Biggest difficulty we find is not accepting reservations but once in it is very good. Near the park. Food very good

excellent vibes and always yummy food, service is great and they’re always happy to try and accommodate

Came here on Sunday for a family brunch to celebrate my husband's birthday. We have one person with a dairy allergy and i am wheat intolerant. The staff are extremely helpful and very attentive without overdoing it. The food is amazing. We each had different dishes and all plates were scraped clean. Delicious. Come early on a Sunday to beat the queue.

Overpriced. Underwhelming. Not welcoming to their surroundings. Abusive to members of the local wombles group. Scream in people's faces for doing good by tidying up the Lark Lane area. The council have granted the local wombles group permission to tidy up the local area of overgrown bushes etc at the derelict garages land opposite this venue. The owner thinks she owns the local area.

AMAZING!!!! We had the BEST meal here. Super flavorful and made with love. We had the Halloumi & Chimichurri sandwhich and the Roast Squash Sourdough and both were to die for!!!! 9.50 and 11 pounds which we thought was inexpensive for this level of quality. The Aoli and Chimichurri sauces were so flavorful and the atmosphere is super chill and welcoming. We took home 2 cakes because they must be delicious given how good the food was! Pictured is the Chocolate & Raspberry Cream cake and the Norwegian Vanilla Almond cake (we forgot to take pics of the delicious food). Try it, you will NOT be disappointed! So flavorful

Great food and great staff, my only tiny bit of feedback is manoeuvring around the restaurant is not great for accessibility requirements, didn’t feel able to get the wheelchair out as it seems they are prioritising number of tables over a comfortable experience for customers with mobility issues. But this is a common issue with smaller places so not unique to here and I don’t want to take away from the great food and staff as that was all fantastic. Just be aware if you have any accessibility requirements this may not be the place for you.

Really lovely. Went for brunch on a sunny Sunday, when Lark Lane places are crowded, but we were seated at once and fed promptly. The food was really good - I had the full English breakfast, where most things are a bit varied from the cafe/pub classic, but all in the direction of higher quality (dense, meaty sausage, lovely sourdough, baked beans with more herbs and a hint of chilli, and so on). I'll definitely go back. Really nice interiors too, refurbishing an old building, but not overdoing it, letting the character of old fabric come through strongly and artfully. And the service was friendly and efficient.

My favourite place for breakfast/lunch, will never go anywhere else!! Staff are always so lovely and attentive, and service is really quick. We were served by Molly and Adam today and the customer service was 10/10. Food is absolutely gorgeous - I always go for the smashed avocado, but we tried the potato wedges for the first time and they were unreal!! Minna is the only place I’m happy to queue for. Thank you all 🫶🏼✨🥰

My favourite place to visit for brunch! We were seated quickly and all the staff were very attentive☺️. Fi, Adam and Molly looked after us and are always so happy and friendly. We had the avocado smash, french toast and the wedges and all the food is amazing🥰!! Will definitely be back.

Nearly cried when que pasa closed its doors, didn’t think anything could top it.. then came Minna. Molly and her mum have cracked it!! Love the food, the atmosphere, the espresso martinis are lovely. We’ve had most things off the menu over some time and everything is always delicious. The chocolate Guinness cake is a must, I dream about it! Our furbaby always gets a puppaccino with treats so he loves it too. Thanks for looking after us Minna! 💕

This is my favourite place for brunch and lunch in Liverpool. The food is just outstanding. Lots of veggie options. Have been here a bunch of times and never been disappointed. The staff are so friendly, despite how busy it can get on the weekends. I've never had to wait very long for a table.

Offers the best brunch in Liverpool with lovely service to boot. We never get bored of this place - the menu changes regularly (while keeping the staples) and literally everything they offer is beautifully made and of exceptional quality. Yes, it is more expensive than some other restaurants but you absolutely get what you pay for. At peak times and weekends you might have to queue but it's well worth the wait and often moves more quickly than you expect. One of Liverpool's real gems.

We visited Minna at the top end of Lark Lane near the park to have brunch and what a fabulous find. The food was freshly cooked and absolutely delicious (I had smashed avocado toast and my daughter indulged in the French toast ) it was so enjoyable we went back again two days later. The atmosphere is just fab with happy smiling staff Molly and Andy were just so helpful and attentive which is unusual these days they made us feel welcome and happy. I highly recommend Minna to all my friends now and they all love it.

AVOID. The most squashed together, stressful, un relaxing or even enjoyable at all. The staff are stressed off their heads. Very friendly but forgot loads of items even had to explain how to do the bill and the change .

The food looks great when it arrives, but when it comes to the taste, it’s a bit of a letdown. I ordered avocado toast and the avocado was tasteless, reminding me of the frozen pre-cut avocado that I had bought once and never again - I am not sure what they are actually using here. I also had a dessert, but the sugar sauce on it was super hard when I bit into it and nearly cracked my tooth - I would have used a warning about the hardened sugar prior to eating it. Overall, it seemed overpriced for what I’d gotten. The interior is nice, though.

