I wouldn’t call something fresh if it ain’t fresh….. the rice is hard the fries are dry chicken looked violated and the portions are a joke

My item were delivered to a wrong address

the order kept getting delayed for no apparent reason and they even forgot my chocolate sauce for the churros so overall it was a very bad experience

Items were short but charged for and when complained told nothing could be done. Will never use again or use just eat again

ORDERED VEGGIE BURRITO GOT CHICKEN WTH

Chips had no salt and no sauce could have provided this. Churros looked burnt no sauce given even though picture has a sauce and wrap ignored everything I requested for Not worth the money defo will not be ordering again

The driver drove around for 20 minutes, I had to walk half a mile to meet him. When I got to him the bag was ripped open and my chips were gone. He was calling the completely wrong number to try and contact and find me. Sack him ASAP

Really disappointed with the quarter pounder burgers the beef patty was hard like rubber and we asked for bbq wings, the wings had a strong lemon taste and no bbq flavour at all. I wasted my money and will not be ordering again unfortunately.

Order was half missing . Contacted and was told we would need to put another order in to get our missing items . They would give extra food to pay for the second delivery and service charge. We did not want extra food we wanted what we had ordered and paid for . The rest of the food was cold

Disgusting. The food was cold and gross. And for some reason the chips were from Sams? I think they ran out of chips and went next door. If I wanted Sams I would have ordered from there.

It says it comes with fries on the menu but they delivered burgers without fries it doesn't even taste good or smell right.

It said the food was delivered yet I cannot see it earlier. It was supposed to be dropped on the doorstep yet I have looked and cannot see anythingthere. Please contact then driver and see it be took it back. L He couldn't have because it is not here,a. I paid for the food as doorstep delivery.a bit disappointed. I would like credit for another meal as I am disappointed thanks, a loyal customer... please contact the driver and ask for photographic evidence. My guessing he just drove off rather than leave it in a contact free location. Disappointing as I paid for it Sorry for the rant!!.

Food never came never got a refund

My food was freezing cold, wrong order, and drinks were wrong. I'm not happy. I spend alot of money with you guys and this is unacceptable.

the food was precook, in the burger the cheese was not melded and the salad was not fresh. i order crispy bite ( that was suppose to be cheese) and was mix with chicken.

Majority of food was good, chips were a bit stale plus they gave the wrong drink, ordered a rubicon mango but got a necto, but it was good so don’t really mind tbh.

5 starts for the whole chicken, I usually eat peri peri chicken with lots of seasoning and heat but this was the opposite very subtle seasoning and a nice lemon flavour. something new but very tasty will order again for sure.

Food was cold and tasted awful worst experience

My food hasn't been delivered at all, because acording to the tracker, the driver circled around. I contacted the restaurant about it, they weren't able to help me and driver with the delivery, and they supposedly couldn't cancel this order, although at the time I called them the delivery was delayed by more than half an hour. I live 400 meteres from this restaurant, and they still couldn't deal with it properly. I've ordered food from another restaurant, it was delivered on time with no problem at all, while this restaurant is 3km away from my home. My adress is one of the easiest to find in the area, and still I apparently paid for the lack of delivery. Well, that was my last order from them.

You can’t fault the quality of the food! My only complaint is there was chilli jam and jalapeños in my burger which meant I couldn’t eat it. The chicken pieces and chips were perfect. All food was hot & fresh & well packaged!

Perfectly flavoured chicken, well seasoned and great portions. Really quick and efficient service from restaurant. Delivery driver was quick and polite. I would be ordering again if I lived locally, definitely recommend.

Food was okish chicken burger chicken was really dry . The 10 piece chicken which is popcorn chicken was good but not worth the price get more at kfc.
