to wait for 1 hour. We were with small children and are a paying family. Shocking! Do not go here much better Lebanese options in the area.

Initially very welcoming when we arrived at 7pm. The food was very good and the service was efficient and friendly. However, just before 9.30pm, our waiter informed us that the till was being closed and we are told to settle our bill. We were informed that we could finish our wine before leaving, but were not asked if we wanted to order any dessert/coffee etc - obviously not an option. There was another party in the restaurant who appeared to have been told the same thing. Immediately following being presented with the bill, the staff proceeded to very loudly and deliberately begin their closing routine; dragging the seats and tables in from outside, clattering the crockery, looking at the time and leaving the entrance door wide open, with the ensuing cold outside temperature clearly designed to encourage us to leave as soon as possible. This all continued until just before 10pm, when we and the other party (who were celebrating someone's birthday) were told firmly that it was time for us to leave. We did. At 9.30pm on a Friday night in central London, it was made plain to everyone in the restaurant that the evening was over. We will not be returning. It is a shame, as earlier in the evening my friend and I had discussed how nice the place was, how good the food was, and that we would return again. Not now.

The food is absolutely amazing, the stuff is really nice and friendly, make you feel like home, I highly recommend this place for any occasion. The location is central and not in a too busy area so it is really relaxed to eat here! Everything was so excellent!

I visited the restaurant on my own after work and the friendly staff quickly found me a seat. The place isn't huge and was just busy enough. There's a great selection of typical Lebanese food on the menu. Rather than opt for the usual main course I went with lots of starters instead. This included houmous with small chunks of soft lamb, soucek (a spicy little Armenian sausage in a tomato sauce), kebbe, and fatoush salad. I was going to have another but so glad I listened to the waiter who said that the portions were big enough and he thought it might be too much. How right he was. The flavours of the food were superb and by the end of the dinner I was beaten by the amount. There's no service charge and it's up to the diner to decide so be generous, it's worth it. Outstanding all round and highly recommended

We shared 5 mezze between 2 which was probably slightly too much. It’s expensive but the food is good and the portions deceptively large. I particularly recommend the hummus and spinach pastries. 4*s because it would be better if they offered vegan dessert.

They start you off with complimentary lentil soup. So delicious, we knew the rest of the meal was going to be great. We ordered labneh and pickled beets as starters. It came with really nice flatbread with sesame seeds. My husband even liked the labneh, something he can usually take or leave. We devoured everything else too: foul medames (fava beans) fried halloumi, fattoush salad and chicken kebab. Even had leftovers for the next day. Service was good, would definitely go back.

It was a cool and rainy afternoon as my friend and I trapsed Walworth Road searching for a meal. I had seen this restaurant before and decided to give it a try. We were welcomed by a kind woman; the restaurant was empty but it was 3:30pm so not a peak hour. We both ordered chicken, eager to eat pretty much anything due to our famished state. To our great surprise, the food was INSANE like really reeeeaaaally good, and at a very reasonable price, too. I would highly recommend.