Couldn’t fault anything, the food was fantastic and the place had such a buzz about it. We had the freshly squeezed orange juice which was delicious. Our server, Connor, was absolutely fantastic and couldn’t have done more for us. Thanks, can’t wait to come back!

Most amazing place on lark lane without a doubt! Family run, they couldn’t do more for you, the food is absolutely amazing, the decor and the atmosphere is gorgeous too. There is a reason people que outside to get in on the weekends! Not one bad thing to say about this place me and my mum absolutely love it !

I came in today for coffee and cake, staff told us to take a seat and they’d be over with menus, took them 20 minutes to bring the menus. When there was only about 6 tables and when the waitress came over seemed like we was a burden to her as her attitude towards us was off putting, cake was lovely, service has put me off coming again!

Just had coffee and cake, never felt rushed, but had a lovely couple of hours in a relaxed atmosphere.

a good brunch spot for vegetarians/ vegans, but as a meat eater there are plenty of better spots in this area. The food was fairly nice and did feel like it had its own style, but paying an extra £3 just for sausage felt a bit overpriced. As said, it is definitely targeted more toward vegetarians/vegans.

Been here a couple of times now. Really nice. Always for brunch. We love their menu and I suppose that this would be our local if we lived in the area. The a really good vibe morning onwards. Lovely upbeat staff. Always look forward to going back.

Hands down the best place on the lane, gorgeous food, gorgeous coffee, gorgeous staff and gorgeous vibes. It’s always so welcoming and friendly and so so busy which says it all !! Even when busy the staff are always polite and try their best to accommodate everyone. For the coeliacs among us, there is a dedicated gluten free menu as well, so I always feel safe eating there. 10/10 really!

Best vegetarian Breakfast in Liverpool

Best vegan breakfast in town is served here! Love coming to Minna for the excellent food, always nice & chill atmosphere, beautiful interior and always friendly staff! Great place both for eating & relaxing! Highly recommend!

What a special place this is. Such a carefully considered space serving excellent food and offering a wonderful atmosphere. The decor, tableware, colours, plants and even subtle incense combine to make you sink into a state of ease. The food is delicious. My wife and I consider the vegan breakfast the best in Liverpool. The coffee is also very tasty. The staff are excellent and provide very good service. In busy periods it can be difficult to get a table but it's worth waiting for.

A gem of a place. Especially lovely in the garden on a Sunday day. The breakfast was excellent. Strawberries and French toast highly recommended. The staff make you feel great.

I've been here since it opened and I love it. The atmosphere was great and the food was great. But I feel like there's been a bit of a change lately. I'm not sure if it's down to the new staff, but they are no longer friendly and welcoming. From my first visit, was the coffee delicious (I'm a big coffee drinker) and I loved the french toast, but the atmosphere I adored. During my last visit, I encountered a bad attitude when I want to if I would only drink coffee. The way they talked behind the bar while looking at my face was very rude. The last time they asked me to leave the table because I was single was really humiliating. I don't think I will visit again.😔

We’ve been coming to Minna since it opened and it never fails us! Such good food every time and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The service is quick and reliable and the atmosphere is always so lovely. 10/10 would recommend! We also have a baby now and they always make sure we have enough space for a pram/highchair and accommodate any extra needs we may have ❤️❤️

Love everything about Minna. The team are ALL amazing and as a local to lark lane I feel very much welcomed and valued as both a customer and neighbour. The food is 10/10 and the atmosphere is always just right. The mood is the perfect mix of relaxed yet lively - filled with colourful characters of all walks of life. Minna encourages well behaved dogs to join their owners for breakfast / lunch and given it’s the closest (and best) brunch spot to Sefton Park, this only makes sense! We love to take ours with us for a weekend treat. (My dog Pig loves a house puppicino). Honestly couldn’t rate this place anymore if I tried. Food wise my recommendations would be; Oat milk latte, Bloody Mary and Turkish eggs, - but it’s all REALLY GOOD.

Had to wait for 10 minutes to get a table but that was expected as it was busy. We sat outside on lark lane and ate alfresco in the sun. Smashed avocado was great with the smoked salmon. Orange sauce was spicy (not too spicy) but complimented it well. Will be going again!

Arguably the best breakfast I’ve ever had. Service was SO good 👏🏽 10/10. The place is so beautiful and cozy. The menu is gorgeous. So many lovely vegan delicacies to get. Run, don’t walk to Minna 💜 we will be back for sure!

Minna seems to typify what Lark Lane stands for - trendy, friendly, good quality and relaxed. It can get busy, but be prepared to wait - we did, and it was worth it. Some healthy and unusual meals, great orange juice, and lovely staff. All in a nice setting. Don't miss it!

Good atmosphere with it being in a great location. Went for brunch so slightly limited options on the menu but the food was decent when it came.

Such a beautiful spot for coffee and brunch. The Turkish eggs were delicious. There was space for our large buggy, and the staff and space were child friendly. I'd love to return when next in Liverpool!

Just been to Minnas for hot drink and cake Given the wrong bill then made to feel it was my fault Staff appeared distracted talking to each other instead of focusing on there paying customers Bringing menus late and having to ask for sugar for drinks then when it arrived only enough in the jar for 3 spoonfuls Petty as it may seem and wouldn't have made a comment if the dark haired male serving hadn't been so rude to me infront of my children and other customers Please reflect and change your attitude Get some customer service/ Hospitality training Reaction from the male serving behind the counter was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and condescending! Will not be visiting again! worse still paid a service charge to be given drinks with not enough sugar, given the wrong bill paid, then given 2nd bill paid again then no apology but worse spoken to rudely by the male serving and refunded cash after having to ask for I

Couldn't believe it 19 pound for breakfast and a exspresso I asked her how much is the breakfast she said 15 pound and coffee 4 pound omg . Then got home checked on line breakfast is 10 pound and no coffee they have is 4 pound unberleavble

I went to Minna at the start of January and still can’t stop thinking about the oyster mushroom burger and jersey potatoes. So delicious, such lovely staff. Great vegan and veggie options. Will be going back v soon

Minna is a go to favourite of ours. Write “squash sourdough with a poached egg on top, please” on my grave! Nowhere else in Liverpool can you get food this good, this fast and with such friendly service. The staff are all so fab and fun and happy and helpful all the time. And I mean ALL THE TIME! Even on hectic sundays! And the same on quiet Wednesdays. I’ve been in with friends who have small babies and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. I’ve regularly taken my dog in, and the staff were fab with him too. The food is to die for and the wine is the best on Lark Lane. My only wish would be that they started staying open later in summer, so we could enjoy their food a drinks even more. Long live MINNA 🧡

Love this place! Beautiful hygge-style neutral decor with high ceilings and an open fire. Really lovely staff and food was delicious. I had the sweetcorn fritters which was vibrant and fresh. My partner had the Cumberland sausage and egg muffin and he loved it too. Will definitely be going back! They also have a lush back garden which looks like it would be great in summer.

They are good and super good I will recommend them to everyone who need a place to get good taste.

A fantastic café that's quickly become a favourite spot in Liverpool. Perfect to relax in by yourself or a guaranteed good recommendation for places to meet friends. Plus the best Turkish eggs I've had to date. Amazing.

Finally somewhere special on Lark Lane! Really great food, atmosphere and staff. They always make us feel very welcome and are accommodating to our needs as a family! All of the food is homemade which is great to see somewhere that cares so much about what they’re putting out Can’t recommend the place enough! Very family friendly, and the dog too!

Poor poor poor service, waiters called us cheap and cheeky, after spending £30 in the restaurant, then proceeded to insult the rest of our family on a weekend trip. Wouldn’t give us a refund after we said we didn’t want the food after his service but said no we won’t give it… snarled and made mum of 60+ worthless… ended up upset in a car. Horrible man.

Really lovely staff and atmosphere. Food was delcious but eggs on both breakfasts were hard and not runny.

Very busy restaurant, good vibe, friendly service but let down by the quality and the amount of food.. we were charged £7.50 for two poached eggs were served on one small piece of dry, sourdough toast. There was nothing else on the plate, not even a little garnish. The granola bowl was sufficient. However it was served with a little yoghurt and no milk. Therefore, it was also very dry. There was an automatic 10% service charge added to our bill that we did not discover until afterwards.. Our food was definitely not value for money and we won’t go there again..

Minna is my go to for breakfast in the city. Really great food served in a chilled yet bustling vibey cafe with great helpful and friendly staff. I switch between a Breakfast Muffin or Full English, both great but the brekky - best in Liverpool. Massive thanks again to the team.

The coffee is very nice but the staff are rude and rush you out of the cafe if you’re not sure you want to order another drink. I hadn’t realised at the time but after the terrible service they also had the nerve to add a service charge to my bill.

I went to Minna today, after wanting to go for about two years... To say it was well and very truly worth the wait is an understatement. I went in at about 1230 but the place was absolutely packed, I was told there would be an approximately twenty minute wait, so I took a stroll down Lark Lane and returned, I was absolutely set on having breakfast there today! When I arrived about half an hour later, a lovely waitress sat me down beside the most enormous, beautiful plant I've eve seen. A small table that was perfect for my solo brunch. I was served very quickly and all the staff were so friendly. I ordered a vegetarian breakfast and a pot of English breakfast tea, within ten minutes these arrived... I was so blown away by every single element of the breakfast, that I was aware of the fact I was shaking my head in disbelief with every delicious chomp. You could take only one of the perfect elements of the breakfast and praise it, the bread was astounding, the beans were so warming, the best well seasoned smashed avocado, the meaty mushroom, the sweet, juicy tomato... Everything was at its most perfect, and I didn't want it to end. So effected by this breakfast was I, that I modestly searched for a pen, so I could write on the napkin "best breakfast I've EVER had!" Thankfully, I was able to speak to a waiter, where I could give my gratitude in person. I will definitely be back very soon, I'm aiming to try everything on the menu. Thank you for the highlight of my day, uta now 15:20 and I'm still thinking about it!! Keep up the great work. ❤️

Rude, ignorant staff , you should not run a cafe with this poor service attitude. There are plenty of cafes near by so I’m not going to yours.
